(Q), then

(E), then

(W) is usually the best route. Level up

(R) at levels 6, 11, and 16. Tryndamere's

(Q) helps him trade and sustain in the lane-phase and while split-pushing. His

(E) helps him escape and chase down opponents. His

(W) can slow opponents (who have their backs turned toward him) and reduce their attack damage for a few seconds. His

(R) grants him fury and makes him unkillable for 5 seconds.
PASSIVE: Battle Fury.
FURY: Tryndamere gains 5 Fury each time he lands a basic attack. He gains 10 Fury on a critical strike and or if he kills an enemy. If he doesn't deal damage within 8 seconds, he loses 5 Fury every second.
Battle Fury: Tryndamere gains 0-35% critical chance based on how much Fury he has stacked up.
Tryndamere's passive is great throughout the game. Free critical chance while basic attacking opponents is great, more so if you build more critical items. The early RNG critical's can change the lane, and maybe net you a few kills.

Q-Ability: Bloodlust
PASSIVE: Tryndamere permanently gains bonus attack damage, and gains bonus damage for every 1% of his missing health.
ACTIVE: Tryndamere consumes all of his Fury and heals himself. Heal is determined by how much Fury you have. (More Fury means more of a heal, Less Fury means less of a heal).
Tryndamere's Q is what helps him sustain in lane and helps him duel his opponent. Knowing how to properly utilize his Fury is key to finding success with this ability.
W-Ability: Mocking Shout
Tryndamere reduces the attack damage of nearby enemies for 4 seconds. Additionally, Target's whose backs are facing Tryndamere are slowed.
Mocking Shout is a great tool to help you out-duel your opponent, and it offers a slow if they attempt to run away with their backs facing you. Utilizing this ability in a duel can be clutch to ensuring you are able to come out on top.
E-Ability: Spinning Slash
Tryndamere dashes toward a location dealing Physical damage to the enemies he hits in his dash-path, and gains 2-fury per enemy hit. Additionally, Spinning Slash has its cool-down reduced a bit each time Tryndamere critically strikes.
Spinning Slash is your mobility and chase tool; in combination with your W, it's grant for dueling and chasing down opponents. Also, landing critical strikes reduces the cool-down, so having high critical chance can make this ability have a short cool-down.
R-Ability: Undying Rage
Tryndamere cannot fall below a certain amount of HP for a few seconds. During activation, he is granted Fury. Additionally, Undying Rage can be casted while crowd-controlled.
Tryndamere's R is iconic. It's outplay and dueling potential is amazing. In combination with your Q passive, you can output a lot of damage in those 5 seconds. Timing is the key to fully utilizing this ability.
