Hello there and welcome to my Lee Sin Guide, being a Jungle and Mid main, as-well as a coach, I have decided to make multiple guides with Numerical Proof and evidence as of to why the runes and masteries, skill order and items being bought are the most optimal above all. Q (Priority #1): The reason you will be maxing your Sonic Wave/Resonating Strike before anything else is because of the fact that your Sonic Wave/Resonating Strike is your core playmaking spell on lee sin, it does the most damage with the exception of your Ultimate. and leads to an insanely destructive early-game due to overflowing quantities of damage.


W (Priority #2): The reason your Safeguard/Iron Will is number 2 priority on this list is because of the fact that it grants you a shield, this should be scaling into the mid-game, you could max your Tempest second, but having maxed your Sonic Wave first should be sufficient damage, this shield will give you insane spellvamp and lifesteal which will make sustaining after a failed gank very easy, allowing you to return again for more.

E (Priority #3): Your E is your third and final priority because of the fact that it has been nerfed heavily, in-fact it scales off of Physical damage yet deals Magical damage, therefor the armor penetration runes will have gone to a waste and you will do far less damage on this spell. Aside from that it no longer has a attack speed slow so it isn't a very good spell to max.

R (Real #1 Priority Whenever Available): Your Dragon's Rage is your REAL number one priority (whenever you're able to give it a point) because it does INSANE Quantities of damage. At rank 1, with about 130 physical damage, you can hit a target for 320+ Damage, flat out and ontop of that shove them back into your team if you are positioned correctly. This is your play-making spell above all and will grant you access to your most powerful combos.

Starting Items

    standard items to start with if you're jungling, i don't really see why you would start anything else.
    After doing the (.5 [1, 3 , 2) jungle clear you should recall with this.
    Get this if you will be ganking heavy early, you MUST take advantage and avoid wasting smite on camps.

Core Items

    This is your expected build if you manage to stay somewhat relevant.
    Against a very heavy magic damage team.
    against very heavy physical damage auto attacker team comp, if they do not have auto attackers replace ninja tabis with mobility boots, and replace thornmail with Dead Mans plate
    best build you can get on lee sin, you can hard-carry games in all elo with this build

Situational Items

    high damage, health, high cdr high defensive stats build, not your TANKIEST build, but will give you ALOT of damage while keeping you at borderline "tanky"

NOTE: SINCE YOU WILL NOT BE BUILDING A SIGHSTONE, YOUR WARDING MAY BE LOW. 3363.png IS THE BEST TRINKET ITEM YOU CAN CURRENTLY BUY. HOWEVER 3364.png OR 3341.png IS STILL GOOD



Super Hard Carry Core Build: (Normal Rune-page On Guide)

3711.png > 1001.png > 1408.png > 3009.png or 3117.png > 3156.png or 3071.png > 3156.png or 3071.png > 3053.png > 3143.png or 3742.png

Heavy Armor Auto Attacker Core Build:

3711.png > 1001.png > 1408.png > 3009.png or 3117.png > 3074.png or 3071.png > 3742.png > 3075.png > 3143.png (Flat Armor Yellow + Scaling MR Blue Runes)

Hard Carry Magic Resistance Core Build: 

3711.png > 1001.png > 1408.png > 3111.png > 3156.png > 3190.png > 3742.png > 3065.png or 3102.png (Scaling CDR Blue + Flat Armor Yellow Runes)

Damage Lee Sin Build:

3711.png > 1001.png > 1408.png > 3009.png or 3117.png > 3071.png > 3074.png > 3156.png > 3053.png

Easy

Will out-scale you heavily, so its your role to invade him, play really aggressively and deny him blue buffs. This action being repeated can easily lead to amumu taking FOREVER to get a decent amount of items to be impactful, he cannot beat you in skirmishes.

VS

Elise

Hard

I put elise in here, but in reality ANY OTHER jungler can destroy lee sin. this was to avoid doing the work of filling in EVERY jungler lee sin loses to, and he loses to them by a mile long shot.

