As of patch 5.24 I feel their is only 1 real mastery page for ezreal and in particular 1 keystone mastery Thuderlords decree, since fervor of battle got nerfed and thunderlord's decree got buffed #League of thunderlords. I'll go over the thought process behind each point down bellow. 


Feast: is a point I recommend taking as the attack speed helps with early trades and last hitting as well if you new to ezreal's auto attack animation however if you are a more experienced player and know how to maintain ezreals passive sorcery will be more impactful. 

Double edged sword: I take this point over feast as ezreal is a relatively safe adc and 1.5% increased damage to me is more important than 20 health with a 25 sec cd.

Natural Talent: This in my opinion is an excellent point on ezreal as I feel since ezreal is a safe laner and 2% increased life steal isn't needed due to his safety.

Bounty hunter: is a strait forward point for ADC's. 

Savagery: helps with last hitting.

Secret Stash: Biscuits are nice and well runic affinity is wasted early on since you not jungler and assassin mastery again is a wasted point on ADC's since you cant really proc it since an ally will nearby most if not all of the laning phase.

Merciless and Dangerous game: these points are self explanatory.

Precesion: Scaling Amor and magic pen whats not to love since ezreals kit is hybrid. However 45% CDR is also quite good on ezreal especially if you going blue build.

Thunderlord's Decree: ahh this broken mastery point. This is so good on ezreal because he can pretty much always proc it whenever its off cd since its autos and abilities and well q has low mana cost, w can pass through minions and the e damage counts as a stack so yeah use it.

Passive - Rising Spell Force ezrealpassive.png
Ezreal's passive is in my opinion one of the best passives in the game and I will go on to explain why. Firstly let me explain what it is. Whenever Ezreal hits an enemy unit with a spell he gains a stack of rising spell force for 6 seconds which gives 10% attack speed per stack and stacks up to 5 times for a grand total of 50% attack speed increase. This gives Ezreal the flexibility in build pathing since he isn't forced to build attack speed items early on. Also his passive has another hidden benefit not many know about which is it can be used to scout unwarded bushes heres how. If you shoot out one of your spells into an unwarded bush and it hits an enemy champion you will get a stack of rising spell force which means that an enemy is in the bush. Maintaining your stacks of rising spell force boosts your damage output since you can weave more autos in between your ability rotations and deal more damage overall. Your ultimate (Trueshot Barrage) instantly gives you 5 stacks if you hit it so sometimes it can be a good idea to start a fight with your ult as well. 


Q - Mystic Shot ezrealmysticshot.png
This spell is what makes Ezreal and AD caster instead of a traditional ADC and the majority of your damage will come from being able to hit this spell. Every Q you hit reduces all your spells including mystic shot itself's cooldown by 1.5 seconds. Mystic shot cannot crit however it applies all on hit effects eg sheen proc. Mystic shot has an incredibly low mana cost, low cooldown and very good AD scaling at 110% AD scaling and 40% AP so I would use this ability to hit an enemy champion whenever possible to poke your enemy laner out of lane since it will be doing very good damage. 

W - Essence Flux ezrealessenceflux.png
You're not going to get much use for this spell in the early game until you get some points in it.Only put one point in W at level 4 and max it last since it isn't an efficient spell since the mana cost is too high for the low damage it deals unless you are building ap. This spells real uses comes mid game when you can use is to use it to proc thunderlords decree and maintain your passive stacks. It simply costs too much mana to be worth using for damage early on. But once you get to lategame this is actually very useful for pushing down turrets and especially if you have some champions like Jax or Warwick on your team because you can cast it on them to buff their attack speed by up to 40%. 
And another trick you can do with this spell is to cast it in front of you and immediately use Arcance Shift to jump into the spell before it lands to buff up your own attack speed. It's a bit easier to do if you use quick cast or you can hold down shift while pressing the spells.
This is of course really hard to do in the middle of a fight so just use it when you're pushing a turret and you know there are no enemies coming in the next 10+ seconds. 


E - Arcance Shift ezrealarcaneshift.png
This spell is pretty annoying for the enemy because it's makes Ezreal so slippery and hard to catch. So you should use it defensively most of the time but beware that it does have a very short animation before you jump, so it is not instant like flash. Use it to dodge spells and jump over walls, and Ezreal is really good for doing fights in the jungle becase you can jump around easily. It also deals a little bit of damage to the nearest target on the location you land on so in some cases you can use this offensively to finish off an enemy who has less than 100 HP and you know you're safe to do it with no one else running at you right afterwards. Be a bit careful about using this too much while laning because it's your only escape in case you get ganked by the jungler. 

