Pretty standard 6/6/18 page. Strength of Ages is what you take on basically every jungler right now and I feel like even if there was a good alternative option I would take Strength of Ages anyways.


If you wanted you could also run a 0/12/18 page, where you put points in Meditation and Dangerous game, but I find neither of them that useful on Sejuani compared to the 2% increased AP and Expose Weaknesses you would be giving up. Also considering you will hit most of the enemy team with you Ult/W in fights Expose weaknesses is VERY strong on Sejuani and gives the rest of your team a lot of bonus damage.

sejuanipassive.png- Passive: You gain bonus Armor and slow reduction after damaging enemies. This passive doesn't really require a lot skill to use. Do damage to enemies, get armor and slow reduction. Not much else to say about it, its pretty useful and the armor is very strong early but you still won't have enough damage to skirmish with enemy jungler early even with the bonus armor. To be honest, you probably won't ever notice the slow reduction unless you play A LOT of Sejuani, but it is pretty useful, especially in a meta with things like Blue Ez


sejuaniarcticassault.png - Q: Again, not a really complicated ability to explain. You dash forward and knock up champions you hit. The charge stops when you collide with enemies. This is your main initiation on ganks but you should save it if you already have good positioning on the enemy you are ganking in case they flash or use a mobility spell so that you can catch up to them again. The damage on this ability isn't anything incredible which is why I max it last.

sejuaninorthernwinds.png- W: Makes your next attack do damage based off your AP and the enemies % health. Then swing your flail doing damage based on your %max health. Activating this ability a second time before landing an auto makes you start swinging your flail immediately but I would recommend against doing this since the auto damage is CRAZY high especially when you build AP.

sejuaniwintersclaw.png- E: Sejuani's bread and butter. The passive on this makes it so all of your basic attack and abilities apply "Frost" to enemies. Activating this ability deals damage to ALL enemies in range with Frost on them and slows them as well. This ability has your highest AP scalings and deals the most consistent damage which is why you max it first. Try and apply frost on as many targets as possible before activating this.

sejuaniglacialprisonstart.png- R: THIS ABILITY IS CRAZY STRONG WHEN YOU BUILD AP. It has an 80% AP scaling and is an AOE stun. Like what? is that real? how is this not considered OP? It can be a little tricky to land but landing a 5 man freeze is one of the most satisfying things you can do in league. Also if you have enough AP and this ability you can R->Q->W->E and one shot enemy carries before they can move. The one quirk about this ability is that if it reaches max range before hitting an enemy champ is will shatter on its own and slow enemy champs by 30% instead of stunning them so you want to make sure you hit an enemy champ with it before it reaches max range so you get the stun rather than the slow.

Starting Items

    Standard Start, nothing complicated here

Core Items

    I usually choose between these depending on how early game is going. If the enemy jungler is getting fed early/can duel you easily/is in your jungle a lot buy the warding jungle item. Otherwise buy the blue one.
    If your team has a boat load of AP damage and no tanks buy this instead of Runic Echoes
    Best AP items on Sej. I usually don't buy all 3, just read how the game is going and decide based on that
    My favorite tank items on Sej at the moment
    Boot options. I usually take Merc Treads, followed by ninja tabis. I take swifties if our team has a lead. I only take Sorc shoes if I am snowballing early

Situational Items

    Example Final Build 1 (Guardian Angel buffed in this patch so it is a great last item)
    Example Build if you are pretty far ahead

The one item I really want to talk about here is 3512.png


This item is incredibly strong in the meta right now and AP Sej's wave clear is actually pretty strong and allows for decent splitpushing. Also the resistances and the move speed on this item synergize well with Sej. I am in love with this item right now and I buy it almost every game on Sejuani

Outdamages you by a shit ton early, but you are better in teamfights. Sadly if he is a good Lee Sin he can completely take you out of the game

He outscales you and is stronger than you early. Never pick Sejuani into this guy
