Most of these are self-explanatory but here's a couple important points.

Vampirism > natural talent. Once you get hydra and death's dance going, that lifesteal will be even more useful.
Not to mention even early game vampirism provides more healthy clears than a couple more hp on each khazixW.png heal

Intelligence vs precision is up to preference. I personally prefer Intelligence for the even faster uptime on Q and slightly faster early clear.

Evolution is always Q->E. 

I like to choose my final evolution based on whether i'm carrying or not.
R is if you are carrying, w for a more supportive role where you can slow enemies for your team to kill so you can reset.

I like to do a full clear of the jungle on my first clear so taking a second point in w keeps kha'zix healthy (especially if you run the scaling armor runes)

Starting Items

Situational Items

Almost always start Hunter's Talisman and refillables.


Go stalkers smite most of the time, skirmishers if you feel you can't 1v1 their jungler (always skirmishers vs graves)

You should almost always be rushing a youmuu's as your first post warrior completed item. Tiamat works well with it since you can weave it into your combo as well as use it midair to secure resets.

Next you can go duskblade or deaths dance depending on if you need to sustain when dueling or not. Usually you'll get the other after whichever you pick first.

As for boots I usually go ninja tabi to help in 1v1's. Mercs are the secondary choice.

Situationally Maw is great for when they are bursting you down (its passive combined with ravenous hydra and deaths dance's healing makes you a sustain god).

Cleaver is good if they are tanky (never rush cleaver after warrior when behind please) though usually getting a last whisper first into cleaver is better. I tend to build cleaver only when selling my warrior enchantment to complete the build.

Q does massive damage to him. Use stealth so he can't auto you for the heal

If he doesn't have a lead on you and you are 6, its a pretty easy 1v1.

bio: coldsteel was born with a special power. he was stronger than all his classmates in the sonic fighting academy. he served in the sonic military fighting shadow and in the final battel against shadow they were fighting and shadow turned him to the darkness and coldsteel turned against sonic and killed him. he lost a part of his ear in the battle which is why he doesnt not have a part of his ear, pls stop PMing me askin me why thats why. also earings arent gurly fuck you khaoskid663 everyone knos your a fuckin pokemon scammer fagot

 anyways just use your khazixR.png after he uses his in a straight 1v1.

Usually easy, though the second he is able to 1v1 you the game gets a lot harder

Nidalee

Medium

On even ground its an easy 1v1 but she farms and ganks so fast in the hands of an experienced nid that it can feel like she's always 5 steps ahead. Nid players have a tendency to take cs and all the kills so they tend to be the one fed person on their team, making the game all on the nid's hands to carry. So if you just kill her whole team you can have your whole team focus her :^)

Rek'Sai

Medium

If she goes cinderhulk it can be pretty tough to actually get a kill on her since she'll just tunnel away once she realizes you are winning. If she goes warrior you can usually burst her down very quickly


Be wary of her gaining a massive cs lead though. Her counterjungling is phenomenal

The Hunt is On.


If he gets the jump on you with his ult it is usually better to just leap a wall because he will burst you down very quickly.

If you catch him though, you can burst him quicker.

Zac

Right now this guy is pretty meta.

He's not hard to 1v1, it's just that he's almost always backed up by someone due to his cc chain. If you do end up popping his passive save your tiamat w to kill all of them at once when they near each other.

Quick Breakdown of a couple of Kha's more subtle mechanics.


Tiamat midair when jumping into a fight to ensure you tag as many people as you can so you get assists.
Assists mean more jumping.

Q checks if someone is isolated at the time damage goes off rather than when its cast. Use this to your advantage to time when someone will be isolated. (Yes if they flash away from the minion wave mid Q it will count as isolated)

Q will always cancel if they leave vision, but not if they leave range. If you expect someone to hop a wall when they are about to die throw a ward over it so your q will go off

Double jumps are possible by getting a reset midair and just pressing E again.

Q and tiamat are possible midair (you can even leap away from someone and Q them if you are quick enough)

Always buffer your W and R if need be after leaping towards someone. They will cast slightly before you land.
