Summoner Spells Back to Top

4.png - This is your bread and butter. There's not much to say about flash as almost anyone can make good use of it. It can help you make either offensive plays or defensive ones, you can jump over walls, juke people, get that low health fleeting enemy etc.

I always make sure to grab this summoner spell especially since Jinx has no escape abilities.

7.png - Heal pretty much replaced  Barrier since it got buffed.
This summoner spell is just better overall with all the utility you get from the slight 1 second speed boost. It will help you bait out your enemies and make plays or just simply save yourself/your support.

21.png - Heal got nerfed recently, and this summoner spell is actually not a bad idea against a Tristana or an aggressive support that takes ignite. It's your call really. I take barrier these days just because it blocks more damage and I am a big solo queue-styled player.

12.png - Teleport is one way to play if you are confident in yourself not losing your lane without that precious heal. In solo queue this summoner spell can help you make nice ganks, defend important positions and with the recent buff where you get the cooldown of it reduced when you use it on turrets it is more viable than you'd think. If you are one of those players who have weirder yet more interesting playstyles, why not go for this?

14.png - Feeling nostalgic? You want to step back into season 2 where Marksmen (or ADCs as they used to be officially called back then) took this sweet summoner spell? Then look no further! Grab ignite to secure those low HP kills running off or win trades by making their life steal completely useless and even feel like an arsonist doing it!

1.png - Cleanse is nice against a heavy CC team and can help you out of many situations, but honestly I feel like this is not worth a summoner spell slot. You can have the exact same effect by just building a Mercurial Scimitar and now THAT might just be more worth it.

6.png - Well I don't really see the point of taking ghost since you ARE playing ADC afterall and when that pesky bruiser/tank/assasin jumps on you with that heavy CC or whatever he does to stick close to you, ghost won't really save ya there pal. One thing I've always wanted to try in normals though and always forget to is using it combined with Jinx's passive to go SUPER fast, how about you give that a try and lemme know how that goes?

3.png - This usually will be taken by your dear supports (don't forget to show your supports BIG love).
This summoner spell can make or break 2v2 fights on bot lane especially with the recent buff which actually makes the damage reduction pretty big.
Supports have saved me countless times with this baby. You may want to consider taking this if you are up against a team with lots of assassins or bruisers. Also consider switching summoners with your support and let THEM take Heal for you if you trust them, the Windspeaker's Blessing mastery works with the summoner spell which lets you maximise its use.

11.png - OMGWTFBBQ Report Jinx for trollpick!!1!1!1! On a serious note you are NOT a jungler BUT know that with a neat trick in the jungle when you farm camps at their reset limit "sweet spot" you CAN clear those camps while mostly being untouched because of your awesome attack speed. Not every marksman can achieve this, so if you wanna go and try that Jinx jungle be my guest and go check out some crazy guide about her in that position.

10.png - We're already getting to the so-considered "troll summoner spells". This is NOT viable and don't think you're Phantoml0rd playing his karthus with teleport/revive cause' you sure as heck aren't.

 *** REST IN PEACE ***

13.png -  Uhmm yeah, let's spam our rockets and Zap! cannon and get some mana back! TOTALLY worth the Summoner spell right guys? Yeah, no.... Get essence reaver or something if you really wanna do that but I don't recommend it since with my guide you will learn how to use your mana in a smart and conservative manner.

 *** REST IN PEACE ***

2.png - Clarity could be used in tandem with your Super Mega Death Rocket to snipe someone I guess, but just like the last few other summoner spells these are unviable and not necessary.

