Starting Items

• Go health potions if you think early lane will be high poke.
• Can rush ardent instead and buy mobility boots after

Core Items

• Ardent first> Redemption finishes the 45% CDR and health to buff> Locket
• If you want to keep control ward but Elixer of Iron to buff your your health, locket shield by 100+ and buff your redemption.

Situational Items

• Incredible burst damage on ADC. Consider for burst champs like Twitch
• End build selling control ward. Belt and iron to buff lock but 300+ shield and then Warmogs when you can afford to buff even further.

Go either or at the start of the game. 

I personally prefer   as Lulu is very mana hungry and the additional movement speed is nice. It's also much easier to get gold without basic attacking and getting yourself into sticky situations.

 Spelltheif is great against supports that get  however this is still risky and you can get a lot of poke from ADC and the extra ability power doesn't help long term, as it becomes much harder to get gold with this item especially when building into  slowing your movement when you hit an enemy. Too risky. 

If you want to keep  wards in inventory and have spare money buy  as it adds an additional 100+ onto locket. It also adds more damage and health onto . This can really help in a team fight.

Normally when I have enough gold at the end I buy  with  as it adds a huge 300+ shield to locket  with more damage and health to redemption too. It's a must in a team fight. Then eventually into  just to buff this even further. Your team will not lose in a team fight with  and eventually  if used properly.

Stay behind minions and don't get grabbed. If you get grabbed you're usually dead. If your ADC gets grabbed or you immediately poly the ADC W , shield yourself or ADC  and slow them to get away with your Q. They shouldn't deal too much damage if you do this correctly. Unless Blitz has up his ult . 

A Blitzcrank will most likely abuse you when they have  boots, stay back and behind minions to avoid getting grabbed or simply make sure you basic attack him to un proc the boots constantly. Avoid warding without vision unless jungler and ADC are close by.

Ezreal

Easy

Simply just use E everytime Ezreal uses his Q. Should be an easy lane to win. When he uses his E  make sure you punish him for having no easy escape. Instantly use your W on either you or your ADC and deal some damage off him, get a kill or force his flash.

VS

Vayne

Easy

Vayne is easy through the whole game I believe with a Lulu support. When she uses ult simply use your poly  then when the poly has ended use your exhaust  if needed. She will do hardly no damage. Then if your ADC is low after that use your ult  impossible to lose this.

When she uses her just shield you are your ADC.
