Passive - Frost Armor
Frost Armor

Damaging an enemy with an ability or basic attack grants Sejuani 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 bonus armor and 10 / 15 / 20 / 25% Slow icon slow resistance for 2 seconds, increased by an additional 2 seconds per instance of damage up to a maximum of 6 seconds, with further damage refreshing the duration.







Q - Arctic Assault Range: 650 / Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 / CD: 15/14/13/12/11

Arctic Assault

Active: Sejuani charges forward, Airborne icon knocking up all enemies she charges through and dealing them magic damage.



Arctic Assault's charge stops after colliding with an enemy champion, but can affect multiple enemy champions if they are close enough together.


Magic Damage 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 ( + 40% AP )




W - Flail of the Northern Winds: Range 350 / Mana Cost: 40/35/30/25/20 / CD: 11/10/9/8/7

First Cast: Sejuani's next basic attack deals bonus magic damage to the target and nearby enemies, capped at 300 against minions and monsters.

Bonus Magic DMG: 4/4.5/5/5.5/6% ( + 3% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health

After landing the empowered attack or upon reactivation, Sejuani rotates her flail about her for the next 4 seconds, dealing magic damage every second to nearby enemies.

Magic DMG Per Second: 10/17.5/25/32.5/40 ( + 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% maximum health) ( + 15% AP )





Flail of the Northern Winds resets Sejuani's autoattack timer.



E - Permafrost Range: 1000 / Mana Cost 55 / CD: 10/9/8/7/6

Permafrost

Passive: Sejuani's abilities and basic attacks apply FrostFrost to enemies for 4 seconds.

Active: Sejuani consumes FrostFrost on all nearby enemies to deal them magic damage and Slow icon slow them for 1.5 seconds.


Magic DMG: 80/105/130/155/180 ( + 50% AP)

Slow: 50/55/60/65/70%







R - Glacial Prison Range: 1175 / Speed 1350 / Mana Cost 100 / CD: 130/115/100

Glacial Prison

Active: Sejuani throws a frost-forged bola in a line, shattering at maximum range or upon champion collision, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the shatter area.


If the bola shatters with an enemy champion Stun icon stuns the target and nearby enemies for a short duration. If the bola reaches its maximum range, Slow icon slows enemies by 30% instead.

Magic Damage: 150/250/350 ( + 80% AP )

Disable Duration: 1.25/1.5/1.75




This ability is considered to be a projectile for Unbreakable.png Unbreakable and Wind Wall.png Wind Wall.