VS

Evelynn

Easy

Beat her all over the map, you can reveal her, and she is TOO Squishy to be taking damage from you, at level 3 you can kill her even if she is to use her summoner spells defensively.

VS

Master Yi

Easy

You can kill him 70% of the game unless he gets really fed, or just fed in general, you can still kill him if hes fed but it will require alot of effort and perhaps a little bit of team aid. shut him down soon and snowball your team.

VS

Rengar

Medium

You can burst him really hard, hes a Burst/DPS champion for the first 40% of the game, in these levels you should counter-jungle him and screw with him, put him as far behind as you can and give laners kills since he will out-scale you HARD late game.

VS

Shaco

Easy

Kill him as much as you can, invade him too. Infact you don't even have to invade him, have someone or yourself go and trigger his boxes to ruin his perfect leash, it will put him behind and grant you the time needed to 3 buff him or invade him at his second buff and kill him for the 3-0 buffs+1 kill benefit.

Jungle Clear Path Back to Top

This will be your (.5 [ G, W, B] BLUE) Recall (.5 [K, L, R] RED) Clear. In other words this stands for:

"(.5" = Half (pertaining to half of the jungle, claiming that you will only clear one half at a time)
"[G, W, B]" = The camps you will be killing, and the sequence, for G, W ,B you kill; Gromp, Wolves, Blue
"BLUE)" = The side of the jungle this clear will begin on
"Recall" = The action of recalling, when you will recall.

BRONZE:

64.png is very good in this elo, technically just about all champions are good in bronze, however you need to build damage in this elo otherwise you won't be able to abusive your early game and prove to be oppressive unless you flex out and connect to your high physical damage roots on your spells and wildly explosive and erratic skill kit. You cannot be passive in this elo, as even champions like 64.png will be unable to win games. 64.png falls off HEAVILY so you need to secure your victory as soon as possible.



SILVER:

As stated in the "BRONZE:" elo description, 64.png is very good here, he has the power necessary to destroy other junglers and eliminate carries as though its 107.png. AVOID playing passive on him as stated earlier, learn the fancy combos in this guide as they will help you snowball out of control. People are still unable to counter-play you if you're good so it's very easy to make plays with not too much retaliation from the enemy team.


GOLD:

Still a very good pick in this elo, though higher up you will begin to see counter-play, people building tanky to shut you down and grouping if you land a spell, it is uncommon though so do not be afriad to force a play as 95% of the time so long as you pull off an insec kick it should be successful without counter-play.


PLATINUM:

64.png Randomly dies and falls off in this elo, the reason being is that this is no longer bronze, silver, gold where you can build full damage and get away with it, here you will HAVE to build tanky to an extent which means you cannot just 1 hit people anymore, and if you can't 1 hit anyone then you're not being too efficient as a damage 64.png. Insec kicks are only successful 70% of the time now, not worth the risk in all reality especially if you are fed. The reason 64.png falls off so hard in this elo is because of the fact that you need followup to be successful here. 64.png is popular but that doesn't mean everyone knows how to play WITH him. many times you will go in on a simple play you see as a free kill, however blind to it your team will not expect it, and you will end up dying for nothing. In low elo he's good because you don't need follow-up, Now you will begin to require follow-up though.


DIAMOND:

This one is very one-sided because of the fact that SOMETIMES you will get the required follow-up to win a game and carry teamfights, however most of the time you will not. Many people are ignorant to 64.png potential. His opportunity and play limits. The most you will be expected to be followed on is a Insec Kick, that is the most your laners will be prepared to follow in on.


MASTER / CHALLENGER:

Very good here, the reason 64.png  randomly spikes back up in how good he is in each tier is due to the fact that now people are good enough to see just about any play you are able to see. You will get follow-up without even having to ping 90% of the time, you are able to make plays and go full tank, make it EASY for your team to carry a game you crafted to be a free and easy win.
