Summoner Spells Back to Top

If your supportarrow-10x10.png goes heal you can go 21.png

but heal is the best summoner' s spell at the moment (and ignite or in some specific occations exhaust for supportarrow-10x10.png).

You could go full w instead of q, then you would have a bit harder all in and a little bit better last hit (when you use w's activearrow-10x10.png to push), but you 'd lose much poke power from q.

You could go without e if you dont feel it is necessary for you to survive or securearrow-10x10.png kills (you put all the skill points to q and w so you have better poke, last hit and all in).

Edit: New runes Summon Aery and Arcane Comet made her e much stronger poke tool and her w is not that strong at first 3-4 levels (character levels), so most of the times you would like to have at least 1 point  on e until lvl 3 (and when i say "at least" i mean exactly 1 point, no more).

START WITH

EARLY ITEMS

You will get these with any order you can, it depends of the goldarrow-10x10.png you have every time you go back. Also you can get 1 or 2 longswords if you don't have the goldarrow-10x10.png to complete brutalizer at once.

BOOTS AND UPGRADED BOOTS

You will get your boots whenever you go back and you have 325 gold that you can't do anything else with them (or if they have too much poke and you have a hard time to dodge).
Same goes for the upgraded boots.
You should get at least non upgraded boots after you complete your Youmuu's Ghostblade.

CORE

CORE BUILD

Infinity Edge should be your first complete item, after this you complete Youmuu's Ghostblade.
After them you should always go for Bloodthirster it gives you a very good ad boost, good lifesteal and a very usefull shield. Then Last Whisper to maintain your damage even if they have some armor. The only exception is when the opponents have already stack much armor (3 or more people with 100-150 armor) that you should go first Last Whisper and then Bloodthirster.

LAST ITEM

Mercurial Scimitar if you need the active to remove cc (1 sec movespeed is also nice) and if you need some mr too even better.

Maw of Malmortius if you need mr and you don't need to remove cc (if they have no hard cc for example)

Black Cleaver if you don't need anything of the above ones and you want the most efficiency about your dps.

SITUATIONAL

ALTERNATIVES AND END GAME TRADES

If you are ahead of your opponents and you complete Infinity Edge before you get the brutalizer you can go Statikk Shiv instead of Youmuu's Ghostblade. It will give you a very nice burst and a better wave clear and it can help you snowball.

In case of the opponents are stacking hp (ex. 3 people or more go for items like Rod of the Ages, Randuin's Omen etc) you should consider buying Blade of the Ruined King instead of Bloodthister.

In the end game when you have full build you can trade your boots for a Zephyr. You will get some ad and some as, this will give you much more dps, some cd reduction is always good and all of these just for a small loss of movement speed.

When you have full build you should consider trading your Youmuu's Ghostblade with a Phantom Dancer. It will give you more stable stats, permanent attack speed and movespeed, better critical chance and a nice passive especially for teamfights. You will lose some damage though (loss of ad and loss of armor penetration) and you will lose the cd reduction (this is not really critical a this point of game), but Phantom Dancer will do better job late game than Youmuu's Ghostblade (if you have already trade your boots for Zephyr it will be even stronger choice).

ENCHANTMENTS

You will get enchantment when you are full build or almost full build.

Alacrity - this gives you flat movespeed, movespeed is good, steady choice.

Homeguard - this is the only enchantment you may get before you are even close to have full build. If you need to go for a fast defence or if your team is behind the opponents and they are sieging you, you should go Homeguard so you can heal fast and return for defence

Furor - this gives you a better ms boost but to maintain it you have to hit opponents once every 1-2 seconds. This is better for kiting and for hunting opponents that you are already fighting with, but it is worse for escaping or hunting enemies that you were not involved in fight with. I would consider it only if i was ahead of my opponents.

Distortion - this is the last option and i wouldn't recommend it, take this only if you really REALLY need your flash's cd to be shorter, generally is a bad choice.

VS

Ashe

Medium

She has better range than you, slow and high range aoe poke, so she can trade better than you if you don't position yourself well. You can't use double-up if she farms safely, but whenever she tries to harass you she will be in range for the second shot of double-up, be sure to take the chance and poke her. On a strait 1vs1 you can easily kill her your w and q give you much more damage than she have. Be sure not to let her hit you before she hits a creep in lane because it will be a critical and u will lose this trade. After lvl 6 her all-in is harder than yours if she lands her ulti on you, so wait untill she use it or try to make her use it for escape.

