Summoner Spells Back to Top

4.png11.png

4.png Flash is typically the secondary summoner spell you use when going any role. Very useful for securing kills, or getting away. Care for it's cool down, only use it when necessary.

11.png Smite is a must have for every jungler. Do not jungle without this summoner spell. Use it for buffs, securing Dragon, Rift Herald, and Baron. Useful for damage output to jungle monsters and champions (If you go stalkers, etc.)

Masteries Back to Top

Heeere we go.. the new masteries are still brand new and kind of a pain in the ass. But, luckily I think I've cracked the code for Rek'Sai at least. I've been able to farm both sides, gank successfully a couple times and still have health to go back.

Ferocity

---------------------------------------
1) Starting from top to bottom, Fury is an obvious pick, for the attack speed, no need for AP on Rek.
2) Double Edged Sword is a good pick for Rek'Sai for the extra damage. Feast kind of sucks..
3) Vampirism is broken as F*** omg, take it until they fix it lmao
4) If you're good at ganking take Bounty Hunter, otherwise you can take Oppressor for extra damage
5) Battering Blows for Rek'Sai, don't take the AP masteries for an AD champ.
6) Take Fervor of Battle for Rek'Sai, people get scared because they see the word stack and they think they have to work for it, they're super easy to get, just attack things, and you get bonus damage! Hooray!

Cunning

-------------------------------------
1) Savagery is a good pick for early jungling especially because it allows her to clear much easier.
2) Runic Affinity is also a great jungling mastery for buff longevity, she already has a heal passive.
3) Take Merciless if you're greedy, to secure kills, and for team fights, it works if you're really good at killing. And she doesn't take mana so there is no reason to take Meditation
4) You can take Bandit or Dangerous Game, I chose Dangerous Game because I like to gank and it can keep me alive longer in fights, but if you're a big spender and you think Rek'Sai is expensive, take Bandit.

Take your time and look through these masteries, these are the ones that work best in my opinion.

Passive reksaipassive.png

----------------------------
Her passive is simple, attack monsters, minions, or champions. Go underground and heal up! No mana!!

[Q] Queen's Wrath/Prey Seeker reksaiQ.png

---------------------------
Unburrowed Rek'sai gets a damage buff to her next 3 basic attacks. Which ofcourse gets stronger the more you level it up, and it is her best damage move, so max it first for easier kills and clear. When burrowed, you can shoot out a little pulse energy shot that does little damage, but reveals the enemy for a short time. It has long range and you can actually kill a target with it if they're low... it's very satisfying.

[W] Burrow/Unburrow reksaiW.png

----------------------------
This one's pretty simple, When you're burrowed, you can see footsteps from enemy champions, minions, and scuttle. Use this to warn your team, or use it to drop in a 1v1 if you'r confident you can kill them. Unburrowing is exactly how it sounds, you pop back up from underground and can use your ground abilities. Uniquely, unburrowing under any enemy target will knock them up, allowing you to land more attacks as well as your teammates if you're ganking.

[E] Furious Bite/Tunnel reksaiE.png

---------------------------
Your "e" is your other damage ability. It's a bite that will do more damage the more fury you have built up, if your fury bar is full, it will do true damage, try to use it wisely. When you're burrowed, you can make a 2-sided tunnel into the direction you choose. This is useful for getting away, or creating a short cut over walls or bushes. Be careful, enemies can destroy these and it has a long cool down.

[R] Void Rush reksaiR.png

--------------------------
Your ultimate is Void Rush, which is basically teleport but you can only use it on the tunnels you've created. It's a little difficult to use it for ganking, because generally if you leave a tunnel next to a lane or in the enemy jungle they will destroy it and you're only left with the tunnels that are close to your base or in your jungle. Sometimes you get lucky though, don't worry. I recommend getting home guards on Rek'Sai because you can ult from fountain and you pop out of one of your tunnels at light speed, making travel much faster. Use it wisely, either for ganks, getting to towers faster, or just using it to get back to jungle, it still sounds very scary and will cause the enemy team to back off when they hear your screech!

Items Back to Top

Starting Items

Typical jungle starting items. Hunters machete now gives you +8% life steal on monsters and bonus damage. Health potions to keep you in the jungle longer, and trinkets are an always take.
I recommend buying Machete over Hunter's Talisman, but either are a good start, they both build into the same thing. The difference here is that Talisman gives you mana in the jungle, which Rek'Sai doesn't need, but gives your health when fighting monsters and bonus experience. Another option is sweeping lense if you're worried about counter ganks or if you plan to gank and wait in a bush.

