WHAT I RUN?

SMITE + EXHAUST

Smite 11.png : Smite is a given, and is essential on any jungler.

Exhaust 3.png : I take Exhaust because you already have a gap closer in your W shyvanaimmolationaura.png and ofc exhaust is a slow so this is good for 1v1. both exhaust and your W shyvanaimmolationaura.png are slows/speed ups so this will stop you being kited, your ult shyvanatransformcast.png also is a leap which can gap close. i also like exhaust for the fact with your E shyvanafireball.png you do a lot of Percent damage. also exhaust keeps them in your W shyvanaimmolationaura.png and even in range for your AA reset in your Q shyvanadoubleattack.png. which will do increased damage because of the Armor/MR reduction which Exahust3.png shreds 10 off each meaning your high mixed damage will do more dmg making use of both reductions. also it reduces your damage taken by 40% and attack speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds, which makes 1v1'ing a breeze, this compliments your passive shyvanapassive.png aswell and helps a lot in teamfights.

OTHER SPELLS

Ignite 14.png : This is good if you want to counter jungle early. but i dont recommend as much as Exhaust 3.pngbecause it lowers 1v1/outplay potential. It does increase your kill potential though. but overall I think Exhaust 3.png is a lot better.

Flash 4.png : This is essential on most champions as they have 0 movespeed or jumps/teleports that can get you to a safer place on the map, Shyvana has 2 however in her Wshyvanaimmolationaura.png and her Rshyvanatransformcast.png making flash needed a lot less, you can still take flash if you're not confident but I prefer not to.

Teleport 12.png: I like this spell as it allows you to be able to do tp ganks and double/triple TP comps can really snowball games in your favour, but in my opinion i like exhaust better because your ganks arent as effective as most junglers as you dont have any hard cc's ( you could say her ult is hard cc, but its only a displacement not a stun or a silence).

Masteries

Ferocity -

Fury - Attack speed, faster clear, self explanitory.

Double Edged Sword - 3% more damage to everything, while taking only 1.5% more. Absolutely Awesome

Vampirism - Small amounts of Spell vamp and lifesteal, helps with machete. and also make your magic dmg heal you (not much but its a thing)

Oppressor - you may not have hard cc BUT take it for ganks as your laners may have CC to help proc this.

Piercing Thoughts - Shyv is 70/30 magic dmg heavy, mpen runes makes your W, E and R do more damage, also makes your on hit magic dmg do more. you can take 1 or 2 points in Battering Blows, but I prefer not to.

Cunning -  

Savagery -  More auto damage, end of story.

Runic Affinity - Makes your Buffs last longer, you're a freaking jungler ffs.

Merciless - More damage to low hp targets.

Dangerous Game - Mana part is useless. but the hp restore after a kill or assist is brilliant and helps with your sustain DPS.

Skill Order

Q: Max this last, not as much damage per rank as the E, still good as an attack speed reset, jungle clear, and tower shredding.

W: AOE Magic damage, 20% increased damage to monsters (yay), 25% applies again every auto. Max first, its your best damage source and is super easy to apply spell/blade weaving by.

E: % hp dmg doesn't increase, max second the damage is more per level than the Q

R: ULT, take a point at 6/11/16, as and when you can take it, use this to engage, disengage, and get out of those crappy situations your team leaves you in, it also doubles your passive tankiness to 10/20/30/40 armor and mr, thats over 1000 gold worth of free stats ($$$).it also stops people such as Malzahar (Space Aids) from ulting and cc'ing your squishies. weeeeee

Starting Items

    Essential start for every Jungler Nuff Said
    these are the two best upgrades on shyvana, red smite is bonus true damage, and blue smite is a slow and some reduced true damage, really really good
    Devourer 99% of the time, warrior only if behind and you wont be able to stack devourer, done

Core Items

    I like red smite on shyv as she has 3 gap closers in exhaust, w and ult this is why i like the bonus dmg and damage reduction it gives and the damage reduction stacks with exhaust, happy days
    If you hate red smite take blue smite,
    Titanic Hydra is for vs. a squishy team, as it provides a lot more tankiness. the passive also procs twice in conjunction with sated devourer. Botrk was nerfed, but with the E procs its still a decent amount of tank shred ONLY take vs a tank heavy comp, rageblade is another tank heavy comp destroyer as its aoe and procs 2x, id always take hydra or rageblade, but if you want botrk feel free.
    a core item in my opinion on Shyvana, very good, armor + hp and the passive is so good on Shyvana, movespeed and a slow when you discharge the stacks even more burst if you e before and Q in conjunction with a fully stacked DMP, even the hydra active with this will make it so strong. ALSO HELPS WITH GETTING KITED

Situational Items

    Boots are essential, these four are the best ones for Shyvana pick depending on the enemy team comp. if you are snowballing however Sorc shoes compliment your W,E and R becuase they are magic damage, meaning a hell of a lot more damage. sorc shoes are good if snowballing hard. swiftness are OP in patch 6.2
    MR Items, both are great on Shyv, i prefer SV for the increased healing and CDR however. Wits end is good on shyv, provides MR, and the on hit magic damage procs with devourer, meaning even more damage, good for snowballing.
    All provide armor very useful i'd say. randuins is pretty much essential vs critting adc such as caitlyn, MF, Jinx and Ashe and Thornmail vs Vayne and Tryndamere. sunfire is good for teamfighting as with your w its a lot of AOE Magic Damage. dont get sunfire with cinderhulk. they don't stack

You have much faster clear, but be careful he has a silence and a knock up which can reck you

Doesnt get low in the jungle, has excellent jungle clear and damage cinderhulk or runic echoes all stages, she can counter jungle really well and duels really well too, dont counter jungle her as she may ruin you.

Medium

Well eve is really good at early pressure but gets so low in her early clear so go maybe counter jungle her after 1 camp and with exhaust you will probably kill her, but watch out as she can snowball so hard its not funny

Fiddlesticks

Medium

NOW RUNIC ECHOES IS A THING, Fiddle has got a hell of a lot more powerful, id be even more careful with this guy, he may be back to old stuff

Medium

Has more cc than you, and is pretty tanky, be careful for his suprising early game damage and cc. other than that he falls off late but is really tanky, watch out!

Hecarim

Medium

does have good sustain in his jungle clear and suprising burst. but overall you should be able to do more damagein the same amount of time. he can go tanky or damage and either way he's strong and extemely fast.

Kha'Zix

Medium

Gets low in the jungle early, you can prey on him. but watch out for his late game burst, it hurts even after nerfs

Nidalee

Medium

Gets low after a few camps but has a suprising heal, watch out for her burst.

Nocturne

Medium

has sustain in his passive, he can duel well, and has a spell shield and a fear, can be hard for you but he's a lot squishier than you