VS

Caitlyn

Hard

She outranges you, her poke outranges yours and her traps can give you an even harder time to get close to farm without getting harassed. You must position well, dodge her q, learn to farm under turret under pressure and prey your sup can do something to help.

On a strait 1vs1 you win, but before this she will try to get advantage of her range and even if you reach her she will use her e q combo to slow you get away from you and poke you even more, try to avoid her e's slow so you can dodge her q too.

VS

Corki

Medium

You have the same range, this means he will be on range for double-up as he farms. Try to avoid his q with your extra ms from your passive and harass him with double-up, hit him from max range if he uses his e so it won't make you damage or shred your armor. After 6 he will be a threat, but everything depends on your dodging abilities. If you trade him without your q, even if you dodge his q you will lose, his passive gives him more damage (and true damage) than your w's passive (that is magic damage) 2 stacks.

VS

Draven

Hard

He has the same range as you so you can poke him wih double-up. He has much better damage output with his q so be carefull on trades, the only way to win trades is if you do aa-q combo for 1 hit of him with q. He has stronger all in. And his e can bring you in a very bad position, be sure to dodge it. He can also interupt your ulti with his e, so be carefull when you use your ulti against him. Try to farm near or under your turret if he pushes you too much and ask for a gank. Never underestimate him he can do serious damage even if he is behind. Tell your support to poke him everytime he tries to catch an axe, less axe catches less potential gold from his passive, more mana to use an extra q. He has no real escape (same as you) so he is vulnerable to ganks or cc/poke from support.

VS

Ezreal

Easy

You have the same range, so you can poke him with double-up. He can't poke you as you stay behind your creeps, you win trades especially if you dodge his q. Try to force fights between creeps his q will be useless and you will win the trade. You have stronger all in with impure shots and double-up than he does but be sure he won't outrange you with his e-q. You shouldn't really have a problem against him, he is pretty squishy with less damage than you.

VS

Graves

Easy

He has less range than you so poke him with double-up will be easy. You can win every trade with him, just be carefull not to let him come melee to you when you have less hp than him, his q will hit you for 180% dmg than it would if you were away from him and if he use his e to come close to you he will have an as buff too. At his level 6 be carefull because he has a great burst, but you should be much ahead of him untill this point. Don't use your ulti when he is close to you he can easily dodge it with his e.

VS

Jinx

Medium

Her base range is lower than yours so you will have the chance to poke her with double-up. She can use her fishbones to outrange you, bait her to do so, she will run out of mana soon, also you can go all in when she uses fishbones as she won't have her attack speed buff. Be sure to stay behind your creeps or dodge her w because it does serious damage and with this slow she can hit you 1 or 2 times without you have a way to trade back. You don't have a dash or something but with your passive movement speed bonus you won't have a problem dodging her ulti from a distance. She has no way to stop your ulti. Just be carefull not to get caught by her e when she uses her pow-pow because she will have a stronger all in than you with her attack speed buff on. You should win this match up.

VS

Kalista

Medium

Same range as you, more basic damage than you, but really low starting armor. You will have many chances to harass her with your double-up but this can be tricky because of her passive dash after hit, you must land your double-up to the creep before she dashes away or you will possibly just lose mana. She is more mobile than you so be carefull she may harass you and go away before you have the chance to trade back if you don't position yourself well. Be sure not to stay behind a creep that is ready to die because she can use her q to kill the creep and harass you at the same time. Remember if she has stack her e on a creep she can try to harass you or trade back when at the same time she kills the creep with her e. If you go all in be sure you can kill her because if you both stay low and you have stacks of her e you will end up dead. It is a skill match up but it is a little bit in Kalista's favor.

About me Back to Top

not updated too

I am VampBlazer i was a platinum adc main player on eune, i play more support at the moment but lets say i am a main bot player.
I play LoL about 5 years now and i was playing about 5 years DotA before this.
My real name is George and i am 26 years old.