Core Items

It's important to know there are twoways to build Rek'Sai. You can go damage or tanky. Go stalkers blade on Rek'Sai for the damage on champions and slow so you can catch up and knock them up in the air for a secured kill. Buy lvl 1 boots as well for the movement speed.
If you build tanky, go cinderhulk but keep the stalker blade, the slow is important since Rek'Sai is dependent on her knock up for ganks/kills.
This is an average AD build for Rek'Sai, always build one or two tanky items otherwise you won't be able to go in to combo kill their team.
An example of a tankier build. A damage item or two is still a good idea so at least you can damage them a little while you go in.

Situational Items

If you are keen on vision or a team player. choose this blade.
If you're interested in some of the new items, these are also good choices to build into Rek'Sai. The potion is useful because it charges for big monsters killed and you can keep healing off of it. Lord Dominik's Regards is a replacement for Last Whisper and is actually quite good on AD champions, very good for taking down tanky enemies.
Ravenous Hydra is another item you can build on Rek'Sai. Primarily if you want to split push or push with your team. Staying in lane with your squishy team is important, and if you're taking all the damage, life steal is good to have so you can heal back up. And.. of course, the AD.

AD Rek'Sai

1400.png3071.png3074.png3078.png3812.png
Building AD on Rek'Sai is, in my opinion, the best way to go. Most of the time the team needs a good initiator and Rek'Sai is great for that. Most of the time, with good damage items, you can tunnel in a team fight and knock up a handful of enemies and q for heavy damage, allowing your team to go in and kill them all. It's all fun and games until a fed Rek'Sai pops up from underneath you and kills all of your friends...

Tanky Rek'Sai

1401.png3742.png3071.png3065.png3143.png
Typically I don't build more than 2 tank items on Rek'Sai just because I think it's impractical. It's still a good option, but most of the time you can ace the whole team if you build AD. If you go all tank you can go in, eat lots of damage and knock them up, but it ususally ends up with the enemies running away because your team couldn't catch up/or just didn't do enough damage. I digress, maybe I just need to play tanky Rek'Sai more so I can truly give you a good opinion.

New Items

2032.png3036.png3508.png
I've been experimenting with these new items on Rek'Sai and the three I chose in the situational items are the ones that surprisingly stood out as good items. I recommend Dominik's especially just because of how fun it is, watching Alistar's health drop as you tear into his armor and wreck his HP. Definitely read up on them and decide whether you should play it safe with the items you know work, or try something new and kick ass with it.

VS

Aatrox

Easy

Aatrox is an underused champion for a reason. He is punished for using his abilities. You win this matchup and can 1v1 throughout the whole game. Unless he gets fed, make sure you counter gank him and watch for his passive. if you're low and he has his passive up, it's better to just run.

VS

Amumu

Easy

Rek'Sai is much stronger than Amumu, you can kill him as much as you want early game, but he will usually have backup since he stays near his allies. His ult is something to watch out for but as long as you have good teammates you should be good to go in on him in a team fight.

VS

Annie

Medium

Annie is weak at jungling but annoying to deal with when she ganks. Her stun is deadly and her ult is just insulting. Fear not, you will be able to 1v1 her early game, watch for her build. If she's building nothing but AP I would wait for backup to fight her since her 7ft bodyguard Tibbers will stun you for 3 days while she just burns you to a crisp. Kill her at her red if possible.

VS

Blitzcrank

Easy

Blitz was not designed to jungle, but some people decide to try it because his q is a laner's worst nightmare. You will 1v1 him very very easily. More than likely if it feels like he's baiting you.. he is. Be careful fighting him and just watch the map. Try counter ganking him and kill him at his red if possible.

VS

Brand

Medium

Brand can jungle pretty well surprisingly. His clear isn't bad and his ganking is powerful, especially if he lands his stun combo. You can 1v1 him early game but don't try it after 6, he does too much damage then. You can kill him at his red, and try to counter gank if you're in his area.

