14.png+4.png If you are in Mid Lane or 12.png+4.png if you are in Top Lane.

4.png Flash is an absolute must on 1.png Annie. Even with the extra mobility of 32?cb=20160426083207Protobelt, 4.png Flash is your primary playmaking tool.

14.png You will need this if you want to have kill pressure in Mid Lane since this build have less Ap.

12.png Essential in Top Lane. Don not be afraid to use this when you have the chance. 1.png Annie is a playmaker; a gank bot level 6 with 4.png Flash + infernalguardian.png Tibbers can easily win Bot Lane. You can also go very offensive in the first minutes and use it to return to lane.

Mastery Pages

Down here, you will find two Mastery Pages, one 0-18-12 with Thunderlord's and the other 18-0-12 with Deathfire. Mostly I use 0-18-12 in Mid and 18-0-12 in Top.

Why Thunderlord's Decree?

It increases your burst, and 1.pngAnnie has a very good Burst. Simple as that. If you are facing a champion that you can Burst, Thunderlord's if the best choice in my opinion.


Why Deathfire Touch?

It allows you to do more damage to champions that you can't burst and gives you more damage via harass. 1.pngAnnie's disintegrate.png Disintegrate is a point and click skill, so melee champions cannot avoid it, and it have a 4 seconds cooldown.


Page 1 - Thunderlord's Decree - 0-18-12

Cunning:

* Savagery: Having anniepassive.png Pyromania up means having pressure in lane, so I try to farm with my AA and leave the passive up. Since 1.pngAnnie have very low Base Attack, I found the savagery bonus very helpful in the early game. Wanderer is also very good because it is relevant the entire game.

* Secret Stash: Good for the extra sustain or Assassin if you are in a matchup where you will have a lot of pressure, like a melee matchup.

* Merciless: Gives a nice boost to your damage against low health targets. Meditation can be useful if you pretend to clear waves with your incinerate.png Incinerate and don't have a Blue Buff.

* Dangerous Game: Will save your life sometimes and overall is best for laners since Bandit is a Mastery best suited for Supports.

* Precision: The extra Penetration is good since you won't be building Sorcerer's Shoes. Intelligence is also a solid choice and you let you hit the 45% Cdr cap.

* Thunderlord's Decree: Gives an excellent extra burst against those squishy targets.

Resolve:

* Recovery: The extra health regen is better than the extra resistances from Unyielding, since you won't be building that much Armor or MR.

* Explorer: The small boost of speed can help when chasing/escaping/roaming in river or brushes. I take Tough Skin if against a Ranged AD in lane.

* Veteran's Scars: This will give you a nice boost of health; I really like this one because you would need 7 Flat Health Seals to have more health than this mastery gives.

* Insight: Really helpful as it will reduce the cooldown of your  4.png Flash and 12.png Teleport. Lower cooldowns means more plays! With Insight and 32?cb=20130319090448Ionian Boots of Lucidity, both these spells will have a cooldown of 225 seg (3min and 45seg).

Page 2 - Deathfire Touch - 18-0-12

Ferocity:


* Sorcery: Extra damage with you skills, no reason to take Fury.

* Double Edge Sword: Nice extra damage. I don't like Feast because of the long cooldown, and if you are expecting to take more harass than doing then this page is not the best choice. 

* Natural Talent: A good extra Ad and Ap. So far I haven't found a situation that Vampirism is better on 1.pngAnnie.

* Oppressor: Best because 1.pngAnnie can easily activate the effect. Bounty Hunter is a gamble, I don't like it.

* Piercing Thoughts: The extra Penetration is very good and will increase your damage against the MR stacking champions. 

* Deathfire Touch: This will give you a very good damage boost against champions that you can harass and will likely build MR to mitigate your damage. A better option if you can't burst the enemy laner.

Resolve:

Spell order is something that I don't have fixed. I always spend my points depending on the situation and what I want to do in the matchup. This is my most common route however. disintegrate.png Disintegrate is usually a better option to maximize first since it's a better skill to spam with low cost and cooldown. incinerate.png Incinerate have higher base damage and scaling but also have a higher mana cost and cooldown.

