Summoner Spells Back to Top

Take TP/Flash if going top, or against anything besides a melee champion in mid lane. Use it to get back to lane after the first back, then save it for either TP ganks/other such uses/split pushing. Take smite if jungle only.

Masteries Back to Top

6/12/12 makes you tanky and increases your burst significantly. While making your DPS lower than S5, S6 masteries makes your burst crazy. The important masteries are Assassin, Merciless, Dangerous Game, Sorcery, Double-Edged Sword, and Runic Armor. All other masteries can be put in any points, but these are the masteries I use myself.

Why 6/12/12? It has, at level 6 with Muramana and Titanic, more burst than 0/18/12 and 0/12/18, with less DPS over 20 seconds than 0/18/12 and 0/12/18. While that loss may not seem worth the little burst gain, look at an average full build at 18's numbers: 4.more burst and MORE DPS.

The burst difference increases as you level up, but decreases as you get AD. The DPS difference decreases as you level up, but increases as you get items of any kind.

If you want to play around with the calculations yourself, here's a spreadsheet I made to help me:

Instead of arguing for Q max, let's argue against E and W maxing. E maxing only increases the BASE heal by 12 per rank. It's not a useful max start, PLUS it increases mana cost. W maxing may seem like a good idea after saying that, BUT, its damage is barely increased at all per rank, its mana increases per level, and it's not useful unless chasing or checking bushes. In a straight up fight, W does nothing for you besides add to your passive, enable a Sheen Proc if you have a Sheen item, and lets you chase after they realize fighting you was a bad idea.

Now, to argue FOR Q maxing. Its mana cost does not increase per level, its speed buff increases by 5% per level, and, over the duration of the ghoul, it has the highest max rank damage of any of your spells by 70. It also allows you to escape ganks by Qing a minion while running or catching someone outside your W range by Qing a jungle camp or minion as you pass by one.

E start instead of Q start because of removal of Flask removes your level 1 sustain for when, say, Riven level one engages you.

Items Back to Top

Starting Items

Your E will sustain you for not needing machete. Get hunter's potion after you get warding smite + tear for infinite sustain.
    Almost every game
    Support Item
Start this as a solo laner/ADC for a super early tear when you feel going Muramana
Start this for an early Chalice when you feel going Mikael's is better.

Core Items

BUY THIS FIRST BACK! IF YOU DON'T, YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.
Finish tear when you feel you need that extra AD over more resistances/health. If you aren't going for Titanic, then finish this first.
If way ahead or are full AD
Buy first if neither behind nor way ahead, or are the jungler
Warding smite is the best. Your W is longer range than smite, and red smite is unneeded. Finish the upgrade on first back, but get Cinderhulk third.
    Buy second if behind
If you have the ability, get this as your third full item.

Situational Items

FH > Thornmail > Zz'Rot > Deadman's > Randuin's > Ohmwrecker; the prioritization order of armor. Enemy team comp may make you jump around a bit.
Maw > SV > Banshee's > Locket > Zz'Rot > GA; the prioritization order of MR. Enemy team comp may make you jump around a bit.
Prioritize resistances if you bought IBG. Otherwise, FM > BC > Sterak's > Warmog > DMP > SV ; the prioritization order of health.
R.Hydra > ER > PD > Sterak's > DD > BT; the prioritization order of items when full AD.
From left to right: They have 10+ seconds of slow or a 70%+ strength slow, or no other option is better - they have a ton of AD - They have 4+ seconds of hard CC
If you're having trouble with assassins or someone has just barely better sustain that you and wins against you, this can be a great item.
The cheapest item to get health and gives the most health/gold of any full item. It also pairs well with actives, especially Mikael's, making its 3m CD a 2.4m CD. Plus wards OP.

There are two main builds:

Typical Yorick:
3070.png > 3748.png > 3004.png OR 3071.png OR 3022.png > Tank + boots
This is the build we all know and love. Tankiness, burst, DPS, it has it all! It has ~1952 burst and ~612 DPS over 20 seconds, along with tankiness. Its itemization makes it have a power spike at Titanic, but plateaus at the third item.

