Summoner Spells Back to Top

Welcome to the guide! I can't write an introduction section before this, so i'll have to write it here. WARNING: THIS GUIDE IS MEANT FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY KNOW HOW TO PLAY YASUO! I'm a support main, but I still know how to use Yasuo in mid or top. I used what I learned from playing those positions and used it on the bot lane. Early game you will be a support, but coming into the mid game you will become the usual Yasuo!

4.png Flash

I don't think this needs an explanation, get it!

14.png Ignite

This is my preferred summoner on Yasuo in any lane. Goes well with your kill potential in a solo lane, and it can pretty much guarantee a kill in bot. I wouldn't worry too much about taking kills from your ADC with it. Assist money is still money, and you're a carry too.

7.png Heal

I haven't tried this as much as I should, but it has been handy when I ran with it. Your shield can block a pretty significant amount of damage, but you can't give it to your ADC. Chances are they'll run Heal too, so running this could be a safeguard for them. You're also a kill lane, so using both heals can save your life if you dive early on.

12.pngTeleport

This can be pretty useful if you coordinate with your team. I haven't tested it yet, but i'm sure you can imagine the plays that can happen when you kill your lane and TP to top and dash through minions to catch the enemy Top laner. This can generate a lot of money VERY quickly for you which is good because you'll need it for your items.

3.png Exhaust

I personally don't like this one on Yasuo. The point of Exhaust is to minimize the damage from an ADC and to help you catch up to someone. Your windwall prevents all damage from an ADC, and you're pretty much the most mobile champion when minions are around. I'm sure someone will find it useful, but its not for me personally.

New Runes Back to Top

Masteries Back to Top

A quick note before moving on: Just so you know, these are also the runes you'll want on a Mid or Top Yasuo (except for Bandit and Wanderer! Those two are only for supp yasuo, take Dangerous Game and Savagery otherwise!). I warned you earlier that you should be good with Yasuo before bringing him bot, these will still be the masteries you'd want if you're practicing him elsewhere. (except for Bandit and Wanderer!)

Ferocity: 18

-I think Fury and Battering Blows are pretty self explanatory.

-Double Edged Sword because you won't be killing many minions, and for more damage.

-I don't like Vampirism because Warlord's Bloodlust 3072.png Bloodthirster are more than enough to keep you alive. You can try it if you're crazy for lifesteal, but I'd say Natural Talent is best.

-Bounty Hunter can be great, but as a support you'll get your items a bit later than a normal Yasuo. This means you won't be able to assassinate as soon as normal. If you're worried about taking kills, or there's a super tanky person on the enemy team, take Oppressor.

Cunning: 12

-Wanderer will help you get to lane faster, roam to other lanes earlier, and will help maximize your presence in game.

-Secret Stash will help you early on, even if you don't get biscuits out of the 2031.png Refillable Potion.

-Merciless because your Yasuo...

-Bandit Since you won't be killing minions, you'll need this to earn you some money. The 3302.png Relic won't be enough.

Resolve: 0

-You won't really be building any resistances, so Unyielding won't do much for you.

-Tough Skin can be pretty good, but it's not worth spending the points to get there.

-Runic Armor won't be too useful for the same reasons as Unyielding, also that amount of life steal is just silly. Veteran's Scars is alright, but, again, not worth the points.

-Insight would be the best choice out of the two, but Bandit beats both.

yasuopassive.png Way of the Wanderer:

Keep moving to have your shild up as much as possible. Although dashing can generate your shield faster, it might not be the best idea. Dashing too much will push the enemy to their tower, and you can't pull them away from it like other supports.

yasuoQ.png Steel Tempest:

Your main damage tool throughout the game, so why not max it first? Basically, more dashing and more damage. I'm here mostly to talk about the Support position specifically, if you want a more in-depth reason, look at the tutorial in the 'Get Good' section of the video.

Be sure to use this to proc your 3302.png Relic shield using this ability to gain 3 stacks, and give your ADC the gold for it too! Be sure to use the Relic's passive on cannon minions! I see people even in Diamond messing this up, so I'll throw it up here and go into specifics in the Item section of the guide!

yasuoW.png Windwall:

I'm sure many people think of this when thinking of a Support Yasuo, but maxing this is pointless. All you get is a bigger wall. if you place it right, then there's no need for a bigger wall. Be sure to use it on yourself, DON'T be too scared for your ADC

You can deal waaay more damage than the enemy support, so if you go in on the enemy ADC, and their Support goes for yours, then you'll win that fight. The enemy ADC will be forced to focus on you, and you can just windwall their damage, kill them, then go for the support. There is an exception to this however!