*** REST IN PEACE ***

New Runes Back to Top

Masteries Back to Top

Ferocity:

  • FURY over SORCERY because Jinx scales best with Attack speed and not ability damage, she is not an AD Caster or someone who relies on their spells like 42.png or 110.png.
  • DOUBLE EDGED SWORD will be the best choice here with good positioning due to the extra damage you can put out.
  • NATURAL TALENT over VAMPIRISM since you want to maximise your damage. Consider taking VAMPIRISM against a tougher lane with high poke.
  • OPPRESSOR is needed here because most supports have Crowd Control and you will be dealing most of your damage when they manage to land this Crowd Control. This mastery also synergizes with Jinx's jinxE.png(Flame chompers!) and her jinxW.png (Zap!).
  • BATTERING BLOWS will also be the obvious choice here, you do not need magic penetration, you are an Attack Damage based champion.
  • WARLORD'S BLOODLUST is what I consider optimal on Jinx, My item build focuses heavily on attack speed and critical chance and I find the extra sustain great. WARLORD'S BLOODLUST works great on champions who have great DPS from their autoattacks. FERVOR OF BATTLE is a great choice as well but you won't have that sustain which can save you a lot of time if someone gets to you.

Cunning:

  • WANDERER over SAVAGERY because you won't need extra AD to last hit properly, as a marksman champion you should be already last hitting with ease.
  • SECRET STASH is the only good choice here and helps you sustain greatly in lane. The other 2 masteries are usually taken on assassins and junglers.
  • MERCILESS over MEDITATION. You do not need mana regen on Jinx, this synergyzes with your jinxR.png (Super Mega Death Rocket!).
  • DANGEROUS GAME over BANDIT since BANDIT is aimed at supports who do not last hit minions, your job is to last hit every damn minion in the laning phase.

Passive (Get Excited!) - One of the coolest passives in game, whenever you deal damage to a turret/champion inhibitor, and that enemy unit dies within the next 3 seconds, you will get a massive speed boost. Heck even Sonic The Hedgehog would envy you! With this passive you can afford to overstay on lane a little longer to push a turret, supposing you would destroy it before the enemy can get their first auto-attack/skill on you.

Q (Switcheroo!) - This skill is what makes Jinx so fun! With this you constantly alternate between a rocket launcher and a minigun, how cool is that?! The minigun can make you shoot extremely quick with the passive on it but has shorter range while your rocket launcher has great range and does AoE damage but is also slower and (take notes) costs 20 mana per rocket! Note that if you get 3 stacks of attack speed on your minigun then switch to your rocket launcher the stacks will remain and start decaying normally as if you were not attacking anymore while you shoot your rocket launcher, you can not get any more stacks from your rocket launcher.
I always max this skill first as it gives you extra range with each level up and a faster attack speed buff as well.

4ikh38.jpg

W (Zap!) - Now at first glance this skill might look better than Q because of its awesome range, great damage, and superb scaling but because of the huge delay on it, it is very hard to land against aware opponents who actively dodge all the time, so I max this 2nd. You will need a couple of Jinx games under your belt to start hitting those god-like zap beams, but once you do it will be very satisfying. Note that this skill does not reveal stealthed enemies, even though the description states it gives you "true sight", it does not. This skill can help you kite, finish off enemies, poke from afar when you're in an unsafe position to go in with autoattacks in a teamfight and much more. All of this we shall discuss a bit later on.

2eygzh0.jpg

E (Flame Chompers!) - Think of this as an empowered, delayed, multiplied, sight revealing caitlyn trap. Yeah you read that right, this skill shoots 3 traps in a horizontal line (or vertical if you shoot them up against a wall) which after a small delay will trap 3 enemies for a short period of time (Note: This can not be the same enemy stepping in multiple traps, after someone has stepped in one of the traps he will not trigger the other 2). Correct usage of this skill can win teamfights and save team mates, these traps can even act as temporary wards as they do reveal bushes and such. I put one point in this at level 2 and keep it for the utility but only max it last.

119qwe1.jpg

R (Super Mega Death Rocket!) - This ultimate is pretty much what it sounds like. Jinx fires off a HUGE rocket with global range which does AoE damage on impact and loves inflicting extra damage on low HP enemies.
The neat messages with Jinx referencing "Worms" games is an awesome bonus. More on usage of this skill later on.