Full AD:
3070.png > 3074.png > 3508.png > 3046.png > 3078.png > 3004.png + boots
It has ~1980 burst and ~1940(!) DPS, though your only "tank" things are sustain through E and lifesteal, your passive, and Phantom Dancer's passive. Though, you can kill a full HP Darius who is actively fighting you in under 3 seconds while remaining full HP. Though, it has an odd power curve where it it relatively weak until you get your PD, then you're more powerful than the typical build. And buying PD first doesn't make it give you the power spike earlier.

VS

Aatrox

Easy

Both in the jungle and top, he's pretty easy to deal with. Just proceed to be Yorick. If he engages you, rape him with your 50% HP burst after a tear + pickaxe. If he tries to poke you, just E it away. If he engages pre-tear + pickaxe, WEQ and run away.

VS

Ahri

Medium

You can block her charm with your W and you can bait her fox-fire, if you're far enough away, with your W. Her treu damage is annoying, though, and you'll probably need a jungler's help to kill her post-6 thanks to her ult. She is a ranged laner, so she can be relatively annoying.

VS

Akali

Easy

If she realizes she can use her shroud to negate your ghoul aggro, buy either a pink ward or the pink ward yellow trinket upgrade and place it down when she shrouds. Other than that little bit of counterplay from her, the lane is really easy.

VS

Alistar

Medium

If there was a medium-low option, he would get it. He's easy as heck solo, but he has some crazy CC to add to fights when the jungler ganks and/or when he's support. His headbutt also makes it hard to poke his ADC. Putting him as medium simply because he isn't as easy as easy would imply.

VS

Amumu

Medium

See Alistar.

VS

Anivia

Medium

A ranged champ, and as such, annoying. Her wall can make you have to disengage, her stun is annoy, and her slow is annoy. Her ult can also kill your ghouls pretty early if you fight in it. She has no real escapes, though, so get your jungler to help as much as you can.

VS

Annie

Hard

One of the two hards on this list, she has insane burst combined with hard CC. W anything to not die to the burst and proceed to out DPS her. A Maw is also useful, as, if you survive her burst, you easily destroy her, but her burst can be hard to survive just because Annie.

VS

Ashe

Easy

She's slower than you and her AA range is your W range. Her permaslow means nothing when your Q makes it disappear and your W makes up for the difference. Combined with a good peel support, however, she becomes a medium.

VS

Aurelion Sol

Medium

His kiting can be pretty good with his stars + Rylai's, and his ult can get you off him if you don't kill him fast enough, but he shouldn't be too hard if you're mindful of his star location or save flash for after his ult to get back on him.

VS

Azir

Medium

His long range poke and burst can hurt at all phases of the game. Use ghouls to farm as much as you can and don't let him get fed.

VS

Bard

Easy

Try not to get stunned, which is really easy to accidentally do if you put your W between him and you.

VS

Blitzcrank

Easy

You like him to pull you, unless he's under tower. The closer to the enemy ADC you are the better.

VS

Brand

Medium

Brand's AoE abilities make for an insanely hard time fighting him. In fact, this can be a pretty good counter lane if you don't play smart, but he also has no escapes. Yorick loves it when they can't run. If he ults, get away from your ghouls and you should be fine otherwise.

VS

Braum

Easy

The only threat he poses to you is his ult, as that hard CC is annoy.

VS

Caitlyn

Medium

If she plays smart, her AA range is longer than your W range, so she can just kite for forever, theoretically, other than the fact that you technically have 700 range on your W due to the fact that only the center of the AoE has to be in range to cast, and it has a 100 range radius. She can still be annoying to fight, though, as her attack range is 100 more than your E range, making it nearly impossible to properly heal off your E.

VS

Cassiopeia

Medium

A slow, stun, burst, range, and DoT. A really hard combination to fight. As long as you don't die by the time you finish Titanic, you should be fine. See if you can get your jungler to help.

