The game plan when playing Elise is to abuse her early game power.

The best way to do this is kill a buff > kill wolves > kill the other buff.

With this you will be level 3 with double buffs, then you should look at your lanes to see if any are gankable, if not take the scuttle crab.

check if you can gank again, if not farm the jungle until you have 900g

When you get 900g recall and get mobility boots. Once you get mobility boots the game plan is to gank as much as possible, and abuse lanes that have their summoners down.

Usually you want to get an early gank off top. Top is really snowbally and it's the best lane for Elise to gank. On your first gank top, you want to at least get their summoners, so that next time you can kill them, even if they're pushed to their turret you can dive. Diving top lane is very easy because it's 2v1 and you can tank the turret then reset aggro with your rappel.

I would say the easiest way to win games with Elise is focus on toplane.

Something to note when playing Elise, you don't scale that well so whenever possible you want to give your team-mates the kills. It's beneficial to get an early kill on Elise so you can recall and buy mobility boots as soon as possible, but beyond that you want to be feeding your team mates because they are going to have to carry you later on.

Note: at level 9 you should upgrade your trinket. I use scrying orb to scout for objectives and the enemy jungle because you want to be forcing objectives and fighting often in the early to mid game, because that's where you're strongest

Elise has great objective control, mid game you should be looking to secure dragons and walking into lanes that you can help push down towers. You're a great tower pusher because you have ranged auto attacks as a jungler so you can push when the enemy is there, and if they aren't you can go into spider form and use your spider-lings and attack speed steroid to take towers fast.

It should be noted that Elise can solo the rift herald, using the spiders to tank making you able to hit the eye. Doing this increase your clear speed and gank damage.

You don't want to fall behind in levels, but whenever you see a way to secure objectives you should do that because gold is not that efficient on Elise, so you don't want to be farming your jungle often trading farm with someone like Graves who will carry late game. You want to force objectives , and make a weaker early game jungler at least have to contest and slow down their scaling.

Elise doesn't have a good lategame, you become a pretty good offtank if you build defensively, but you are very reliant on your team, you have to assess whether you should be peeling for your carries or diving. If you built offensively most often you should be diving their carries, and if you build defensively you should be peeling for your carries.

Note: remember to sell your mobility boots for ninja tabi, or mercury treads if they have alot of cc