Items & when to pick them:

Starting Items

1055.png This starting item has been around for a long time, consider buying this EVERY game, if you dislike the idea of starting Cull. The health bonus makes you last longer in trades. The 3 % Life steal gives you the sustain you need and the 8 Attack Damage helps you... Deal damage! The life steal also synergises with the Warlord's Bloodlust in case you decided to choose that once.

1083.png The item which has "I wanna farm creeps" written all over its laning phase. I recommend picking this up only when you have an ally support like Soraka or Janna, or when you know your support will play passive. Your trading potential is limited but still possible when you buy this, be extra careful. You want to last hit 100 minions with this item to gain a reward of 450 gold (350 G from hitting 100 CS + 100 extra G gained from the minions themselves). You will only sell the item after having gotten the reward from it (Duh!) and when you need to replace it for a better item in order to be able to maximise its effectiveness. You may also consider buying this item after having started Doran's Blade if you were forced to back really early and have 450 G.

Offensive items

3031.png: This is your first item that you build up to. Infinity Edge is vital and should be built EVERY game on Jinx. The 65 Flat bonus attack damage is great, the 20% crit chance combined with the passive will really ramp up your crit damage. Don't forget your rockets can deal an Area of Effect critical hit. With only this item in your inventory, you can potentially deal 1/4 of your enemy's HP with one autoattack.

3006.png: These are the boots you will take every game as either 2nd or 3rd item depending on when you wish to upgrade them. 30% attack speed is great on Jinx and is the best choice for her due to her autoattacks being her primary source of damage.

3087.png or 3094.png: Choose between one of these as your 1st attack speed item. Shiv should be taken most of the time due to its superior stats and and critting thunder passive. Take Rapid firecannon if you are losing lane hard  and need some extra range for passive poking later in the game.

3085.png or 3046.png: Choose one of these as your second attack speed item. You should mostly go for Phantom Dancer in close games or enemy-sided games due do it's defensive passive and superior stats. Grab Runaan's Hurricane, if you are snowballing hard since this item synergizes greatly with your passive and spreads your splash damage even more!

3072.png or 3153.png: Most of the times you will be grabbing Bloodthirster as your go-to Lifesteal item (5th item btw) because of its superior AD and just more appropiate stats for Jinx. You should only grab Blade Of The Ruined King if they have 3 or more tanks in their team because of the hp percentage damage passive which applies on your autoattacks.

The situational/defensive item (A.K.A. the 6th item)

When you reach your 6th item there are a LOT of choices as your last item to consider depending on the how the game is going. It is not just a choice of 2 different items like the ones mentioned above. Here I will explain how well each item can fit the role of item #6.

3139.png: Mercurial Scimitar is my favourite last item to build as it provides both defensive and offensive stats on the table.

Defensively you get 35 Magic Resist 10% Life steal AND a free Cleanse as your passive (which also provides a 50%  Movement Speed Bonus for 1 second which can really help you get out of a sticky situation)!
Offensively you get 75 Attack damage which since the AD items rework is the most AD you can have from an item!
However this item shouldn't be built against a heavy Attack Damage composition since the MR bonus will just go to waste. Oh make Zed an exception, build this item against him, it's his worst nightmare >:).

3156.png: Maw Of Malmortius is also a great last item. It gives less Attack Damage than Mercurial Scimitar and has no Life steal, but instead gives you 10 armor penetration and  2 passives (one which synergises with Warlord's Bloodlust). Build it against heavy Ability Power compositions who don't give you a problem Crowd Control-wise.

3812.png: Ok, ok. So the 2 items above are great! But what if you're not facing a team that has a lot of Ability Power? Well there are no items that give you Armor and offensive stats but the defensive passive on this item helps reduce damage. Offensively this provides you with 75 Attack Damage and 10% Cooldown Reduction. If they have a lot of Attack Damage and you want a great Offensive/Defensive item like the ones above, this item is the way to go.

