Summoner Spells Back to Top

To understand each spell, you first must understand what each one does. Remember that spells are to aid you where you are weak. Not where you are strong.

4.png FLASH: This is to instantly change your position. This is great if you or your opponent is bad at positioning.

6.pngGHOST: This is to catch up to someone that is much faster than you or you're trying to run away from someone. This is great if you are bad at attack moving.

14.pngIGNITE: This is used for killing opponents that are low on health. This is great if you are bad at last hitting an opponent.

12.pngTeleport: This is used when you need to roam on the map. This is great if you are bad at roaming.

There you have it, how to choose your spells.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS

  1. MAX your Q
  2. Choose whether E for gap closer/opener OR slow/reduced damage
  3. The reason for not maxing R is because the only that changes is the amount of fury that you receive. The duration stays the same.

Items Back to Top

Starting Items

refillable potion is more cost effective

Core Items

Always build this, it gives great attack speed, crit, and wave clear
Last but not least your extra push at late game.

Situational Items

Pretty much what I use. Your builds are always going to be most expensive because you need lots of AD with Crit and Attack speed. Which are expensive stats.

How to gain elo?

Study why you died, try to understand what you could of done better. The reason you might be stuck is because you are making mistakes you're unaware of. Sometimes it might feel as if it's not your fault. But, there is always something you can do. Understanding what that thing you can improve on is different for everyone.

The best advice I can give to you is gain CS as fast as possible. Last hit every single minion. It'll get you items faster and it will bring Massive amounts of power quicker. The earlier you get your items the higher your chance of winning is. People say Tryn is a Late Game Champ. Although, He is the STRONGEST champion Pre-20 when fed/farmed. That power goes away mid game. Then comes back late game.

Truth about matchups and elo Back to Top

Depending on your skill level each matchup will be hard or easy. Really, there is not a champion that is a hard counter for Trynd. Now don't be delusional saying that I'm saying all champions are easy. I'm saying some kits of opponents affect you in different ways and you have to learn on how to play against them.

I asked some Challenger friends what did they do to constantly improve?

davidroo

Grind it out. Find the opportunities you didn’t know exist. Critically think of what you could of done.

Captain Nuke

Learn all the champions’ cooldown and learn a bigger pool of champions. Grind it out

Gorejaws

The best way to improve is to play ranked. Read up on theory crafting for min/maxing items. Grind it out

Titan

Play 1 champion and Grind it out.

Sunlinks

Watch your replays. Stomping your lane is the easiest way to climb, stop lane, help other lanes. no game is perfect. buy a ward every time you B. until lvl 9 buy a green n pink. I can’t stress how important vision is. If you’re ahead in your lane deep ward their jungle. Then you can roam and kill him. Always ward right beneath river bush.

hey I’m smooshy

be grateful to play this game. Your mind blocks you from performing well. Don’t run on auto pilot. Play this game for the enjoyment and its not a job.

If you notice each of them have 1 or 2 things in common. That is GRIND IT OUT and LEARN THE CHAMPIONS! This game is primarily knowledge based. Good luck to you ALL

Truth about Solo queue Back to Top

November 6, 2015 log

Here's the truth about solo queue. Your team is going to suck. They are always going to suck no matter what elo you are at. As you climb the mechanics of your opponents get better. But not good enough to carry you for your mistakes. Some tips that helped me climb is to learn how to trade properly and how to ward properly. I can't express how many times a simple ward has saved me from a kill. When you are outnumbered LEAVE NO MATTER WHAT. Don't feel pressured to fall into the opinions of your teammates. Chances are if you play "correctly" their mistakes will lose you the game. Not your own. Yes while CS is important and warding is important. DON'T DIE. SERIOUSLY. GIVE UP TOWER before you give up a kill. Give up dragon/baron before you give up a kill. Sacrificing doesn't work anymore in this day and age. Maybe back in Season 3 of league of legends. Reginald had most deaths in NA, yet his team was in top 2. DON'T DIE. But before you get into the position where you get behind, it all leads to laning correctly. This is all you have to do to win lane. When your opponent uses his abilities, go in. Auto attack 2-3 times, then go back to farming. Then ward, when you have no vision DO NOT GO AGGRESSIVE. You'll die and in turn fall behind from your own mistake. If you don't know how to win a game without dying then you're doing it wrong. Go on tilt from your own mistakes. Not the mistakes of your teams. I like to use a website called freelo.gg when I click on a game I just played it lets me know where I lacked. I try to come up with a strategy on how to improve that. Ideally to be a great League of Legends player regardless of position you want to
1. CS well
2. Place a lot of Vision Wards
3. Lots of Assists
4. No Deaths
5. Lots of kills
6. Place a couple of Sight Wards
7. Grab every Dragon/Baron
8. Do tons of damage to champions

Do those 8 things very well you'll be challenger in a week. The problem is that doing all those tasks consistently every game. I don't believe in "BE NICE TO YOUR TEAM MATES AND KISS THEIR BUTT AND YOU'LL WIN GAMES." That is the most bullsh*t statement I hear way to often and means nothing. If you look at double lift stream. He mutes everyone in game to focus on his on gameplay to improve himself. Communicate with pings. Don't be obnoxious with pings either. Your death is a combination of bad decisions. The world is not crazy enough to reward undeserving people. You have the power to win games. Leave a comment with any questions. Thank you for reading all of this and good luck in solo queue have a wonderful day.