VS

Cho'Gath

Medium

Cho'gath is just a tiny baby early game, you and almost any champion can destroy him at his red. Once he hits 6, don't 1v1 him, he has a damage advantage over you and will likely win. The bigger the harder it is to kill him, try to work with your team and kill him to take his stacks and dignity away from him

VS

Darius

Easy

Darius seems scary as a jungler but his sustain is actually pretty low. You can definitely kill him at his red. And since he will be leveling slower than usual, your team will likely be able to run/kill him. Though, if he ganks well and gets a couple kills, he will likely destroy your team. Just counter gank when possible and make sure he doesn't get his tasty kills.

VS

Diana

Hard

This b**** is crazy. Her clear is amazing, her ganking is spectacular and she will destroy you in a 1v1, especially when she has her catch-up ult. If she lands her q on you and she has her ult, you're pretty much f***** my friend. She is definitely one of the most annoying junglers I have ever faced. Even if she isn't fed and you are, she will 1v1 you.. Just.. try to stay out of her way.

VS

Dr. Mundo

Easy

Mundo isn't a strong jungler, you can 1v1 him early game and kill him at his red. Dodge his q, and counter gank him. Once he hits 6 you can still fight him just expect that he'll get away. If you ward enough and watch what lanes he wants to gank, ping your teammate to help you and you can kill him pretty easily.

VS

Ekko

Medium

Ekko typically builds tanky when he jungles, and can clear pretty well. I wouldn't 1v1 him early because he might be able to kill you because of how strong his basic attacks/e is. Not to mention his Q is a damage/slow move. Late game you can fight him with your team but he will likely ult away. He's just annoying, not really so much a threat but watch out for him in team fights, he can be a good distraction.

VS

Elise

Hard

Elise is either going to be a living hell for you, or a free kill. Most of the time she is well fed and can kill you with her 6 moves of death. Her stun lasts forever and it can hit you mid burrow. If she stuns you she will likely finish you with her combo moves. Even if you burrow away she will be able to catch up. Don't fight her without backup, but you can kill her at red, if she's not expecting it.

VS

Evelynn

Easy

Evelynn is more of a distraction than a threat. She might try to counter jungle you but you can stop her if you ward your jungle. You can 1v1 her but she will probably get away and alert her team where you are. Care for her annoying q's in team fights, it's a health drainer. Other than that, she shouldn't be much of an issue. Good news is, when she thinks she's invisible, you can still see her footsteps.

VS

Fiddlesticks

Medium

Fiddle is another case of good or bad. Early game he's dependent on his team, anyone can 1v1 him especially you. But late game he will have his w with no cool down. If you do enough damage you can still kill him. Plus, your knock up interrupts it, take advantage of that. Counter jungle him, and kill him at his red if possible.

VS

Fizz

Hard

Fizz is annoyingly difficult. He can 1v1 you in most cases, especially when he has his ult. He can get away if he takes a lot of damage, and he does more damage than you.. surprised? Have your team help you if you decide to fight him, otherwise stay out of his way and ping your team if he's coming their direction. If he doesn't get fed, he's not a problem.

VS

Gangplank

Easy

Gangplank is a fair jungler. His sustain is kind of bad early game, and his ganking isn't great before level 6. You can 1v1 him, just care for his heal when flashing under turret or chasing him in his jungle. His q can do alot of damage late game but usually you can survive it and kill him. His ult is his main ganking tool, it slows and does damage to all champs in the circle. Kill him at his red if possible

VS

Gragas

Medium

Gragas is exceptionally good at getting away, or taking you away from your team. A 1v1 is a 50-50 between you two, and I wouldn't recommend it unless he's lower than you. At level 6 he can push you away with his ult, or just belly flop you away if you try knocking him up. Hard to kill but with a good team it shouldn't be a problem.

VS

Graves

Hard

Graves is new to the jungle this season. He does a lot of damage and can keep you from running away. You may be able to 1v1 him early game but I would wait until he's lower than you. His basic attacks hurt like a b**** and his ult is no fun either. If you fight him, try to outplay him by tunneling behind his attacks and knocking him up to get the advantage.

VS

Hecarim

Medium

Hecarim is a scary pony. He's faster and can probably catch up to you even if you tunnel away. In team fights he can ult and scatter you from your teammates, try to jump him in a 1v1, you will most likely win the fight, but care for his ult if he has it, he'll try to get away until he has help.

