Summoner Spells Back to Top

14.png- For kill potential throughout the game, in lategame with full build you can 1shot ADCs and other squishy champions with ignite+ult+BOTRK+Q. You can also pop ignite earlier, to get champion low enough so your E would activate.

4.png- For making plays and catching opponents and since WW doesn't have escapes or leaps, you kinda want to get this, since this makes your laning super safe. You can also flash+ult to catch people off guard.

Masteries Back to Top

This is pretty much a standard agressive mastery page. Only useful tip i have is, to try to maximise your autoattacks on enemies before you ult, to get your Fervor of Battle stacks up to maximise the damage you deal with it.

Q- max it 1st at all times no matter what.

W- max it 2nd, when you're up against someone who you can autoattack a lot, or you can do half and half with E, which is what i usually do.

E- max it 2nd, when you're up against long range or poke champions, so when you somehow manage to get them low enough, you get big boost in movement speed, which lets you poke them easily with your Q or just lets you juke around. You can max it 2nd when you want to roam a lot too.

R- take whenever available.

Items Back to Top

Starting Items

    Explained down below.

Core Items

This is your bread and butter, you get this in pretty much every game.
Example of a lategame build against AP heavy team.
Example of a lategame build against AD heavy team.
Example of a lategame build for when your team has 2 other tanks besides you and you need more damage.

Situational Items

All of these work fine, depending on the situation

You want to rush 3153_32.png as a first item, 2nd item is 3091_32.png,  because even if you somehow manage to lose your lane, you can still snatch up a few kills with your ult+ignite+botrk activation, which hopefully puts you ahead again.

1076_32.png Gives you tankiness, more poke dmg added to Q, more sustain from Q, and mana regen when killing creeps, and because your passive gives you lifesteal, then killing minions while trading just makes you out-sustain and out-poke others.

VS

Aatrox

Hard

You can't out-dmg him, you can't out-sustain him, you can't kill him on lvl 6, at least not alone, he is such a bully in lane, and deals much higher dmg than you do, atleast in early game, survive it, and MAYBE you can beat him in the lategame.

VS

Akali

Medium

In this matchup you have to buy alot of 2043.pngs if you want to play agressively. Respect her poke and all in, but don't forget to Q her from time to time, because if you don't you'll lose every single trade because of her W. If you see her going really ham on your after she has used her W then just go all in, because you probably won't lose, depending on how well you've traded up until that point.

VS

Cho'Gath

Medium

If you somehow manage to poke him low before lvl 6, and get it before him, then you might have a chance at killing him, but later you can't do it, he has too much HP + annoying sustain, he'll just shove you into your turret, where you'll be stuck, just don't feed him, and this might be a farming lane.

VS

Fiora

Easy

As long as you don't get smacked too hard and play this matchup out agressively, you should be able to kill her with your ult.

VS

Garen

Hard

He has ridicoulous base damages on his abilities and can bully you quite hard early and because of it you should try to avoid fighting him, when he does go ham on you at least try to Q him on his way out, so you get some health back on the trade. He can kill you quite easily, because of his R which is an execute and pretty much every execute in this game is good against WW.

However  when he's playing passively, it should be quite easy farm lane, because he doesn't have any ranged poke.

VS

Illaoi

Hard

You can kill her before lvl 6 if you don't get hit by her E, but after that even if you have managed to kill her, she will destroy you on lvl 6 and after that, NERF TENTACLES PLS.

VS

Irelia

Medium

If she knows what she's doing, this lane will be very annoying, because she is tankier than you, has good sustain when you try to all in her + if you want to press in a cheeky Q, she can just stun you, and win the trade like that.

VS

Kalista

Medium

If she doesn't die to your all in, you won't kill her, she can kite you around for all day because of her annoying jumping (ban kalista in every game pls).

VS

Malphite

Medium

This can be hard lane to win, you'll have to outplay him a lot to get ahead. It's an annoying lane, and i hate it. PS- don't let him get his passive shield up

VS

Maokai

Medium

If you don't know how to juke maokai's skills, you probably can't kill him because of the disengage and damage however if you are able to juke his Qs and Es then you should be able to kill him 1v1.

If you are unable to kill him then at least you can afk farm because of your sustain.

VS

Quinn

Easy

Fight her only with your ignite+ult combo up, before LVL6 hug your turret and sustain farm with your Q's without taking too much poke.

VS

Riven

Medium

This matchup is all about how well you can stay out of her skill ranges, but not too far so you can actually trade her back, because she has no sustain and is super squishy therefore your autos will hurt alot more than her, but only after she has used her skills.

Also cheese lvl 6.

VS

Rumble

Easy

Just don't stand inside of the flames and try to autoattack as much as possible. When done correctly you can kill him even before LVL6 and even that doesn't save him.

VS

Thresh

Hard

This champion has ridiculous amounts of peel for their carries, he can interrupt your ult, or stop you from simply running to their squishies, very annoying to play around him, but it's possible, if he goes in for an engage.

VS

Tryndamere

Hard

You can't kill him on lvl 6, and you can't out-dmg him, he'll have his ult up sooner than you, and if when does, he'll tower dive you.

Laning and other useful tips Back to Top

When in lane, try to trade 1 autoattack for 1 and then immediately press in a Q, so you're full HP, whilst  your opponent has lost around 1/6 of his health, rinse and repeat until he's low enough, and then just go for the kill with ult+ignite. When your E activates in lane, you have pretty much won it, since then your opponent has no chance of avoiding your Qs and you can juke skillshots easily and just run around and even when the jungler comes, you should be able to turn, and kill their top, and if you're healthy enough ,then their jungler too.
If you are laning against someone you're unsure of, just go gank mid with your ult, and get some free kills like that.

For maximum R damage you want to autoattack your target at least 3 times, or until your fervor of battle stacks are at 8, there's nothing wrong with just going ham with your ult later on in the game, but this is just how you achieve maximum damage.

In lategame , you don't want to be the one who starts fight, but rather more of an assassin role, you'll have to burn everything on adc or mid, whoever's more fed, and just take them out, so the fight is 4v5, and from there on, it should be walk in the park to clean up, since your duelling power is insane+ the attack speed buff from your W gives your allies quite a nice boost.

Warwick is a great all-rounder who can beat most other top laners, he is tanky, does insane ammounts of dmg, and has something to help his team out with (W and E), and since he does hybrid dmg, so stacking armor or magic resist alone doesn't cut it, stacking health is also a bad thing, since you'll be doing % dmg too.
