Summoner Spells Back to Top

506.png

4.png
Flash

4.png is vital and for someone like Sivir who has no escapes, it is essential for positioning and defensive purposes. It can also be used for offensive purposes to secure kills but you have to consider whether it is worth putting your only escape on CD for 5 minutes in exchange for a potential kill.
  • If you are in trouble and need to Flash, try to wait until the enemy uses an ability to dodge it.
  • Try and position yourself near terrain you can blink over for a more secure escape.
  • Never Flash directly into the enemy team for a kill, especially in the late game.
  • Always be ready to react to enemies that Flash onto you.
179.png

7.png
Heal

7.png is your standard spell to take on ADCs and Sivir is no different. It is a useful defensive tool for not only yourself but your team as well. Similarly to Flash, but not as effective, you can use the extra burst of movement speed to chase down enemies.
  • Beware of 14.png as it will reduce the healing amount by 40%.
  • You can save a teammate if you are close by.
  • If you are in a close 1v1 encounter, you can use Heal to bait the enemy and use it at the last second.
  • In rare cases, you can use the extra burst of movement speed as an escape tool if Flash is unavailable.

12.png

Teleport

12.png can be a powerful option if used correctly. It will allow you to maximize your CS and split across the map where it would have been otherwise impossible. If you need 7.png then take it as 12.png is very situational and depends on your own and enemy's team composition.

Fleet Footwork

Primary (Precision)

The purpose of this page to increase your durability throughout the game.
  • Fleet%20Footwork.png?width=32 gives more sustain and mobility throughout the game.
  • Overheal.png?width=32 takes the excess healing from our runes and items for more durability.
  • Legend%20Alacrity.png?width=32 will help you scale into the mid/late game. If you require additional sustain take Legend%20Bloodline.png?width=32 because our build does not usually incorporate lifesteal.
  • Coup%20De%20Grace.png?width=32 lets us snowball teamfights.

Secondary (Sorcery)

Take Sorcery as your secondary to scale into the mid/late game.
  • Gathering%20Storm.png?width=32 will help you scale into the mid/late game.
  • Absolute%20Focus.png?width=32 gives a nice AD boost provided you can stay above 70% HP.

506.png

sivirpassive.png FLEET OF FOOT (PASSIVE)

It is essential that you orb walk while playing any ADC, especially Sivir as you can chase and kite champions with ease. If you are unsure how to do this you can watch this video.

179.png
sivirq.png BOOMERANG BLADE (Q)

Bommerang Blade is a great wave clearing tool that also deals decent damage to enemy champions. It has long range, allowing you to harass from a safe distance and can be used to check unwarded brush.

179.png
sivirw.png RICOCHET (W)

Ricochet is also a great wave clearing tool and can potentially deal enormus damage in fights if it critically strikes. It is very important to reset your auto attack timer with Ricochet by simply using it immediately after a basic attack.

179.png
sivire.png SPELL SHIELD (E)

Spell Shield can be the difference between winning and losing games. The ability you decide to block (or fail to block) is vital to the outcome of the laning stage and end game fights. In the early game, blocking spells is also beneficial for the mana it returns.

179.png
sivirr.png ON THE HUNT (R)

On The Hunt is purely a utility ultimate giving burst MS, allowing you and your team to better position themselves through escape or initiation. While it is better to use it with your team, you may be forced to use it as an escape tool.

After finishing 1038.png build 3006.png or 3047.png (see situational items). 3508.png will always be your first major item.

3031.png will provide a huge damage boost. Complete it after finishing one of the items from below. In some situations where you do not have a support that can shield/heal you, you may want to exchange this for 3072.png.
179.png
3046.png 3087.png 3094.png

After completing 3508.png, you will look to build one of these items. Stat wise, they are almost identical, so to figure out which one we need, we need to look at their passives.
  • 3046.png grants additional mobility and defense against melee threats, works well with sivirpassive.png.
  • 3087.png is good extra burst damage.
  • 3094.png grants additional range, good for sieges or against ranged threats.
179.png
3036.png LORD DOMINIK'S REGARDS 3033.png MORTAL REMINDER

As the game progresses your enemies will build armor against you for more surviabilitty. These two items grant bonus armor penetration and in most cases you will get 3036.png

3033.png is only built if you require Grievous Wounds, which reduces all sources of healing by 40%. This is useful against champions such as 16.png who can heal others or 50.png who can heal himself. 3123.png can sometimes be a worthwhile purchase in the early game to mitigate enemy healing, upgrade it in the late game.
179.png
3072.png 3095.png

While lifesteal is nice, the priority in your item build should prioritize either the items above or below. However, if you find yourself in a situation where you have no shields/heals, 3072.png will provide great sustain.

3095.png is an alternative first item that will give you more damage in exchange for less mana and CDR.
179.png
3026.png 3140.png 3156.png 3047.png

The decision to get a defensive item will always depend on circumstance, however; if you require more defense for any reason you should prioritize these items over more DPS.
  • If you are scared of the enemy team all inning you take 3026.png.
  • Take 3140.png against hard CC when required, turn into 3139.png (a source of lifesteal) later.
  • 3156.png is great against AP bursters or multiple threats (at least 3), you may just build 3155.png and upgrade later.
  • 3047.png is great against multiple (at least 3) AD threats.

  • Use sivirq.png or sivirw.png to harass and get an early level 2.
  • Remember to always reset your autoattack timer with sivirw.png as it is essentially a free double attack.
  • Be patient with sivire.png and wait till you see the spell animation before you use it.
  • Begin fights with sivirq.png to proc sivirpassive.png, follow with a basic attack then immediately use sivirw.png.

179.png

  • sivirr.png can be used offensively or defensively.
  • Remember, this only gives MS and it rapidly decays so if you are already in position to attack and so are your teammates, wait for 4.png or other escape tools to be used so you can chase easily.
  • Be aware of ganks, this is for previous levels as well, you have no natural escape.

Mid Game Back to Top

506.png

Level 7-13

  • Refrain from using sivirw.png if you do not want to push waves.
  • On the other hand, you can start clearing waves with sivirq.png and sivirw.png.
  • It is important to have sivirr.png for Dragon/Rift Herald/Baron.
  • Keep a note of which ultimates you can block with sivire.png.
  • Once sivirw.png is maxed and/or have 3087.png you should be able to clear waves without sivirq.png.

Late Game Back to Top

506.png

Level 14-18

  • In team fights use sivirr.png to get yourself in a good position or if you are out of position.
  • Remember to always reset your autoattack timer with sivirw.png as it is essentially a free double attack.
  • Positioning is key because no matter how fed you are, you still have no escapes apart from 4.png.