VS

Jarvan IV

Easy

You can 1v1 him quite easily ealry game. Just dodge his e-q combo and he has nothing left to do but run. And your tunnel can actually go right through his ultimate so you leave him pretty useless. Kill him at red if possible and counter gank him if you're in the area.

VS

Jax

Medium

Jax can be a headache especially in a 1v1. You do more damage early game but he has stun and rapid attacks. It could go either way so don't push it if you're getting to half health. With his ult, you won't stand a chance so just run until his ult wears off. You can definitely counter gank him so do it whenever possible. Make sure you're using your spells wisely since he has his ult and his dodge ability.

VS

Karthus

Easy

Karthus is a very passive jungler, you can 100% kill him early game and even late game if he doesn't get fed. His only danger is his ult so just watch your health bar, and don't chase him very long because his q will melt your health bar. If you do 1v1 him, try to make it quick, don't underestimate his damage. His ganking is poor unless the lane is strong, kill him if he's by himself.

VS

Kayle

Easy

Jeeez, Kayle is just so bad now. She can't jungle, and she can hardly support. You can kill her pretty easily just watch out for her e if you're low. Kill her at her red if she even survives raptors.

VS

Kha'Zix

Medium

Kha'zix is unpredictable. His q does massive damage, and his w heals him. You can likely 1v1 him just make sure you have enough health because he will do damage, or he'll just jump away. He can gank well and jump back into his jungle before you can even counter gank. If he doesn't get fed, he's useless, kill him if you are ahead.

VS

Kindred

Medium

Kindred does alot of damage if you're far away, and can slow you and hop to a safe distance while she kills you. If you can get the jump on her you can kill her easily. I suggest to ward bushes and wait for her to step into it so you can tunnel in and kill her without her being able to jump. Care for her ult as she will use it to make you very low then hop away and kill you. Kill her at her red if possible.

VS

Lee Sin

Medium

Lee sin is a sloppy champion. He's got a lot of abilities to deal with and sometimes he gets overwhelmed. If you dodge his q you can win a 1v1, care for his ult at level 6, he'll try to kick you and q you which will probably be the end of you unless you tunnel/flash away. Try to counter gank him but make sure you have a way out cause he will go after the closest enemy.

VS

Leona

Easy

Leona jungle is a hit or miss. Likely she will build tanky and you won't be able to kill her cause she'll get away, but, early game you can kill her quite easily. Invade her red if possible and counter gank whenever you see her. Care for her ult/e combo cause with her teammates help it might have you stunned long enough to kill you. She's useless if she has no team, take care of them before you go after leona.

VS

Malphite

Easy

You can 1v1 this big fella before level 6. His ganking is only scary if he has his ult, but if you can stay a safe distance or bait it out of him then he quickly becomes useless and his team will cause him to rage quit. Try not to group in a tight area late game and counter gank him whenever possible.

VS

Maokai

Easy

Maokai will gank early game if he's smart, if he doesn't, consider counter ganking him. He doesn't have damage to stop you and even if he slows you with his q/e you can burrow under him and destroy him. Care for his ult late game, if he has his team with him, play it safe.

VS

Master Yi

Hard

Yi is difficult to deal with, he can almost always q to escape your knock ups, slows, or skill shots. You can interrupt his heal but he can ult away if he's scared. You can 1v1 him early game but if he get's sated then don't try it, he hurts. Have your team as backup and deal with him first.

VS

Nautilus

Easy

Nautilus is a tanky jungler who's real skill is landing his q during ganks, if he messes it up, he's screwed. Counter gank him and invade him at his red, he's squishy early game. Care for his team fighting abilities late game he can single you out and have his team tear you to shreds. Other than that, he shouldn't be too much of a problem.

VS

Nidalee

Medium

Nidalee is a handful when you're trying to gank. She always seems to be there, her spear does ultimate damage and she can catch up to you if you're trying to run. She's squishy enough you can 1v1 her early game but wait for her to get lower than you. If she's chasing you just stay burrowed and use your portals to glide away.

VS

Nocturne

Medium

Nocturne is a lot like Yi. He's easy to kill early game but once he gets sated he turns into a shredder that just takes your health bar and deletes it. His ganking is really good when he ults in, but you can stop him if you knock him up, once he's stopped you can kill him easily. Make sure he's alone if you try soloing him.