VS

Cho'Gath

Easy

Everyone thinks he counters Yorick. He doesn't, he just doesn't lose lane against him, typically. If the Cho'Girth is dumb, take advantage of his TERRIBLE early game and wreck him, either through ganks, or a surprise flash engage after you poke him with WE combos. He does help in ganks fairly hard, though, so keep wards up and avoid ganks.

VS

Corki

Easy

With the right support, he can be, at best (worst?), annoying. He's really easy to deal with if his W's on cooldown, and, if he uses it offensively, he dies.

VS

Darius

Medium

He can beat you if you let him poke you down by getting pulled in. If he does pull you, wait until after the spin to E him. You'll need all your Ghouls before his W to have taken less damage from a full combo per player trade.

VS

Diana

Medium

Her Q HURTS LIKE BALLS and she has insane up-front burst. Don't get his by Q and DON'T DIE PRE-6 and you'll be fine. She is still melee, so zone her if she's afraid to use mana/OOM.

VS

Dr. Mundo

Easy

Farm lane. Don't poke.

VS

Draven

Easy

He relies on snowballing to be useful, and you deny snowballing. Even with Thresh support, this lane is easy as balls.

VS

Ekko

Easy

Tankko can be annoying with help from a high damage dealer, and normal Ekko is useless against Yorick.

VS

Elise

Easy

W her stun and kill her.

VS

Evelynn

Easy

See Dr. Mundo.

VS

Ezreal

Medium

See Corki, but replace W with E. The only reason he's medium is because E is a much shorter cooldown.

VS

Fiddlesticks

Easy

His CC is annoy, but he's really easy otherwise. You should be able to do more damage than he can deal/heal with his Drain.

VS

Fiora

Medium

Don't die pre-6. After 6, if she ults, run. She can deal more damage than you can heal if she has her ult on you. If she Qs you, slap her with WEQ.

VS

Fizz

Easy

His burst is predictable. Just WEQ him before it actually applies, and you'll be fine.

VS

Galio

Medium

His AoE damage is annoying, your ghouls heal him more than they hurt him, and his ult can kill your ghouls before they are useful. His poke also hurts a lot after he has some MR.

VS

Gangplank

Easy

Don't let him Q farm off your ghouls, and you're OK. Just WE him every time he tries to Q you and he'll die in about 6-7 trades + 1 flashy play engage. His flash means nothing if your Q gives you 520 MS and your slow is permanent.

VS

Garen

Medium

Farm lane. Do not poke, but, if he Qs, ready your Q as he runs at you, AA him after he silences you, and run out of spin, and WE back in after it ends.

If you are the villain, do not let him spin on you for even three ticks. He can be really hard to deal with if not shut down early, and he can still pop back up late game, if not careful.

VS

Gnar

Easy

Ono, an all-in mega-gnar! His poke means nothing (mini gnar) and you kill him when he all-ins (mega-gnar.) The only annoying part of his kit is his hop, and that is only annoying when you're trying to chase him.

VS

Gragas

Easy

A farm lane if Gragas knows how to avoid sustain, a rape lane if he tries to all-in without his jungler.

VS

Graves

Easy

His burst means nothing if you heal more than a bullet to the face does. Just WE him every time he's in range, walk/Q to him, and rape him.

VS

Hecarim

Medium

He's so hard to fight solo, he heals off your ghouls, and he has pretty nice burst and prolonged damage. Try to get your jungler/a lane to help fight him if he has a TriForce or more.

VS

Heimerdinger

Easy

A farm lane.

VS

Illaoi

Medium

Illaoi is like Durus. But better poke.

VS

Irelia

Easy

Her all-in means nothing, as I've said before. Don't poke her very often, as that allows her to stun you. You can easily take her out if her stun doesn't go off. It'll be close, but you should be able to fight her if she gets her stun off, too, but that's a dangerous game you play, sir. After she gets TriForce, you need your Jungler to kill her, and she out scales your mid game. You should out scale her late game, however.

VS

Janna

Easy

The only time she is actually annoying is with Ashe for that infinite peel.