The exception, of course is if your against another kill lane. 412.png Thresh, 53.png Blitzcrank, 89.png Leona, 111.png Nautilus' hooks, and even 201.png Braum's Ultimate are all-in engages that YOU can block! Good reflexes and/or good predictions will make you a god in the face of the enemy. Stomping these lanes will be easy if you can Wall correctly!

yasuoE.png Sweeping Blade:

Be sure not to dance around like a fool! Dashing at the wrong time is a good way to get you killed, or to push the wave until the enemy is safe under their tower. You will push them, so here's some things you can do when it happens:

1. You and your ADC stand in front of your incoming minions. This will make them walk around you, and will help the enemy minions push. It seems small, but it's effective!

2. I advise against this, but you could dive the enemy. Everyone is weak early on, so a single tower shot is devastating! If you can guarantee a kill on one or both laners, then you may want to consider this, otherwise don't!

3. Warn your ADC, ward some areas, and roam to Mid. Time is a resource, just like Health and Mana (or wind shields), if you can't pressure your enemies while they hide under tower, then spend your time and pressure else were!

yasuoR.png Last breath:

This is your all-in potential. String your knockup with your ultimate to keep the enemy suspended while your ADC throws out constant damage to them. A SUPER IMPORTANT TIP: YOU CAN Q WHILE ULTING! Using your Q while mid-ult will help you deal a lot more damage to the enemy! This is an extremely important note especially since your 3087.png Shiv helps you deal a large burst of damage with a single Q. Be sure to pick your moments, line up your tornado correctly, and know that you don't have to go in every time you can, not even if your Teammate said you should!

Game Start:

You'll be giving CS to the ADC, so you'll need some source of income, and 3302.png the Relic is the way to go. It'll give you some extra tankyness so you can more safely skirmish with the enemy, and it works well with your Q. I mentioned this earlier in the guide, and I said I'd go into more detail later on, so here I go. I always see supports not making use of the relic's full potential. It gives you the money from the minion you kill, so killing a Cannon minion will give you more gold than the others. Kill the first minion that shows up, and save the rest of the charges for Cannons only! Or if you have 2 charges to spend, feel free to use 1 on a normal minion.

You'll need all the gold you can get, so if you notice your ADC isn't the best at CSing, then take whatever they miss.

First Back:

I like getting the 3093.png Avarice Blade first for many reasons. it gives stats, money, and its pretty cheap. It'll be a while for the money to make up for the purchase, but its fine. I don't like getting 2049.png Sightstone on Support Yasuo, mainly because it takes away my money. I'm confident on my ability as a Yasuo player, so I'm fine with having the enemy Jungler come down every once in a while.

I start harassing the enemy bot laners as soon as I am able to, so they're usually too weak to help by the time the Jungler can come down. Also, your ADC should be farming safely behind you, so they should be fine if you are ganked anyway. Dash through minions to safety, and wall off any hard CC the enemy may have. Your early boots will also help you get away from danger.

Early Game:

Just like any other Yasuo, you'll want that 3087.png Shiv ASAP! It's a huge power skipe for you, and you can start dominating other lanes with it. After getting it, i'll usually start working on my 3072.png Bloodthirster. I personally put a huge amount of value on that thing, it's great at keeping you alive. Other than that, your 3117.png Mobi boots will help you make plays all over the map. You may want to get a bit more armor with 3047.png Tabi, or some CC resistance with 3111.png Merc, and I say that those are fine too! I just personally prefer the mobility.

Definitely upgrade your 3361.png Totem! In my build, you lack a bit of vision early on, so make up for it in the mid game! If you're a big threat to the enemy team, abuse your strength and push into their space. There shouldn't be much need for defensive wards if you or your ADC are the strongest in the game.

Mid Game:

At this time you should have your 3072.png Bloodthirster or be almost done with it. I'm sure many people would prefer the 3031.png Infinity Edge to get you that 100% crit, but I personally prefer the life steal. Whichever you choose, you should be dealing enough damage to lead your team to victory, especially if you did a good job at keeping the enemy bot laners away from their CS. If you didn't do so well in bot lane, then you may want to tank up a bit. Take note of what's the biggest threat on the enemy team, or what their main source of damage is, and build against it.