3022.png: I rarely build this but I suppose having a constant slow on your auto attacks, 650 health and some AD on top of that helps your survivability a lot. This item is more focused on defensive stats for Jinx rather than offensive. I believe the slow applied from it will also be AoE (Area of Effect).

3026.png: This item is purely defensive and should be built if you are having a REALLY bad time and you're dying a lot because of the enemy team's focus (sometimes good positioning just won't do if you're up against mobile/great players).

VS

Alistar

Medium

Ever since his last update, his pulverize.png ----> headbutt.png combo is much easier to execute and so he remains quite a potent threat. Keep your range from him if you can, Alistars runs out of mana eventually.

If he ends up using the combo on you, try to make him be as far away from his AD Carry as possible so that he doesn't have a proper followup.

He is vulnerable after this combo so fight back, if he doesn't have a followup, he will try to walk back so trap him with your jinxE.png and punish him.
His ferocioushowl.png makes him pretty much unfightable for 7 seconds so avoid fighting him then.

Someone like 25.png does pretty well against him as she can protect you from his CC really well. 40.png is also a safe disengage pick against him.

VS

Annie

Medium

The Dark Child isn't much of an issue till level 6. After that she spikes really hard, so try to poke her down before she gets her infernalguardian.png.

Watch for her passive, when it's up, she can and WILL stun you in order to poke you with her low range incinerate.png spell or make her infernalguardian.png stun you.
She is an immobile mage so poking her with jinxW.png should be feasible.
Someone with a hard engage like 53.png412.png or 111.png  can catch her our easily

VS

Ashe

Easy

Ashe is not seen very often. She's been reworked and her kit is definitely more viable now though.

Stay behind your minions to not get poked down by her Volley and avoid trading with her when her  asheQ.png  is up (that also means you should avoid extended trades). At level 6 her engage with asheR.png  is very strong and you should be always aware of it, if needed buy a  3140.png  to cleanse her ultimate.

Poke her with rockets and  jinxW.png  whenever you can, it should be easier to hit since she has no mobility.  Take advantage of her  asheW.png  being down in lane to poke her with 1 or 2 autoattacks.

VS

Bard

Medium

Bard can be an absolute nuisance with his constant poke and his long-ass stun.

Do not stay lined up with a wall or ally as his bardQ.png stun lasts for a while and can make or break a fight.

Never chase Bard through a bardE.png as you are slower than him in the tunnel and once you exit, you are the perfect candidate for a bardQ.png in the face.

Step on his bardW.png if possible in order to destroy it and deny the enemy team a heal.

Have you support pick someone like 40.png or 16.png if you want to play passive against him, or alternatively 412.png or 53.png for aggressive play.

VS

Blitzcrank

Hard

Blitzcrank is an absolute pain to face as rocketgrab.png is great against immobile carries like you, try to move as unpredictably as possible if he gets in range to hook you, otherwise hide behind your minions.

If all else fails use 4.png before he grabs you if you know you're about to get grabbed, better safe than sorry!

Poke him down if he used his rocketgrab.png, he is nothing without it. Punish him for missing his hooks.

Someone who can to be close to the enemy in order to engage would excel in this matchup. Someone who WANTS to get hooked like: 44.png12.png or 89.png will perform godlike in this matchup.

VS

Brand

Hard

Brand, is really tough to face. He has long range poke that hurts a ton and good CC even if he hits his skillshots.

While his brandconflagration.png is undodgeable, his brandfissure.png and brandblaze.png certainly aren't so try to avoid them at all cost.

Avoid standing next to your partner or minions when he uses brandwildfire.png as it will bounce unto you and deal tons of damage.

Consider buying early life steal if he is too much of a pain in lane.

Have your support pick 89.png412.png or 111.png to shut him down by engaging him hard.
Alternatively, sustain through laning phase with someone like 16.png by your side.

VS

Braum

Easy

Braum can be annoying when he constantly tries to poke you with his braumQ.png, it is relatively easy to dodge though. If he manages to land one, keep your range as his passive will be applied and you will get stunned after a few autoattacks from the enemy.