VS

Jarvan IV

Medium

Avoid his Swag Dragon combo and the fight is yours. Take the combo, and you're not a happy camper. His other poke is not very good against you, but a Swag Dragon + AA will get you pretty low, and you need to flask + E to sustain through a fight with that early game. If you didn't die pre-6, congrastibations, you just made all fights with him a 2v1. Back, heal, TP in and destroy him.

VS

Jax

Easy

See Irelia, but your mid game is better and late is worse. Additionally, if he's going Guinsoo's, you have until he gets Gunblade, then you're going to not have a fun.

VS

Jayce

Easy

See Gnar.

VS

Jhin

Easy

His damage is annoying if he's focusing you, but you can blow him up in the time it takes him to attack twice, though a late-game E-fourth AA from him will hit like Saitama.

VS

Jinx

Easy

See Graves.

VS

Kalista

Medium

See Ashe. She's medium because her kiting is more potent thanks to her passive.

VS

Karma

Easy

Heal through her poke.

VS

Karthus

Easy

His early game is terrible, but his AoE can kill your ghouls. Kill him pre-6 if he pushes too far, otherwise, this is a farm lane.

VS

Kassadin

Easy

Ono, an all-in. See even easier than Irelia because no stun.

VS

Katarina

Easy

See Kassadin.

VS

Kayle

Easy

The only annoying part of her is her ult. Everything else is easy to deal with.

VS

Kennen

Medium

I hate Kennen with the rage of a thousand suns. He doesn't win lane, but he doesn't lose lane. Get a high-CC jungler to rape him with you pre-six. Post-six, avoid him at all costs if he has his ult.

Mikael's is better.

VS

Kha'Zix

Easy

Kha'Zix is in such a bad spot right now, just 1v2 him and his jungler/laner. He's barely noticible in fights.

VS

Kindred

Easy

If you're laning against her, it's a really easy matchup. Her range is too low to threaten you, but her sustain is decently high while also having really high mobility if her W is up. She can escape and help her jungler in a gank decently well, so securing a kill is hard for you, while being nearly impossible for her as you are Yorick. If you're in the jungle, you can invade pretty early and kill her. Make sure to take whatever camps she has marked as to not allow her to get stacks. She's useless without stacks. With at least 4 stacks, however, she can be decently dangerous, especially if she has a team with CC to allow her to smack your face.

VS

Kled

Easy

On paper, he would seem relatively difficult to fight, but he's actually pretty easy. You can make Skaarl go away in one rotation, back off for CDs, go back in, and kill him every time.

VS

Kog'Maw

Medium

His range is insane, and his damage is owie. If he's AP or AD, prepare to not have fun in lane. His slow makes it hard to catch him. Just get your jungler to help/support to CC him hard.

VS

LeBlanc

Easy

If she tries to give you drugs, just say no.

VS

Lee Sin

Easy

Lee Dong, an easy as BALLS lane/jungle. It's hard to keep up with his early pressure when you two are jungler, but WOW is it easy to beat him in a 1v1. The only time you should die is if he HIKUUUUs you into his turret while you're under 500 HP.

VS

Leona

Easy

Ono, an all-in. See Irelia.

VS

Lissandra

Medium

Her poke is annoying, but her all-in is meh. Just try to out-poke her and you should be fine.

VS

Lucian

Easy

See Graves.

VS

Lulu

Easy

See Janna.

VS

Lux

Easy

Her burst is pretty owie, but her poke is meh. Just out poke and sustain her, and you should be fine.

VS

Malphite

Easy

Ono. See Gnar.

Mikael's may be better, depends on if he's AP or not.

VS

Malzahar

Medium

His E bouncing from ghoul to ghoul to you makes you owie and gives him mana back. It's hard to out mana sustain him, but his burst is meaningless and his poke tickles. Just poke him in lane.

Although hardly anyone else plays it, AD Malz is the hardest matchup I have found for Yorick in lane. His Pokemon > Yours

VS

Maokai

Medium

See Alistar.

VS

Master Yi

Easy

Ono, damage. Easily out sustain a 6-item Yi's damage and kill him because feel like it. A Guinsoo's-Gunblade Yi will actually be kind of scary ish. Getting an Executioner's Calling is recommended.