Late Game:

Honestly, most of the games I played when testing Support Yasuo didn't make it to the late game. My games ended pretty fast, usually because the enemy gave up, but by this point you've given up on your 'Support' role and have become a straight up assassin. If the game drags on too long, you may be in trouble if your'e against a good hyper carry.

VS

Alistar

Easy

Alistar may have a hard time hitting you due to your mobility. But, you should be careful to not dash too much around him because he'll have a much easier time catching you if he has the tower protecting him. He dosen't have much damage, so you should just focus on the ADC. Wall them off and keep them away form their CS. Alistar's heal is very weak, so you should have no problem blasting through it.

VS

Anivia

Easy

Support Anivias are pretty much non-existent, but you're playing Support Yasuo, so i'm sure there's some birds in the bot lane. You can wall off her abilities no problem, so all she can really do is wall you off. I don't often get the chance to play vs an Anivia, so i'm not sure if you can dash through her wall...but if you can its basically an instant win. Anivia is pretty squishy, so just avoid her damage and fight both her and her ADC.

VS

Annie

Medium

You can wall off her Q, which is usually her main source of damage, but you'll be in trouble if she chooses to max her W. It's short range, but you need to get close to fight, so you'd be smart to choose your fights wisely. If she stuns you or your ADC, wall off the damage and charge in after they spend their abilities. Just be sure to not stay too long in a fight, you'd want to throw more tornadoes than normal in this match-up.

VS

Bard

Easy

This could be an easy matchup if you can avoid being stunned. Bard's heals cost him a lot of mana, but 1 charm can give him the mana back. If he goes to collect charms, you should heavily engage the ADC. Even though it may seem good to fight a solo ADC, you may be better off if the Bard stays in lane.

His Meep empowered autos are criminally under estimated. Bard on release was weak, but they buffed him pretty well! Bard only has one damage ability, so his autos have to make up for that. It may seem silly, but I recommend walling off his autos if he has a bunch of Meeps on him.

VS

Blitzcrank

Easy

Yasuo is a kill lane that seems to counter kill lanes. If you have good predictions or reactions, Blitz will not be a problem...like at all. Blitz's hooks are SOOOOOO crucial, that even on his splashart he's throwing a hook! Wall off his bread and butter and he's just dead weight. A smart Blitz would realize how useless he is and would pretty much abandon Bot lane to gank eother lanes. If this happens, then you'll have to focus much more of your time warding and keeping track of Blitz.

His hooks are very quick, so he's an excellent for ganking. Help our your ADC by going all-in on the ADC, then when they die go support for your Jungler! You're Jungler will be in danger of getting camps stolen pretty easily with the enemy Jungler and the rogue Blitz on the loose. Just make sure your team is safe and camp the bot lane when the enemy ADC is there.

VS

Braum

Medium

There isn't really much to talk about here, just know 2 things. He can easily stun you when you skirmish, so you'd want to poke a bit more often than normal. Even so, you shouldn't be afraid to fight, especially if there's some space between Braum and his Carry. Don't bother fighting Braum, his kit is basically entirely made to make him the best defensive Support. Best to fight after he uses his wall.

Other than that, know that you can wall off his Ultimate, even though it's not really a projectile! There isn't much time to react, so its mostly up to predictions. I think most people probably don't know you can stop this (I found out mid-game!), so it'll definitely catch them by surprise!

VS

Fiddlesticks

Hard

I haven't played against this enough to give much advise, but I assume he can pretty much screw you over if you charge at him or his Carry. He has a point and click taunt...it aint no 201.png Braum stacks, aint no hook you can wall off, not even like an 1.png Annie Q, its just instant hard CC. His birds are the least threatening, and it's the only thing you can wall off.

I need more testing, but I would avoid this matchup if possible.

VS

Galio

Easy

You can wall off his everything, and you'll force him to build armor, when he actually benefits from getting MR. The only thing to watch out for is a flash ult from him, but that shouldn't be too hard for the ultra mobile samurai. Also, your wall has a pretty decent cooldown, so don't think you'll be perfectly fine all the time. You'll still have to dodge out there!

VS

Gragas

Easy

I haven't seen a support Graggas in a while, but he shouldn't be too big of a problem. Wall off his ultimate whenever you can, and fight when he doesn't have his W on him. If he body slams you, charge through him, wall of the ADC and fight the Carry. Not much else to say here, just don't let your ADC get poked too much.

VS

Graves

Medium

This matchup can be really easy for you, or really hard. Graves is a burst champion, so if you can wall it off, you're safe to stomp. But, if you wall, and he dashes around or through it, you're sooo screwed! Be very cautious about your wall timing!