Keep in mind he can use his braumW.png both offensively (to engage by hopping unto a minion close to you and get in range) or defensively.

Wait for him to use his braumE.png before using skillshots on him and remember to constantly poke him if you can in order for him not to be able to engage you too confidently.

While his braumR.png is not the easiest to dodge, make sure not to stand in it AFTER he's used it as it slow for quite a bit.

For support picks against him, consider taking someone who can disengage well like 12.png , 40.png

VS

Caitlyn

Medium

Caitlyn is the "sniper" of AD Carries and if played properly, the queen of laning phase.

Be on the move constantly to avoid her  caitlynpiltoverpeacemaker.png. Have your support step in her  caitlynyordletrap.png  if possible because if you step in one of them she gets a CRAZY long range, critting autoattack. The same applies for getting hit by her escape tool  caitlynentrapment.png  , she gets that empowered autoattack from it as well. Do not stay on lane at low HP once she hits level 6 because you can only escape  caitlynaceinthehole.png  by having someone block it, or being out of range. Laning phase against her is tough but don't be afraid to trade back and remember that Jinx outperforms Caitlyn later on.

VS

Draven

Hard

Draven is the KING of 1v1 trades on bot lane. As much as we kinda lack his presence on bot lane, whenever we DO see him, he is usually played by someone experienced with him, then again he does have a high skill cap.

Make sure to never trade with him early game when his axes are empowered, and just try to poke him down whenever he is in the process of catching an axe. He is a pain overall but if he doesn't manage to get himself going by either farming or getting kills with those stacks on his passive, he will mostly fall behind pretty hard.

You shouldn't really go offensive vs. Draven but if you somehow get a lead, remember that hitting your   jinxW.png  and  jinxE.png should be easy since you can predict where Draven will go by looking at where he has to catch his next axe.

If he gets fed, you don't have much of a chance fighting him, not even in late-game, have your team shut him down if he gets fed.

VS

Ezreal

Easy

Ezreal, one of the most passive AD carries in lane is a real reason to get bored quickly.

He won't ever engage you unless he's stupid or his support engages you. The only thing you should look out for is his  ezrealmysticshot.png which is easy to dodge and his  ezrealtrueshotbarrage.png  which is used for wave clear or just trying to finish you off. His laning phase revolves around stacking his  3070.png in order to be a complete nuisance in late-game by always poking with his  ezrealmysticshot.pngnever getting caught due to his ezrealarcaneshift.png

You must punish Ezreal in lane by poking him with rockets from behind your own minion line (in order to avoid any  ezrealmysticshot.png.) If you ever engage him try, to lock him down with your  jinxE.png and keep your skillshots for when he's already used his ezrealarcaneshift.png.

VS

Graves

Medium

Ever since his rework, Graves has been a pretty interesting champion to play against. He gets up close to you and right in your face being tankier than other AD Carries, he will make you suffer if you let him get close to you.

Don't stand next to a wall as his  gravesclustershot.png detonates almost instantly if it hits a wall making you take the whole return damage.
Keep your range from him, if he get too close, use your  jinxE.png and kite away.
Avoid his gravessmokegrenade.png at all costs as it slows you and blinds you when you stand in it.

Use your superior range to poke him down.

VS

VS

VS

Kalista

Medium

VS

Karma

Medium

VS

Kog'Maw

Easy

Kog' Maw has been reworked and is pretty much a crazier hyper carry ever since that happened.

Try to dodge his  kogmawcausticspittle.png  as it reduces some of your defensive stats when trading against him.
Only trade against him when his  kogmawbioarcanebarrage.png is down since it is his main source of DPS.
Past level 6 he has a high range poking tool that deals more damage the lower HP you have, be aware of it.
When you kill him remember he still has his passive so try to run/flash out of range if you find yourself low enough to be killed by it.