VS

Miss Fortune

Easy

See Graves.

VS

Mordekaiser

Medium

He doesn't lose lane. Get your jungler to help you fight him, as he can be pretty annoying in lane. You shouldn't die, but neither should he, unless he has a case of the stupids. His damage is crazy late game.

VS

Morgana

Medium

She snares you and you get reported for AFK. Her puddle can kill your ghouls, and she can chield your main poke (Your E and W do magic damage.)

VS

Nami

Easy

See Janna.

VS

Nasus

Easy

Every time he goes for Q stacks, WEQ him and either chase him or flee, depending on if he's low or not.

VS

Nautilus

Easy

See Alistar.

VS

Nidalee

Easy

Poke? Blockable poke? Ok, let me W your spear and rape your cougar form.

VS

Nocturne

Medium

He can be pretty hard to handle if he gets rolling off a failed gank or whatever, but he's pretty easy to deal with otherwise. Just make your jungler leave you two alone.

VS

Nunu

Medium

AP Nunu will not lose to you while tank Nunu will die if he's dumb. A farm lane.

Mikael's is better top lane.

VS

Olaf

Easy

The only annoying part about him is his true damage. Destroy him.

VS

Orianna

Medium

POKE! E! POKE! E!

VS

Pantheon

Easy

See Irelia.

VS

Poppy

Easy

New Popy is even easier than old Poppy, as she has a better early (oh well) and becomes tanky instead of a 1v5ing burst machine. The only bad thing about her is her ult. On the ADC? poppydiplomaticimmunity.png

VS

Quinn

Easy

Her kiting means nothing with W and Q. Her burst is owie, but you have more overall damage.

VS

Rammus

Easy

Just don't overestimate your damage, and you'll be fine. You can cancel his Power Ball with W.

VS

Rek'Sai

Easy

See Irelia.

VS

Renekton

Easy

See Irelia.

VS

Rengar

Easy

I hate seeing Rango in lane. He's annoying, but not hard. Pre-6, watch out if he has a full ferocity bar, otherwise, rape his kitty butt.

VS

Riven

Medium

If the Riven is good, she can destroy you, but you won't lose your tower because "Eff you, I'm Yorick." WE her as she gets in range, then run away, as she WILL try to engage you, and even Yorick will have a hard time with a post-3 pre-Pickaxe Riven engage, especially if she has Serrated Dirk.

VS

Rumble

Medium

He's annoying. Just don't die, and you'll be fine.

Mikael's is better.

VS

Ryze

Medium

New Ryze makes the matchup go from medium-easy to flat out medium. He does MORE damage the more ghouls you have near you, and this overtakes your passive if you have just 2 things near you, and they don't even have to be your ghouls. All his abilities are your W non-extended range. spawn your Q and E ghouls on targets that will die when you use the ability on them and W as he activates his passive to flee. Fights are hard if his ult and/or passive are on.

VS

Sejuani

Easy

She's really easy to fight. Only her ult is annoying.

VS

Shaco

Easy

Just easily sustainable burst. Nothing to see here. Carry on.

VS

Shen

Easy

Out sustain and out poke him easily. If he tries to fight you, eat his babies for breakfast. If he somehow gets ahead, he can devastate you because he is Shen.

VS

Shyvana

Medium

She's pretty hard to duel, even if she doesn't have Skirmisher's Sabre, let alone if she does. Get your jungler to gank once and start snowballing.

VS

Singed

Medium

Proxy Singed is an easy, as you have the best wave control in the game, but lane Singed is annoying to kill solo, as you probably know.

Mikael's may be better, depends on if he's aggro or not.

VS

Sion

Easy

See Alistar.

VS

Sivir

Easy

You can do this lane blindfolded.

VS

Skarner

Medium

He's pretty hard to duel, especially with his ulting you to under his tower annoyance. Never fight near red spires and only fight him if his ult is down.

VS

Sona

Easy

Annoying mid, but easy as support. Destroy her ADC if bot lane, and be annoyed if mid.