VS

Karma

Hard

Needs more testing!

Karma can basically shut you down if you skirmish. She can stun you when your close, then use her Ult + Q to deal a lot of damage and slow you on your way out, and she can shield herself or her ADC when you fight them. Just like you, she deals a lot of damage early on, even without her ult, difference being she can do it from a distance.
I'd avoid this if possible!

VS

Leona

Easy

Somewhat similar to 53.png Blitz with her hooks. She'll probably prep her Q and W before she tries to land her E, so just block it off and fight her after her Q and W wear off! She's a bit difficult with her Ultimate, but if you see that you're going to get git by it, you can wall off before your stunned to prevent her from chaining her CC.

VS

Lucian

Hard

A good Lucian can give you a very hard time in lane! You can't wall off his Q, which is his main damage tool, and he's pretty mobile with his dash and his speed boost from his W. He'l dance around you and throw his double autos all day. Sure you can throw a wall at him, but the problem is that he can dash around it, and he'll get his double auto off for it! He's just too dangerous for a Yasuo, avoid this if you can.

VS

Lulu

Hard

She pokes like a truck, can squirrel you when you fight, and has a shield because fuck your damage. You'd be best off poking with tornadoes, but that's not really what Yasuo does. Avoid if possible!

VS

Lux

Easy

You can stop her everything...well besides her ult. You can focus her or the Carry, so usually this is an easy double kill! I wouldn't call it a free win, but it should be. Catch her attention and maintain it. Her poke hurts your ADC really badly, so make sure she spends it on you!

VS

Malphite

Medium
Needs more testing!
He's kinda tough, and his ADC can wreck you if he Ults you. You're better focusing all your damage onto the enemy Carry. Against most tanks I'd say that your damage is the bigger threat and that you should just kill their ADC, but not here. If Malphite goes for your ADC, you stop him! Poke a bit more often than normal if you need to, just make sure to stay healthy.

VS

Nami

Easy

You should be able to dash away from her bubbles, but you're in trouble if you do get caught. You can wall off everything from her, even her Ult! be sure to save your wall for her Ult in the mid game! The biggest threat from her is a bubble when you engage, so you may want to star fighting the ADC, then dash to Nami as she throws a bubble, then dash back to the Carry. Easier said than done, but definitely possible.

VS

Nautilus

Easy

It's similar to any other hook Support, wall off the hook and you'll be safe. Naut can stun just by auto-attacking, so that's something to be careful with, especially after  he has his ult. Don't bother fighting Nuat, he's tanky and has a shield for himself, so kill the Carry!

In this case, I wouldn't prioritize his hook for the ADC autos however. Nautilus doesn't have as much CC as other hook supports, but he does have a slow. The ADC will shoot you down as you run, so if you do get hooked, wall the ADC for a safe retreat.

VS

Nidalee

Easy

Wall her spears, you can out-damage her if she pounces you (at least I think so), poke her with tornadoes rather than the Carry, you'll be K.

VS

Nunu

Medium
Needs more testing!
He can be a pain when he has his Ult. He's easy before that, but fighting when he has his ult on is dangerous! Dash away from him when he uses it. Also, don't underestimate his poke! If you get poked down, you can't all-in them!

VS

Sona

Medium

Her poke is super significant! It's not really worth walling the poke, its better used on the ADC, but its still really strong. Fight when Sona extends to poke, let your shield tank it, and kill something. Sona is pretty squishy, even with her shield and heal, so you may want to take her out if your ADC is nearby.

VS

Soraka

Easy

Soraka's heals can't deal with an all in (at least not early on) focus her instead of the ADC. It should be easy to get kills on her, unless she's playing super passively and standing behind the carry. if that's the case, then you'll need to coordinate with your ADC to take the enemy Carry down. Early on Soraka can't heal fast enough to save her Carry if you both focus them.

The only thing to watch out for is her silence. She can stop you from engaging when you're dashing through minions. If you don't get out of the circle, you can actually ge in some trouble!

VS

Tahm Kench

Medium

He's actually kinda scary. Stay too long and he will eat you. You shouldn't bother fighting him unless he's extended too far. Getting his stacks is risky, so try knocking him up if he gets too close for too long.

VS

Taric

Hard

Current Taric is good against heavy AD teams, and an AD support contributes to that. He has a point and click stun and armor build onto him. This'll change when he's re-worked, but for the moment, he's trouble for you!

