Summoner Spells Back to Top

Flash- Your an immobile mage that can use the instant gap closing defensively or offensively very well.

Heal- The typical pick up for me I like the tiny bit of mobility and heal.

Ignite- Very offensive take for guaranteeing kills I do not usually never take  this, but it is fine.

Barrier- A more selfish style heal when they do not have tons of cc.

Cleanse- Only take this is they have long range cc or easily stack able cc, DO NOT TAKE THIS FOR SUPPRESSION for some odd reason it dose not cleanse it.

I would say this is a standard for Azir, the only thing that is switchable in my opinion is the double edged sword. 
Thunderlords works amazingly with his early game and the Flat pen is powerful as hell!

Q- Maxing Q is obvious more damage more minion move ability.

W- Max this second they spawn more often and give you more passive attack speed.

E-  Max this last although you have reduced mobility you will have more damage.

R- Level it up when every you can.


Trying the Shurima Shuffle  while I do not think it is hard to do anymore it used to be confusing so try it by mashing qwe at the same time while aming your q where you want the extended dash to end up at.

Starting Items

    Standard I don't really see a better start.

Core Items

    This would be the main build I say if there is nothing abnormal going on.
    These actually seem to be stronger they have less burst damage but a decent amount of more sustained damage!

Situational Items

    I have been trying the rod start it is much better later on but takes a while to ramp up. The Zhoyans for ad assassins fed ad champs or tons of cc. CD boots if you feel you need be be using all of yous spells more often. Morrello for going oom, I used this to learn the champion and limits. Abysal I would use vs fed APs or 3 or more weather or not they are fed. Ludens for extra burst and movespeed.

I think this may be just due to the champion power but Lux has great abilty to stay in lane and cs from far away but it is hard to bully her out of lane. and she has amazing burst potential.


She also dosent require items for her damage she needs levels and she can 1 shot be careful. You as Azir need items!

Xerath

Easy

In lanning phase you can keep Xerath down easily but after laning phase Xerath has a huge advantage.

Yasuo

Hard

Keep in mind that yasuoW.png will stop your q from moving your minions through it, although they can attack through it after the damage and slow of azirQ.png will stop at the wall, yasuoW.png also blocks azirR.png which is odd to see happen but a good Yasuo can do it. Yasuo can dash around a ton and its hard to keep your damage going since your q has a much higher cd than yasuoE.png 

VS

Zed

Medium

Zed has good lane poke and after he hits 6 he will probably try and all in you and you need to remember that Zed zedR.png always makes him spawn behind you so you can immediately azirR.png him away and just shurima shuffle away or try and fight depending on the situation, Rush Zhoyans hourglass if needed.
