- Standard summoner spells, helps catch up to people after you ult, and get out of ganks.
- Pretty good versus people you can actually win lane versus, who also have weak early games.
- Necessary versus Zed, Fizz, LB, high burst assassins/mages who need to get up close to you to delete you.
- Helpful vs ranged mages that can delete you from further away, or who do the majority of their burst from far away.
- Good vs Annie, Lux, Ahri, people who need to land their cc on you to gib you, or where you can get out of engagements if you negate their cc.
Heal/TP are pretty bad. You don't get the full potential of heal, and since you're mid, your lane is shorter and you don't need TP. We also take MS quints which means you spend less time getting to lane.