One the few AD Carries to outscale Jinx, try to end the game before it gets to that point or this matchup becomes HARD.

VS

Leona

Hard

VS

Lucian

Medium

Lucian, the first black AD Carry introduced to League Of Legends which also ironically runs/chases you pretty well.

Be on the move constantly and try to avoid standing behind minions in order to not get hit by his  lucianQ.png
Try to keep your range and poke him down before he can manage to all-in you with his spells and passive procs.

Be aware of the time period where your minions have been cleared and you await another wave as this is the time where lucian is most likely to use his lucianR.png
As with all AD Carries with dashes, wait for him to use his dash before hitting your skillshots.

You outscale him by far, late-game.

VS

Lulu

Easy

VS

Lux

Medium

VS

Miss Fortune

Medium

Miss Fortune is actually really good and considered the Teamfight AD Carry ever since she was changed.

Make sure to not stand behind minions as her missfortunericochetshot.png bounce damage is pretty high ESPECIALLY if your minions are low because when she last hits the minion with this spell the bounce will deal way more damage, this is key for surviving against her.

Try to trade with her when her missfortuneviciousstrikes.png is down in order to maximise trading potential.

Her missfortunebullettime.png is extremely powerful if you stand too much in it. Don't stay with low HP on lane or be ready to flash it.

Rarely seen on bottom lane. This ADC can roam like no other.

Really the only thing to watch out for here is her  quinnQ.png , Dodge it.
Try to not trade when she has you marked with her passive.
Remember that if she gets ahead, she can catch you very easily anywhere with quinnR.png and herself even more so don't let that happen.

Also, her quinnE.png marks you with her passive so watch out for that.

VS

Sivir

Hard

Sivir is a utility AD Carry but is damn hard to kill and out-push.

She can easily outtrade you if you try to attack her by trading back with a big spiralblade.png in the face.

She gets mana by using spellshield.png on your spells, so try to bait it out or use an unimportant one (You don't want her to spellshield.png your jinxR.png!!)

She pushes more than you do with her ricochet.png and spiralblade.png  combined.

Sivir engages you easily with her onthehunt.png if she gets ahead so watch out for that.

Farm and outscale her, laning phase is a pain but once it's over you should be doing great.

Underrated as fuck. His laning phase will cripple you if you can't dodge his skillshots.

Watch out for him charging his varusq.png up, if you see him do it, be ready to dodge.
He is most likely charging one up if you see him go in the brush.

His varuse.png slows you and applies grievious wounds so don't use potions while standing in it.
Varus' varusw.png will allow him to outtrade you a lot of times too.
His engage is as strong as Ashe's with varusr.png, watch out for it, if your support gets tagged by it, walk out of range or you will get rooted as well.

Try to trade when his spells are down.

Late-game is your best bet as you clearly outperform him then.

VS

Vayne

Medium

This is relatively easy for Jinx, you can force her off the minions if she doesn't play cautiously. Just poke with rockets whenever she gets close to a last hit. She becomes a hyper carry like Kog maw so try to destroy her in lane. Otherwise remember when trading with her not to stand near a wall because if she condemns you and sucessfully stuns you, you're probably screwed. Last useful tip, although I always forget to do it, get a pink ward after she turns level 6 if she turns out to be a problem, does wonders against her stealthed Q.

Pros/Cons Back to Top

Pros:

  • Extremely fun to play, what can be more badass than a maniacal woman who wields many weapons just to blow  shit up?!
  • Outscales most opposing marksmen, exceptions being of course the hyper carries (Vayne, Kog Maw, Tristana, whom you should be trying to destroy on lane anyways)
  • Insane wave clear with late-game rockets.
  • Outstanding turret pressure with minigun passive, even without attack speed items.
  • Decent global presence supposing you can hit your ultimates.
  • Works well with almost any support or team, she is flexible, that includes her kit.
  • Great poke on lane. Can also chunk good hp before teamfights while staying safely positioned.
  • Can make and break teamfights with well positioned flame chompers (E), that includes saving team mates too.