VS

Twisted Fate

Easy

My Twisted Fate Guide seems to have gotten pretty popular, kinda sorta, enough to include it in the matchups of my other guides! Anyway, back to business.

Your yasuoW.png W will block his strongest tool, his pickacard.png W. The cooldown on his wildcards.png Q is a bit too long to be a reliable source of constant damage. TF will have a better time in lane his he can poke with some distance, while you are better off in his face. Wait for him to scroll through those cards of his and get your wall ready. You'll want to keep your distance for a bit, since your reaction time might not be good enough to block his W enhanced auto. Also, TF locking in a card doesn't mean he's instantly going to throw that card. Keeping some distance will give you a safety net for that fake-out of his.

Another thing to keep in mind is that against other lantes, you should be walking left and right to dodge skillshots, but not against TF. His W is an auto attack enhancer, meaning that it'll follow you, just how a normal auto attack would. Because of this difference, you'll want to walk forward and backwards, in and out of this auto attack range. If he throws a magic card at you, walk away from it. Walking away from it will mean that the card will need to travel longer to hit you, which gives you more time to react with your windwall. Know that his pickacard.png W takes 6 seconds to get off cooldown at any level!

After you've avoided the potential stun, your basically free to jump on him. He's very squishy early on, and you have an incredible ammount of early game damage, even without 3087.png Shiv. The hardest time you'll have in lane is pre level 3, since that's when you don't have your wall. That shouldn't last very long, so I don't feel the need to provide any tips with that. The enemy ADC will be the biggest threat to you, since you'll be using your wall to block TF's stun. Even with the ADC on you, your damage should come fast enough to get a favorable trade, if you focus the damage into the TF.

Of course, if you see TF blue card a minion or something like that, you should jump in on him. You'll have your wall up for the ADC, so it's super safe to do so!

VS

Yasuo

Medium

I'm not sure how this will ever happen, but if it does its all about the outplay. Wall his tornadoes and knock him up when he's dashing to you.

VS

Zilean

Easy

Watch out for his stun! You should be able to dash to dodge it, but there isn't minions near you 24/7. Try forcing him to waste his ult, then go back in for the kill once it's gone. That ult of his can really be a problem in the mid game, so you might want to focus him every once in a while.

VS

Zyra

Easy

Needs more testing!

Zyra's plants got smarter recently, you'd be smart to clear them quickly. Use your Q to get your tornado off of them and poke them down! She has a root, not a stun, so fight even when she holds you down!
You can easily avoid her abilities, and her plants give you even more mobility, she's kinda helping you really.

Lane Partners (In Progress! 3/18) Back to Top

Gathering info...Standby

Holy crap that took forever, but I'm gonna start working on this now!

22.png Ashe

Ashe's presence provides a bit of a safety net for Yasuo's aggressive play-style. Her abilities and autos slow enemies, and that means they'll have trouble chasing you. One important thing to note though! Her slow is based off her levels, so the higher level she is, the heavier the slow is...BUT it won't upgrade every level. It scales on every third level, so it won't really be too useful early on. When Ashe is level 7, her slows will be at 13%, which is about as good as its going to get during the laning phase. That ain't too good, so you should still keep minions around to allow you to dash backwards.

The only other thing I can really comment on besides the slow, is obviously the stun from her asheR.png Ult. A lot of people use global ults to snipe people from across the map, but that isn't the best way to use them, especially one that stuns. A stun is strong because it allows a hard hitting ally to wreck face. Yasuo happens to have a ton of damage! A medium to short ranged stun from ashe is incredibly powerful, just make sure she'll hit it before diving in!

51.png Caitlyn

Cait is a bit of an interesting partner for Yasuo. Her caitlynpassive.png Headshots and caitlynpiltoverpeacemaker.png Peacemaker (Q) are the few things that help you out in a skirmish. Most other ADCs can't risk getting into a fight the way you do, and they'll be left to provide a bit of poke to help you escape, but not with Cait by your side! She can use these two abilities to poke from a completely safe distance. Her other abilities can help you escape, so you still have a bit of a safety net like with other ADCs.

One thing you should keep in mind while fighting is to not try to all in the enemy too early. You'll want to poke them down a bit before jumping in for the kill. I can't really tell you when to jump in, because the opponent's runes, masteries, and obviously their champion, can affect your timing. Take note of how much damage you can do and how much time it takes you to do it. If you know your damage potential, you can very easily poke the enemy down without forcing them back, and that will allow you to punishing them for not backing.