VS

Nunu

Hard

Nunu can farm both sides of his jungle, gank three times, and solo drag before he goes back. His sustain is powerful and his ult is terrifying if you accidentally walk into it. Have your teammates help you kill him if you go in on him. He will likely be full health every time and can heal if he's around enemy minions, or in the jungle. Fight him where it's most beneficial for you.

VS

Olaf

Medium

Olaf can 1v1 you unfortunately, but, you can kill him if he's low and doesn't see you coming. Only solo him if he's farming at low health, otherwise, have your team help you. His ult makes him immune to your knock up so run until it wears off, and dodge his axe if possible. If you're fighting him, remember that he looses health as he uses his abilities, use that to your advantage.

VS

Pantheon

Medium

Pantheon is good at ganking but you can 1v1 him. He'll waste his time by trying to e you and q you but you'll catch up and kill him a swift blow. Care for his ult when team fighting and single him out when possible. If you're low, don't bother staying, his q will melt you.

VS

Rammus

Easy

Rammus is fast, tanky, and can gank well. If you can stop his q with your knock up he'll be useless and you can kill him. Care for his ult, don't underestimate the damage. Kill him early game and you'll be set with him. Likely, he'll be afraid of you. If he has teammates with him, back off, he can keep you there forever with his knock up and taunt.

VS

Rek'Sai

Medium

All I can say is be the better Rek'Sai, try outplaying her by Burrowing after she burrows. If you get the upperhand, you win.

VS

Riven

Medium

Riven is the queen of bs kills. She can be at no health and have you in the air so long she just has to hit you once and ult you and you're dead. She can interrupt your burrow. If you can knock her up and combo her you can probably kill her or scare her away. Have your team with you so you can secure the kill. For the love of god, don't let her get fed.

VS

Sejuani

Easy

Sejuani is easy to 1v1, she won't be able to run away from you so counter gank and invade her as much as you can. She becomes strong wayy late game. Care for her ult in team fights and target her when possible.

VS

Shaco

Medium

He's going to get away.. sorry, you can almost kill him every time and he'll just q away and you'll never see him again. Or will you.. you can see his footsteps, follow him and wreck him whenever you get the chance. If you ruin his game he will tilt too hard to function.

VS

Shyvana

Medium

Shyvana can clear very well, gank very well, and 1v1 very well. Try to get an advantage before killing her. If she has ult, bait it out of her by burrowing away when she uses it. If you 1v1 her make sure you land your knock up, her w will cause her to get away otherwise.

VS

Sion

Easy

He's tanky but you can still kill him. Have your team help you and you can keep him in the same place long enough to finish him. Care for his ult, try to interrupt it but burrowing underneath him. and if you're low, run away before his passive kicks in after death.

VS

Skarner

Medium

Skarner is kind of broken still. He's extremely tanky and does alot of damage. If he's running at you at light speed that means he probably wants to ult you and bring you back to his towers. Avoid that ult and you should be able to at least make him run. If you have your team available, you should be able to kill him even. He's a team fighter. He can tank a good deal of damage and wait for his team to arrive to kill all of you. Care for his ult, and good luck fighting this guy, he's very slippery.

VS

Tahm Kench

Hard

Tahm Kench does A LOT of damage, and he has A LOT of slows. If he swallows you you will most likely be dead within the next 5 seconds, especially with his team waiting outside of his mouth. You can't 1v1 him because he's super tanky and does more damage than you. If you have your team with you, you should be able to kill him. Care for his swallow and you'll be fine.

VS

Trundle

Medium

He can stop you in your tracks, interrupt your burrow, and bite your health away. You can 1v1 him before level 6, he'll try to run and block you from following him, use your burrow to go through his glacier.

VS

Tryndamere

Medium

Tryndamere can stay alive forever. He does alot of damage and heals the more he attacks you. Care for his ult when he has it, and have your team help you every time you go in on this guy, it isn't smart to 1v1 him even if he is low, he finds a way to destroy you.

VS

Twisted Fate

Easy

Super squishy, counter gank him, invade him, and he'll probably rage quit. Watch out for his stun card, though, it probably won't save him.

VS

Vi

Hard

Vi wrecks you in a 1v1 especially with her ult. She can interrupt you with her q as well. And all of her abilities just do so much damage. If you can, 1v1 her when she's lower than you, you'll stand a better chance. But ask your team for assistance when she's around. More than likely she'll out duel you but you can outplay her in some instances.

