Summoner Spells Back to Top

Ignite is the go to summoner sell. Can take exhaust against an ad match up. Heal for sustain and mobility. Teleport is great against a match up with a lot of poke. It allows you to take harass, go back to base and heal and not lose farm.

Thunderlord's Decree is extremely powerful. In lane, you must hit combos of 3 to proc it. Great burst dmg.

The really important thing here is to prioritize the Q and E. The ability to hit a stun is a MUST for syndra. You have to be able to hit it or she isn't useful.

Starting Items

    Start with
    Against difficult AD matchup.
    100% of the time start

Core Items

    core
    End game example
    Rush against AP matchup where you need to not get hurt/aren't winning hard.(Lissandra, Cassiopia, Leblanc)
    Against any matchup that you are winning/having an easy time against. Almost always the best choice
    If you need MR and damage
    when enemy's are stacking health
    I dont like this start. But if you are having trouble in the early-mid game, you could take it for a damage and health spike. Use interchangeably with Unholy grail and morellonicon
    another start that I don't like. If you don't know, these items build into each other. It's viable, and will result in basically infinite mana in the late game, but doesn't give much of any early or mid power.
    Decent item. Massive Sphere damage. Hard to hit spheres in late game fights, so buy with caution.

Situational Items

    Possible defence items. choose one.
    Always get this in the late/end game. Consider in mid game

Skill matchup slightly favoring Ahri. She can dodge your spheres easily with her orb's extra speed and especially after lv 6 with spirit rush. Capitalize on her when her spells are on cooldown.

Destroy her pre-6. She has relatively no way of dodging your spheres and stun besides walking away. Don't let her do that. Hit everything on her and she is useless. Rush Unholy grail and consider getting an abyssal scepter at some point.

You really need to understand both Syndra and Katarina's mechanics to perform well in this lane. She will try to keep a decent range from you. When she does this, don't go out of your way to hit her with a sphere and REALLY don't go try to stun her. She will blink to you and you will have no spells to trade with her.

How to win-
-Her only way to punish you for hitting Q's is to hit you with her own Q. you win the trade. 
-When she ults you, this is the perfect opportunity to stun her and hit your own ultimate.

What to watch out for-
-Ganks; if she ults you with her jungler in range, you will die just about every time. Should this happen, your best option is to quickly use everything on her, you can usually trade it.

What to watch out for-
-His Q has SO much range, the best way to dodge is to keep a dynamic movement
-Dodge, Dodge, Dodge.

Best way to hurt him in lane-

-Auto attack to break shield
-harass with Dark Spheres
-Get a zhonya

Watch out for-
-him dashing to you, his auto-attacks and Sweeping Blade will hurt
-His windwall- can block only Unleash power (R) and Scatter The Weak (E) don't be afraid to harass with Q's

Rush 3191_32.png and 3165_32.png. The 3157_32.png is a very important item for shutting out zeds ultimate. Only use your ultimate if you have him stunned or he will ult you and cancel your ultimate.

Best in lane combo(usually gets a kill)-
  1. Start by dropping a syndraQ.png Dark Sphere (Q) on top of them
  2. immediately use syndraE.png Scatter the Weak for a for-sure stun
  3. Next very quickly pick the sphere up syndraW.png(W) then hit them with it (Second W)
  4. drop another syndraQ.pngDark sphere (Q) on them and immediately use your syndraR.png Ultimate and 14.png, will be a 5 sphere Ult. 
(Given that there's always 3 syndraQ.png orbiting you)

Simple tips Back to Top

     *Don't pick Syndra into these jungles
-Warwick (ultimate = 100% death)
-Vi (ultimate 100% death)

      *How to survive a gank:
Always try to hit a max range stun on their jungle. Remember that your W 
also slow them for a lot. 


       *Don't be greedy with your flash. If it's going to be close, use it. As an immobile champion
you have to be ready to burn your flash to survive and dish out heavy damage.


Team Fighting

  *Always stay in the back. Look for a good chance to hit a stun and big ultimate.

  *Multiple sphere stuns carry fights hard

  *Don't use ult on anyone who isn't a main threat
