Summoner Spells Back to Top

Take these all the time

i usually take 6.png because i like it better for its low cool down compared to 4.png.

New Runes Back to Top

Masteries Back to Top

*Cunning tree
 - Savagery to make last hitting and stacking your Q a much easier job.
 - Secret stash is for potion durrability.
 - Merciless for that dominating final blows, you can take "Meditation" if u think u will get out of mana, but i like        Merciless better
 - Dangerous game for that sustain in teamfights and 2v1 skirmishes (in case you get a kill or an assist you will            regain 5% of your missing health and mana' thats where those HP@18 seals come in handy)
 - Intelligence is for that 5% cdr in early game so we can stack our Q faster and to spam our E.
 - Stormraider's Surge is for the mobility, Nasus gets kitted pretty easily with CC and slows, but if u proc                    Stormraider's, your target wont be able to escape unless someone will come to help them out. (no one can            outrun a Nasus with Stormraider's proced).

*Resolve Tree
 - Recovery for that sustain and great health regen, makes u almost unkillable in lane.
 - Tough Skin is again for that lane sustain, so you will be able to tank minions easier and freeze lanes without          taking too much damage from the minions.
 - Runic Armor makes you a lifesteal and health regen monster in mid-late game + makes shields on you super strong and almost impossible to kill 1v1 and it is better than taking Veterans scars because i much prefer stronger lifesteal than those 50 bonus HP.
 - Perseverance is to make Nasus a health regen machine, you will survive longer in fights and skirmishes and it will    save you many times.

Max priority: R>E>Q>W
The reason why maxing E over Q is to be able to shove waves and farm creeps with your E. stack when ever u can but essentially you will want to shove the wave back to the opponents tower when he recalls or for you to be able to recall without losing any CS. also your E is great for poking your opponent.

Or if you want to play the old-school Nasus than your max priority should be like this:
R>Q>W>E

I Like Maxing my W 2nd instead of the E because the slow that your W gives is great if you are getting a gank by the enemy jungler (your only escape) or when u are getting a gank by your jungler.

Milestones to do in each game (if playing Stack Nasus):
100 stacks in 8 min = doing great
100+ stacks in 8 min = GG EZ GAME EZ LIFE
100- stacks in 8 min = farm faster

Items Back to Top

Starting Items

Always start this way, gives u great sustain in lane and can give u some extra health and mana if splitpushing.
    Get this when possible

Core Items

    Rush #1, explanation in description
    Rush #2, Explanation in description
Example full build for a balanced team (sell boots for 6th item like GA or thornmail or deadman)
if u some how manage to get a kill on your lane opponent Rush trinity force. Sheen for the 10% CDR and mana Next depends if you need sustain in lane than pickup phage over stinger (usually doesn't happen). Usually prefer: sheen > stinger > phage (stinger helps to last hit under tower + gives CDR to stack Q or spam E depends on the playstyle that you are going for)
    Boots that you can take
A build vs a full AD comp. (5 AD)
4 AP and 1 AD (if the 1 AD is an ADC pick up a thornmail)
2.2. If you don't get a kill after the #1 Rush, build one of these items accordingly to the match up to get that sustain and farm more so you can have a healthier late game
If they got a fed vayne, try out this build. (if u started the 2.1 path then build the Sheen into the Iceborn Gauntlet instead of Trinity Force)

Situational Items

    Armor items
    Magic resist items

Expanations for the different Rushes:

Rush #1: This is what you wanna have on your first back. The double Doran ring gives u enough mana to spam your abilities and also buffs your E dmg and your ult AOE dmg. Very cost efficient. (1100 Gold)

Rush #2: This is what you wanna try and rush if you are going for the Stack nasus playstyle. you Rush Sheen for the CDR + mana and to be able to upgrade it to a Trinity force later on, if u are against an AP matchup or u wanna go a little bit of a safer route u can build the Kindlegem, you will still get those 10% CDR and you will gain some HP to help u out in that sustain. if you are getting crushed by your lane opponent i suggest rushing spirit visage after getting the Sheen item, you should have enough CDR to get those stacks going and you will have the sustain that Spirit visage's stats and passive gives you.

DON'T GET 40% CDR FROM ITEMS ONLY.
Usually finish the raptor cloak and afterwards build a trinity force, and improvise as game progresses.
If u are the only tank on your team, build a different item which gives u 20% CDR (usually frozen heart or icebox gauntlet).

What you wanna do in laning phase is to make the enemy shove the minions into your turret and from there stack Q, and farm + poke with your E.
Get Tanky at first to not die in lane and build a sheen for some power spike damage.
go with the sheen into trinity force or iceborn gauntlet depending on the scenario and after that go full tank.

VS

Hard

Renekton is pretty much a lane bully, and if he goes with ignite, you are pretty much gotta give up on stacking your siphoningstrikenew.png.

Suggestions:
- Max priority: R>E>Q>W
- Go for the Rush #1 and play safe against him.
- Hug your tower.
- Stack your Q only when it is safe.
- If he recalls to base, Shove the lane with your spiritfire.png, with Rush #1 you will do it easily.
- Get 3512.png as your first item after "Rush #1", and place it behind your tower.
- If he freezes the lane, Harras him with your spiritfire.png and farm with it.