VS

Soraka

Easy

See Sivir.

VS

Swain

Medium

Your ghouls sustain him in post-6 fights and he's annoying with all his DoTs pre-6.

Mikael's is much better.

VS

Syndra

Medium

A ranged mid laner with a stun. Try to not dedd and have your jungler help you.

VS

Tahm Kench

Medium

His poke can be a bit annoying, and 32% max health damage is only kind of ridiculous.

VS

Taliyah

Medium

Her poke can be annoying, though not too annoying, and her EW combo can hurt a bit, but otherwise easy.

Mikael's may be better.

VS

Talon

Easy

See Shaco.

VS

Taric

Easy

See Alistar.

VS

Teemo

Easy

Out sustain and poke him and Teemo is useless. W to break his shrooms without taking any damage, E for better sustain than his poke.

VS

Thresh

Easy

W his hooks and he's pretty easy to murdalize, even 1v2.

VS

Tristana

Easy

See Corki.

VS

Trundle

Medium

Bait his bite and ult. If either are up, or both, do a fake all-in, and run away. After his ult is down, bait his bite once more, wait for its effects to end, then all-in for real.

VS

Tryndamere

Medium

A farm lane. Neither of you can kill the other. Keep the waves pushed toward you. AP Tryndamere will be even worse than an AD for the simple fact that he can sustain easier - in and out of fights.

VS

Twisted Fate

Hard

See Annie.

VS

Twitch

Easy

With his ult, he's a long ranged, bursty, and DPSy ADC, but you can sustain his burst easily and immediately proceed to out DPS him because can.

VS

Udyr

Medium

Godyr is only annoying if fed. Don't let him get fed.

VS

Urgot

Easy

Your early game > his.

VS

Varus

Medium

Hypercarries are annoy. Kill him before he gets snowballing.

VS

Vayne

Medium

See Varus.

VS

Veigar

Easy

WE, bait his stun, and all-in him.

VS

Vel'Koz

Easy

He may be lon range, but he can easily be dealt with if you block his Q with W and E him every time he wants to even tickle your butt.

VS

Vi

Easy

See Sejuani.

VS

Viktor

Medium

See Shaco.

VS

Vladimir

Medium

Annoying amounts of sustain, but can be dealt with if your jungler ganks. Do not let him snowball.

Mikael's is better.

VS

Volibear

Easy

Hard to kill with his passive; easy, otherwise. His roar will make the ghouls glitch out and attack him at what seems to be infinite attack speed, but deal no damage. Sometimes, though, they just sit there and think about life until the fear runs out. It's weird.

VS

Warwick

Easy

You can make him use his ult on clones.

VS

Wukong

Easy

After Tiamat, it's annoying to fight him, but it's easy otherwise.

VS

Xerath

Medium

Very long range. Sit under turret and fram until jungler ganks.

Mikael's is better.

VS

Xin Zhao

Medium

Easy to fight all game. Guinsoo's-Gunblade Xin is the worst thing in existence for Yorick, however. You need to shut him down so hard he can't finish either.

VS

Yasuo

Easy

See Xin.

VS

Yorick

Medium

Dehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...? If they're not following this guide, you will out poke and out sustain them. A farm lane.

VS

Zac

Easy

See Volibear.

VS

Zed

Easy

see Shaco.

VS

Ziggs

Medium

See Xerath.

VS

Zilean

Easy

Really easy to deal with no matter where he goes.

VS

Zyra

Medium

Hard to deal with if she got fed, but easy to deal with in lane. Her plants are free gold, just send Charmander after them.

Mikael's is better.

Tips/Tricks Back to Top

Most people will try to use bushes to drop Ghoul aggro. You can W into the bush, or, with timing, you can E them just before they enter the bush to get your E inside the bush and not drop aggro.

You can block any blockable skillshot with W. Use this to block Blitz pull, Thresh hook, Morgana snare, etc..

You don't need to tank minions in the jungle or when freezing lane. Use your Ghouls in the order of E-Q-W-E-Q as they die to never tank a hit for 7 to 20 seconds.

