Legendary guardian and swiftness are probably interchangeable but i feel as thought legendary guardian is better most of the time. I took fury and savagery to help clear faster and biscuits and feast for a small amount of extra sustain. Grasp of the Undying seems like the best choice of keystone masteries imo, Bond of Stone is really underwhelming when your alone(2% dmg reduction instead of 8%) and Strength of the Ages just seems worse.

W max = more damage faster clear MORE ARMOR
Q or E can be maxed 2nd, E max increases stun duration slightly and Q increases heal. I usually max Q because the stun duration only increases by 0.4 on E at max rank.

Core Items

    go for these two next and pick up a sheen if you have extra gold and are snowballing
    triforce or ibg after two tank items, I usually go tri
    last tank item depends on their comp if they are ap heavy you can go banshees, ad heavy randuins, warmogs and righteous glory could work but i need to to test them out more

Situational Items

    get this after jungle item/first tank item if snowballing and build it into tri/ibg later