Cons:

  • No escape, immobile for the most part, although her kit can help you get away in many situations, flash is a must.
  • Easy to play, Hard to master. Investing time in this champion will get you far supposing you enjoy playing her.
  • Although this relates to the first con, she does badly against enemy teams with a lot of gap closers.
Think there's not enough cons? Well that's just the way it is, Jinx is a top tier ADC and really doesn't have that many disadvantages.

When do I pick Jinx? Back to Top

So you're in champ select and you're thinking of going AD carry, you contemplate Jinx and you ask yourself: "Is it a good idea to pick her in this exact situation?". Unless you plan on becoming a one trick pony Jinx main like me, you want to consider these things first.

When picking Jinx there is not much thinking to do, remember how I stated in the "Pros/Cons" section that this ADC is VERY flexible? That indeed still applies, but, there are 2 things you wanna keep in mind when picking her:

  1. Don't pick her if the enemy team consists of champion with gap closers that can easily catch low mobility carries like you. Ex of enemy team: Malphite, Irelia, Katarina, Blitzcrank
  2. Make sure you have a favorable lane, you don't necessarily wanna pick Jinx against a Nautilus support unless you know you can handle the match up, know how to dodge his hook, etc.
Of course, like with any champion, if you play him/her a lot you will be able to pick that certain champion in any circumstances. So if you have invested a lot of time with Jinx like me, you could naturally pick her all the time, but then again if that was the case scenario you probably wouldn't be reading this guide.

In conclusion, feel free to pick Jinx with any kind of allied team knowing the flexibility you have but make sure to adapt correspondingly against the enemy team.

Preparation for laning phase Back to Top

Welcome to Summoner's Rift!
The game just started, you bought your Doran's blade and yellow trinket, you're ready to play, so now what?

Preparation for laning phase:

First things first: Help your jungler get started, if you're blue side you will be in charge of guarding the red buff, purple side bot lane guards blue buff.
You want to be guarding these exact locations when waiting for jungler to start his buff:

zocduf.jpg

Remember to not level up any ability since there is always a possibility to get invaded, if it happens to be the case take your traps with Ctrl + E and use them to save  yourself/others, don't forget to pop your trinket near the buff if you can while running away.

After 1:30 you're gonna want to either head to your lane, or if the jungler starting on your side, help him take the Gromp/Kruggs camp by autoattacking 4 or 5 times then heading back towards your lane. The same process will be applied if he starts Red/Blue buff but you will only autoattack 2 or 3 times in order to get back to lane in time through a safe route.

You may ask yourself what I mean by "get back to lane in time through a safe route.", just make sure to not head through the river towards your lane (this counts for both sides), because the bush there may be camped by the opposing bot lane.

As you can see the blue paths are the safest ones but will also take up precious time, If you have vision or guarded the bushes marked with a red X, then you may proceed taking the red paths and getting to lane faster.

About me/A few last words Back to Top

Hi guys, my name's Virusss and i'm a passionate gamer who's been playing league for 3+ years now.

I started out playing ADC at summoner level 5 and have gotten 1 account into Platinum and the other one into Diamond. Since then I've been playing mostly Jinx only ever since she got released.

Please note that this is my first guide, ever, and that any constructive criticism is appreciated.
Make sure to give this guide a thumbs up if you enjoyed it and leave a comment too.

If you'd like to play a few games with me, I'm always looking forward to meeting new summoners! Feel free to add me on one of these 2 servers:
  • EUW: "Virusss"
  • EUNE: "The Virusss"
I'd like to personally thank you if you stayed to read each section thoroughly and even if you didn't, thank you for checking my guide out!

Note that this guide is still a WIP, and more missing sections may be added soon including new ones, so stay tuned.

Big thanks to my homie from EUNE - Frequency Zero for making the first minimap picture.

Until next time, stay happy and crazy, just like Jinx. :D