My description might make it seem really easy, but you should also keep track of your own health in ANY matchup. Staying too long will probably get you low in health, and you can't really all in at that point. This shouldn't be too big of a problem with a Caitlyn however, her range increases your damage potential, but you shouldn't rely on her to keep you safe.

42.png Corki

Corki brings in some of the AP damage that you won't with a support Yasuo pick, which is nice, but there are a few things that can be troublesome with him. Your main concern with a Corki is the package he gets. It makes his ggun.png Valkyrie longer range, which is a problem. It could be fine if you have your third Q ready, but that might be a bit tricky at times. I haven't seen many Corkis running around the rift, so I'm not really sure how people use the Package, but I think it can be good, even if Corki dives into danger. Your team should be nearby when he does it, so I don't think you have to worry about it too much.

On to the positives, his ggun.png Gatling Gun (E) lowers opponent's armor and MR, which can be very useful to you. Tank supports are a pretty popular thing at just about any meta, so this can help you a lot, even in the early game. Even the MR reduction is helpful to you, since your yasuoE.png E does magic damage. Just be sure to not dash too often, since that'll push the wave out of reach, and it can also lead to you over extending, which will probably get you killed.

It'll be up to you to help Corki become a powerhouse early on. Your knockups and yasuoR.png Ult keep the enemy frozen long enough for Corki to land his phosphorusbomb.png Q and missilebarrage.png Ult, which hold a large portion of his damage. Together your abilities alone will deal around the ballpark of about 700 damage (rough estimate) without counting in the armor / MR shred from Corki's ggun.png E, runes, masteries, auto attacks, or items! Be sure to coordinate this combo with Corki!

How to play in Lane Back to Top

The point of Yasuo support is to snowball from the laning phase into the mid-late game. During the mid-late game, you'll become the normal mid or top Yas, so you only play the laning phase differently.

For the vast majority of the matchups your job will be to skirmish with the enemy (yes, both of them!) until they have a certain amount of health. It'll change from game to game, even if your up against the same champion. The enemy must have low enough HP to allow you to all in them, but must have enough HP to keep them in lane. If they're too low, they'll back to base. This gives you a chance to roam and free farm, but Yasuo isn't really the best ganker, even if you get your Q stacks from the skuttle crab in the river. So, how do you skirmish against two opponents in the early game?

I personally jump in, and only stick around long enough to use my abilities, and then dash out. As a support main, I'm used to relying on my abilities to do work for me, not my auto attacks. I automatically opt into using my yasuoQ.png Q and yasuoE.png E to dance around and stab the enemy when I available instead of an auto or two. Just because I do it, doesn't mean you should! I consider this a bad habit for playing Yasuo! Auto attacks hurt a lot, just that i'm not used to relying on them too often, but a Yasuo definitely should.

I'm not exactly sure, but I think it will be best to use your Q and auto attacks for maximum amount of damage, and your W to block damage. I haven't been able to test it recently, but I'm pretty sure most would just walk away from a Yasuo that's slashing their face, but that's fine. Dashing at them would mean your over extending, and it's not really worth it considering you can just back off and come back in when your wall is back up. You're gonna want to kill your enemy, but you don't NEED to in order to be successful.

Get Good....scrub! Back to Top

I got good with Yasuo by practicing him a ton, but even so this guide taught me a few things that really helped me out!

I haven't asked the guy to use his video or anything, so be sure you subscribe to the guy! He's funny! :D

Like he said in the video, he's not a teacher, he's an entertainer, so appreciate his guide!
My guide talks about Yasuo as a support, but his is more about how to play him in general. I highly reccomend checking out the guide, even if you think you know how to play him!

About me Back to Top

Hello there! My name is Chivibro, I'm a Support main that's relatively new to League (been playing since Spring of 2015...I think...I dunno, Pantheon smiting Red buff was my first Login), but despite this I've been studying it very heavily (said every low Elo ever, ik). I'm studying Game Design, and I wanted to learn more about MOBAS, and strategy games in general. I spent about as much time on League to fit a pro's schedule and now i'm Silver 5 (highest was Silver 3). Pretty good for being my first half-year, no?

Anyway, I hope my low Elo and crazy idea don't dissuade you from trying this out. I've focused very heavily on learning Support, and am currently on a mission to master all potential Supports. This is also why my guide has some crazy champions in its Matchups section (lookin at the 34.png Anivia and3.png Galio).

If you enjoyed this guide, then maybe you'd like my others!

Just in case people wanted to know what I like playing in every role:

Nothing really special, not even League oriented.

It is Gaming oriented though!