VS

Volibear

Medium

Volibear is really tanky and can run away when threatened.. he also has a passive that allowed him to finish you off when you thought he was going to die. His w is his main damage output, just don't let him attack you too much otherwise he'll bite you at half health and kill you. You can 1v1 him early game but don't try it late, have your team help you deal with him and watch out for his q back throw in team fights.

VS

Warwick

Hard

Uhhhhg, this guy. Just.. don't fight him. He has so much lifesteal that even if you think you have him cornered he'll just jump on you and heal up and kill you. Have your team help you with him if you fight him.

VS

Wukong

Easy

Wukong can go invisible breifly but you can see his footsteps, counter gank him, or invade him if he's low. You can 1v1 him but care for his ult, try not to be low enough when fighting him cause he'll finish you with it. Other than that, he's child's play for you.

VS

Xin Zhao

Medium

He has a heal every third attack, and will build so much attack speed that you won't be able to move. If he fights you, fight him back, you will likely win with your knock up, if you fight him voluntarily, make sure he's lower than you are, and have your team back you up if he's near a lane.

All Game Strategies Back to Top

Beginning of the Game

Always start bot for the best leash, if you don't start gromp it's fine, you won't need blue buff to stay in jungle longer. Rek'Sai is most effective when she has her knock up/q combo. Watch the timer underneath the monsters and burrow, then q, unburrow underneath them to knock them up, q, and then e if you have it. Smite is best used early so you get the buff needed to help kill the monster. If you clear both sides of the jungle and still have good health, consider ganking the lane closest to you before going back.

Ganking Phase

Ganking as Rek'Sai take skill. Usually you wait for the enemies to push a little so they don't have as much room to run back to tower. You want to ping your team mates when to go in, then burrow in, unburrow underneath them to knock them up use your q and e abilities and smite if you have to. If you land all these combos, plus your team is using their abilities the gank should go successfully. If they flashed then no big deal, they won't have it next time you gank. If you're stuck between lanes; mid, top, and bot are all pushed then try counter jungling. See if their blue is up or any of their monsters. It's a good way to mess their jungler up and to keep you wealthy and buffed.

Team Fighting

Rek'Sai is a great initiator in team fights. She tunnels in, knocks up a handful of enemies and her team shoots them dead, at least that's how it should go. Sometimes your team gets scared and leaves you to die. Just get a feel for your team's strengths and the enemy team's weaknesses. Try killing the split laner if they have one, if your team is passive, be the tank for them so they can stand back and shoot, you can bait their team for your split pusher. Whatever the case, find a way to use it to your advantage, Rek'Sai is very adaptable.

Tower/Nexus push

Lastly, basically here, you just want to get rid of the opposition so your team can push. You aren't a very good tower destroyer so you're job it to distract incoming enemies that want to protect their towers, or kill the enemy that wants to go around. Once you get the the inhibs, or nexus towers, circle around and wait for the enemies to swarm around so you can distract them while your adc/mid can push. No need to throw your life away at the end of the game however, if you're about to die just run and tell your team to be careful.

Tips Back to Top

Helpful tips/reminders

Only a couple of tips, nothing shocking i'm about to tell you.
Remember that when you're burrowed that you can see footsteps from invisible ememies, such as Shaco, Rengar, Evelynn, or Kha'zix, etc.
Your unburrow move can interrupt a lot of champion abilities, use it wisely.
If you're low you can attack a clan of minions and go underground to regain your health.

1v1's as Rek'Sai Back to Top

Good tricks to soloing an enemy

The trick to soloing or even fighting as Rek'Sai is your tunnel. It's your outplay move, I typically like always having it for getaways, or ganking, or even fighting one person. With it you can just burrow down and dodge skill shots, then you knock them up and q and e combo them. If you build damage items you should be able to kill them, if they survive remember to smite them for slow, and go underground, you can spam them with you q and wait for your tunnel to come back up and finish them.

If the enemy is more fed

If they're stronger than you and can likely 1v1 you, you can always bait them into your team. Sometimes you get screwed and you're alone but you can bring them to drag pit or baron pit and tunnel through, the trick is to make them follow you until you have an advantage. A team advantage, or a turret advantage, anything like that until you can go in and teach them not to mess with you again.