Miss Fortune was the 2nd champion i bought (with a cost of 6300 ip back then!), after master yi that a friend convinced me that i would like (i didn't like him, so i searched for the next one). I was a Miss Fortune mid main player on seasson 1 it had fun when we didn't have really lanes and most adc were on mid lane (dota like), but as the time passes i started playing more seriously and i think i can help some of you with my experience. I like theory crafting and testing runes, masteries, builds. I have noticed that there are not many fresh guides about Miss Fortune, so i decided to make one and try to convince you that Miss Fortune is viable pick at solo queue.

The basics for Miss Fortune Back to Top

You have to master your double-up. Notice the cone behind of your target (if you play with smart cast, as i do, left click the spell and put your cursor over a creep so you can see the cone), when a target is in this cone it will be hit with the second shot of double-up, so keep on your mind the maximum range and angle of your double-up's second shot. When there are more than one targets in this cone your bullet will bounce to the one that is closer to a straight line from you through the first target of your double-up. The 2nd shot of your q does more damage than the 1st one and it makes your q's range much longer, so you will have to learn how to poke your opponent with landingarrow-10x10.png your q to a creep first or to your opponents sup if it makes the mistake and position itself between you and the opponent adc.
Remember, when you are trying to kill him you must always use your impure shots' activearrow-10x10.png, because this offers you much more dps (because of the attack speed buff) and you can hunt them as you get your full passive's movespeed. Keep in mind that your q applies on-hit effects on both shots.

Bullet Time (The Ultimate) Back to Top

Your ulti is a 1400 range cone, every lvl of your ulti adds one more max stack of your impure shots (5+level of ulti), it does magic damage and it stacks impure shots (1 stack for every bullet hits the opponent). It lasts for 2 seconds (full cast) spraying 8 waves of bullets (6 bullets per wave) and every wave is fired per 0.25 seconds. It does physical damage with it's base damage (plus ap ratio) and magic damage through impure shots (that depends on your ad, it is a bit funny, isn't it?).
Be sure that you won't do your ulti at melee range because it has a very low aoe and the opponent can easily get out of it.
You can use your 1st level ulti to creeps too, for example if they are pushing you hard and you don't want to let them push you under turret or if you have push them and and you want to go back and there is a new wave coming you can use your ultimate to clear the wave under their turret and harass them a bit at the same time, then the lane will be pushed enough for you to go back and return to lane without losing much farm. On levels 2 and 3 of your ulti keep it unless it is necessary to clear a wave with it and use it only if you can hit 3 or more people or if for some reason you can't reach them with normal attacks, remember your hits does much more damage than your ulti. Also keep in mind that your ulti stacks your impure shots, so after someone gets hits by your ulti he will take more damage from your auto attack (depending on how many stacks of your w he has on him).

General gameplay and tips for Miss Fortune Back to Top

The general combo you use to trade with your opponent is with activatedarrow-10x10.png impure shots you autoattack the moment that your hit graphic starts you use your q to refresh your hit and you hit again (w-aa-q-aa). This way you do damage like you hitted the opponent about 3.5 times, when the opponent in the same time can hit you only 2 times.

If your opponents have skill shots you have to bait them use them before you enter the fight, so you will have the advantage of your passive's movement speed bonus and after they use them you can go fight them, they won't have their skills ready to fight you back.
Your position is very important, more than to other adcs and this is because you have no other way than flash to reposition/escape if you get caught and your passive gives you move speed only when you haven't taken any damage (you have no dash or jump or anything else). So you have always to stay behind of your team and find the squishier or the most dangerous target that you can hit without being in danger (or use your ulti). Heal, flash and Youmuu's Ghostblade can help with your reposition issues but except for flash you have nothing against hard cc.
Remember, when you start hitting someone use your w's and Youmuu's Gostblade's actives to maximize your dps output.

To pick or not to pick? Back to Top

I am a lazy person, this is also not updated!

So, is Miss Fortune a viable pick in this meta? Of course she is, at any elo, she is not a viable pick on competitive scene, but in solo queue every champion is viable if you master him.
But to be sure it will be viable you should follow some general rules. If you see a jungler like vi, jarvan etc or you see double assassin on the opponents' team you i would suggest you not to pick Miss Fortune, pick something more mobile or you will have problem out of the lane, if they are good you could have problem after their level 6 even in lane phase.