    Against AD in Lane

* First Back

My standard first buy is a 32?cb=20130319091023Negatron Cloak, if I'm ahead however, I consider getting a 32?cb=20130731234506Hextech Revolver if I have the necessary gold.

* Core

After the 32?cb=20130319091023Negatron Cloak, my next step is finishing the 32?cb=20160426083207Hextech Protobelt-01 or the 32?cb=20130731234819 Abyssal Scepter if I'm struggling in lane. I buy my boots whenever I have some spare gold when I back or when I finish the two items. By then it looks like this: 32?cb=2013073123481932?cb=2016042608320732?cb=20130319090448.
With 30% Cdr and 25% Summoner's Spell Cdr means that I can count with 4.pngFlash infernalguardian.png Tibbers in almost all fights heavily increasing my ability to impact the fights.

* Zhonya

The next step is finishing 32?cb=20130319091852 Zhonya's Hourglass. Now not only you have 40% cdr and a 48seg infernalguardian.png Tibbers (if you are level 16) you are also hard to kill having both 32?cb=20130319091852 Zhonya's Hourglass and 32?cb=20160426083207 Hextech Protobelt-01 that you can use both for offense and defense. You may have a low ap at this point, but you still are a threat to the enemy squishes.


* Finishing the Build

Now is time to spend some gold in pure offensive items building 32?cb=20130319091635 Void Staff and 32?cb=20130319091242Rabadon's Deathcap. This will keep your high utility as an initiator and giving you a very much-needed damage to the late game team fights.


* Situational

32?cb=20130319091336Rod of Ages or 32?cb=20130319091435Rylai's Crystal Scepter against an AD champion?

This is the item that you will substitute the 32?cb=20130731234819 Abyssal Scepter for as the first item in the build. I like both but I tend to favor 32?cb=20130319091336 Rod of Ages more, especially in Top Lane. I go with 32?cb=20130319091435 Rylai's if the enemy team lack mobility so the slow really cripples them.

* The difficulty depends on how good the 114.pngFiora is and how well you can control the distance between you two.

* Go 18-0-12 with Deathfire Touch and harass her with Q+AA when she goes for a Ranged minion. Be careful so you don't draw too much aggro from her minions.

* Don't use your incinerate.png Incinerate in the early game unless you think you can kill her or a gank is coming. The Q+W combo drains too much mana in the early game.

* I like to take a point on moltenshield.png Molten Shield at level 2 to mitigate some of her damage in early trades.

* Always keep in mind her fiorariposte.png Riposte. Don't use your anniepassive.png Pyromania on her if it's not on cooldown, a good Fiora will always fiorariposte.png Riposte your stun.

* If you see that she is trying to finish building a MR item like 32?cb=20130319090734Maw of Malmortius, 32?cb=20130319091526  Spirit Visage or 32?cb=20130319090152Banshee's Veil instead of building just the components build your 32?cb=20130319091635Void Staff as 2nd or 3rd item tops so you can keep doing a good damage to her.

* Always keep your  anniepassive.png Pyromania up against  7.png LeBlanc. She will have very high pressure on you if you don't have the passive because of her high mobility and longer range in the skills.

* If she uses the  leblancchaosorb.png Sigil of Malice on you immediately use  disintegrate.png Disintegrate to stun her if she comes closer to use  leblancslide.png Distortion.

* Be careful if trying to stun her with  incinerate.png Incinerate as she can dodge it with  leblancslide.png Distortion.

* When trying to all-in her is good to use  14.png Ignite early so when her passive  leblancpassive.png Mirror Image activates you can easily tell which one is the real  7.png LeBlanc.

1.pngAnnie's kit is excellent for initiation, she have an instant aoe stun that is also a burst and this build focuses exactly on that. Giving 1.pngAnnie her initiation tools as often as possible while also giving the tools to survive after the initiation, since 1.pngAnnie has a low range for a mage and wants to go very deep in the enemy line to score that 4.pngFlash infernalguardian.png Tibbers on the enemy ADC. Making her a huge threat in almost every Team Fight.
