Personally, I find 3.png much more usefull than 14.png on a support, however there are cases where this can be the opposite.

3.png Pick Exhaust if Ignite is not needed;

14.png Pick Ignite if they have a strong tank (154_64.png, 36.png), a strong healer (16_64.png) or champions that rely on massive self healing (50.png ,8_64.png);

latest?cb=20160419234704 (Passive - Sepertine Grace): A movement speed buff passive that increases with level (400 at level 18). Basicly, it's a free 3009.png at lvl 15 without the item passive (slow reduction).
This passive also won't let you buy boots, leaving room for another item late game.

latest?cb=20160419193828 (Q - Noxious Blast): The reason that 3092.png's passive is really easy to apply. You will always have the item passive empty (in a good way) meaning that you are doing your job well.
Also keeps your opponent always zoned, harder to make them farm. It's also the easiest way to apply a poison on your enemy to benefict your E.

latest?cb=20160419193806 (W - Miasma): An unique CC in the game, Grounded, that denies dashes and blinks, like a root, but won't make you stay still in a place. However, it has a large range and the zoning potencial is pretty good.
Good vs mobile Adc's like 81.png, 67.png, 236.png making them limited in a teamfight if they are inflicted by Miasma.
This ability has an minimum cast range, so be alert, you won't be able to cast it on top of you.
Also procs poison but it instantly fades if the enemy leaves the poison clouds (Unlikely old miasma which the poison would presist a short period of time).

latest?cb=20160419193910 (E - Twin Fang): No more CD reset after casting on a poisoned target, instead deals bonus damage.
Makes a good combo with  17_64.png, 27_64.png and even better with 29_64.png, a good lane partner to a better use of your kit without hitting multiple poisons.
This ability is the main source damage of 69.png, so it's the first spell to lvl up, getting more opportunities to get kills (that's your intention with support Cassio).

latest?cb=20160419193848 (R/Ultimate - Petrifying Gaze): I have to admit that this ultimate is HARD to use 100% effectively, needs skill and good teamfight mechanics.
The delay on casting is a bit annoying and can make your opponent easily predict it. However, if you land a good stun on (at least) the opponent ADC, you certanly will get a kill or just forced a retreat to base or a torret camping, meaning losing EXP and farm, which is bad for them.
The best way to stun an entire enemy team is baiting them, let them chase you and get a good opportunity to benefict, not only you, but also your team member.

Your mission if you pick 69_64.png support is not to defend your mates (like 40_64.png16_64.png267_64.png) because you don't have the resources to do that (no heals, no buffs). Saying this, you should buy damage/tanky to take advantage of your kit.
2301.png Always build this first.
3190.png OR 3060.png One of these two should be the 2nd item, depending on the enemy team. If they have a good teamfight composition or maybe only one AP champion, you should pick 3190.png.
Otherwise, if they have heavy ap team, 3060.png is a good way to push and keep them busy on other lanes while taking objectives, for example.
3116_32.png Your 3rd item. Is for a nice slow with Q and E and to help your mates engaging, and gives tankyness aswell.
Late game pick 3151.png (5th or 6th item), nice damage vs tanks and since you didn't went full AP it is better than 3135.png.
3001.png OR 3157.png This also depends on the enemy team, you might want 3001.png to get more resistance vs AP or pick 3157.png if you are dying really quick and need some protection. You can buy both, which isn't a bad idea.


3070.png Tear still is a good item on 69.png, but I don't think it's 100% needed anymore just because 3165.png new passive and stats do what tear did in past times, gives you the mana you need to keep fighting. Saving a slot and not investing on tear is better for other gameplay options (mentioned before).

Really tanky, especially if his ultimate is active, however he will have trouble if engages you. Your Q's buff speed and W's slow will make him regreating engaging on you!
Be careful if you are not caught out of position, it can be a certain kill.

Her AA range is huge, you will eat a lot of them, her burst (Tibbers) and stun will transform you into a rock (dead xD).
Stay in a safe range, ward the bushes and poke if you know you are safe.

Might be a squishy ADC, she has some CC mechanics that will hurt you. Her slow will deny your engage and her ulti (with a combination with 412_64.png89_64.png) will wreck you. However, if her support is passive (16_64.png267_64.png40_64.png) you won't have much problems.

This machine will use Q when you try to poke, will use E and then R (silences) and you won't be able to use your ultimate and stun. Basicly avoid this matchup.

His tankyness and kit to defend an entire enemy team (especially the enemy ADC) is huge. If you face him, just poke, he can't block cassiopeianoxiousblast.png it with his shield but can block cassiopeiapetrifyinggaze.png so be alert.

Like you, she will poke. She has a shield/speed and snare, which is nice to engage. If she does that combo, don't be afraid to ulti and take advantage of the situation.

Massive CC = Death. 69_64.png is not a tank, and will not survive any ganks if she gets massive CC, and 89_64.png is perfect to engage.

Nice damage, you can still poke, but be carefull because he can turn the focus to you.
Note when you fight him, the direction he is moving is the way he is facing during is ultimate, so you know you can use ulti easily that way.
cassiopeiamiasma.png screws him easy in fights.

Her kit is amazing, her poke and a choice to speed an ally or silence and enemy is usefull. Her ulti is annoying and will be very usefull in a fight so be carefull.

Her shield can avoid your Ultimate and W. Her CC is huge and you will have trouble vs her.

Some people play 161_64.png as a support. I don't think it's bad, like 69_64.png he can poke and deal nice damage with his passive (True damage). He can engage on you and deal a nice amount of damage, so payback doing the same.

This build is actually effective and can be very funny in a casual game with friends or even alone (why not), but it's not what you should pick on a ranked game.

69.png Was and still is a pretty solid pick since the major rework but playing her as support is not what is intended with her kit. Still, don't worry. Breaking the meta is still a thing, go on if you think you will slay everyone on botlane with tons of poke.

Don't play with the gredd of winning hard if you are breaking the meta, it's basically a paradox if you do so.

Essencialy, HAVE FUN. It's what this build is all about.