(PS: this spell was buffed in patch 5.18 adding a 0.5 AD ratio on it. It isn't a huge change for Ezreal as a champion, but it will reward you for using E for damage and promotes aggressive play even more so I like that. :))


R - Trueshot Barrage ezrealtrueshotbarrage.png
Ezreal's ultimate is Trueshot Barrage and is a global ultimate that has surprisingly high damage at 100% bonas AD scaling and 90% AP scaling. It has a 1 second windup which is different to traditional channels such as a nunu ult since cc doesnt cancel the channel of Ezreal's ult. Note that Ezreal's ult does 10% reduced damage for every enemy unit it passes through up to a cap of 30% reduced damage so for most effectiveness point blank ults or angled ults that hit their targets first are best for max damage.

Starting Items

    Dorans blade in 90% of cases. Cull is pretty good too if you going to play passive and since its gold efficient if you can get 100 cs quick as it makes you get your items faster and well S6 is the season of early to mid game.

Core Items

    If you going for the Tri-Force build then try get BF sword on first back to make your q's hit harder in lane and build it towards an essence reaver for your first power spike. The AD on the item is good and the mana regen on crits is great since you can spam q's more.
    If you going for the blue ezreal build then you gonna want to get a tear early to start stacking it and depending on how much gold you recall with you wanna either get a pick axe or a sheen along with your tear.
    This is an example full build for the TriForce Crit Ezreal route where you get 40% CDR from the essence reaver and crit chance. This build has amazing raw damage as your q's will pack a punch and your autos with your crit chance. Very good overall damage build build.
    This is an example full build for blue ezreal does slightly less damage than triforce build however have more survivability with the iceborne slow

Situational Items

    These are all really good items on Ezreal as well the guinsoo's and hextech gunblade work really well on ezreal since he scales well with both AD and Ap and makes you a hybrid carry. The maw of malmortius is another great item with the hexdrinker passive, mr and armor pen and Deaths Dance is another great item with its lifesteal CDR and 12% damage reduction into a bleed a great item that fills the role of both an offensive and defensive item.

Ashe is a pretty easy lane where so long as you land your ezrealmysticshot.png's you should be fine as you can all in her after you've hit a couple ezrealmysticshot.png's from a safe distance. Watch out for her asheW.pngand stand behind minions to make it useless and you should be fine.

Easy

Blitzcrank is one of the few supports Ezreal shouldn't have a problem with at all you pretty much counter him if you time your E ezrealarcaneshift.png against his grab rocketgrab.png as if you time it you cancel the pull altogether.

Caitlyn

Medium

Caitlyn is tricky at the moment since she is an early game threat and will make you suffer between levels 1-6. After this point you should be stronger. Watch out for her headshot auto into caitlynentrapment.png and another headshot auto combo as it does a lot of damage. Her caitlynyordletrap.png are annoying too xd

Easy

Corki is pretty much easy as long as you dont stand still. juke his phosphorus bombs phosphorusbomb.png which are quite easy since the animation is smooth to the eye and you should be fine. Watchout when he gets the package and has enhanced carpetbomb.png as the damage is quite real.

Draven

Medium

He does damage nothing else to say play around a poke playstyle and you should be fine. 1 v 1 he stronger.

Graves

Medium

Graves is another one that does abnormal damage however he has to be really close to you as in up in you face to do his damage adopt a poke style again and you should be ok.

I hate picking ezreal into this champion just an all round annoying champ since she can dodge your skill shots with her passive.

This champ is just as slippery as you are and well it comes down to skill matchup. He is a kill lane play style who is gonna all in you with his spell and auto rotations whereas you want to poke down with ezrealmysticshot.png's. If you can avoid taking free harass from his lucianQ.png then you should be good.

This champion at the moment is stupid really strong due to hermissfortunericochetshot.png. Just focus on farming and try survive the lanning phase. You will be more useful mid to late game and in teamfights as if your team lands cc on her she is pretty much dead.

She will outscale you 100% if you play it dumb. However that being said she isnt as safe as you since she has to fully commit to pull off them flashy plays. Upgraded sweepers and pink wards should negate her stealth. In lane you are much stronger than her until she gets her first major item there after she can 1 v 1 you so try catch her slipping.

Ezreal is my favourite adc and for good reason. He is really safe pick who as long as you can land skill shots is amazing to play. Very versatile champ with many build paths and in the right hands can rival higher pickrate adc's. You may be thinking but hey Ezreal has a low winrate at 48.3% doesn't that mean he is a weak pick ? Well my friends thats not the case at all yes Ezreal has low win rates but thats due to the fact that most people new to ezreal and haven't fully grasped his playstyle think that he's a caster so I just cast spells to do all my damage. With that mindset ezreal is a subpar ADC that is going to be outclassed by almost every other ADC. But thats wrong yes Ezreal is an AD Caster but you have to weave autos inbetween your abilities and maximise your passive which boosts your damage potential. Along side his consistent damage and crazy safety ezreal is my go to adc and i hope you guys enjoy him too. Now here's a little ezreal montage hope you enjoy it.