Your ult can tank towers if you need a little extra help taking down a tower or need someone to tank during a minionless siege.

You can use your W as a 1 to 2 second mini-ward if your trinket is down that will attack and damage anything in bushes.

TOGGLE YOUR MURAMANA ON DURING FIGHTS AND OFF WHEN OUT OF FIGHTS.

Countering Yorick Back to Top

Lane Yorick

  • Yorick goes OOM really fast, especially if you can sustain past his insane harass. Champions such as Garen and Tahm Kench come to mind.
  • If you can, take advantage of his cooldowns and his Ghouls aren't up. Pre-CDR, you have a 4-0 second time during which his Q is down, a 5-1 for E, and a 7 on his W. Someone like Renekton, Riven, or a good Rengar can take advantage of him harassing you by jumping on him just after his Q ghoul runs out.
  • He's also really weak post-Tear, pre-Pickaxe. Get your jungler to gank during this time when he does not have his Q for speed.

Jungle Yorick

  • He has no way to gank before he takes the first Dragon after his first back. He is too weak to burst without the 6% bonuses and does not have enough CC. Get lanes snowballing before then.
  • Take his blue. He will be starting Krugs, invade his blue so he can't get enough gold for a first-back dragon. He will go OOM after the fifth camp and won't be able to clear the other three that he needs to to get the optimal back.

Early Game - Top - ADC - Mid Back to Top

  • Level 1-2
Sit back and last hit with E/Q to get about 10-25 damage per ghoul AA off on the enemy laner. If they even slightly engage you, hit them with E, as you have no pots.
  • Level 3+
WE the enemy laner every time they are in range, WEQ them if they are melee, and farm until at least 275 gold. Best number to back with is 1150 for Tear (275) + Pickaxe (875). Aim for first blood if you can for an even earlier successful back. A good WEQ should do ~25% of the enemy's health at this point.

Early Game - Jungle Back to Top

Nothing special to say here other than that you can go leashless if you start Krugs and full clear the entire jungle if your path is Krug (Smite) > Red > Raptors (smite) > Blue (You can make it so you only take two hits from it if you do it right) > other camps > a second minor camp clear. First back should be warding smite + tear (+ jungle potion (1800/2050g on first back)), and you should immediately run to do Drag, solo if you already have vision control. Start Drag with a normal AA, get knocked back, run to inside Drag by a few units, Q, and move to out of drag fire radius. E just before you take agro, then W, then Q, and repeat so you only take 2-4 hits.

Get your top laner the Rift Herald, as it's very useful for them. You can do it without tanking a single hit if you have ult to turn it around. Heck, you could solo it like that, but it's not useful on the jungler. You can take only 1-3 hits in the same manor as Drag, but just d normal AA > Q AA and back off a tiny bit > E > W > Q and back off > W > E as the ghouls die and it should be dead, if your laner is there. Your W and E ghouls take aggro 100% of the time, so both you and your laner can get the true damage off on its eye.

Early Game - Support Back to Top

Poke the enemy to the point to where they regret deciding to go bot, and don't fear an all-in. If your ADC is smart, you can turn even Leona's engage into a bloodbath.

Mid/Late Game - All Roles Back to Top

  1. Mid Game
  • Level 6+
Farm minions and champions until you have enough for Pickaxe + anything else you want by continuing to not give any butts about what the enemy does unless they engage you. Just press WE on them and Q a minion/them untilĀ  they die, their tower dies, they back, or you get enough gold for a back. If you have Muramana + IBG/TriForce/Titanic Hydra + Maw of Malmortius/Cinderhulk + a small amount of other MR by 20 minutes, you can solo Baron because Eff you. The earliest I've personally done it is 24 minutes with Muramana + Cinderhulk Slowing smite + Titanic Hydra.
  • Post IBG/TriForce/Titanic
Now that no one can duel you, go solo their jungler in their own jungle for all you care, you're Yorick. You could walk up to a full health ADC under tower and 1v1 them without dying. Try to get kills and immediately turn one kill into one or two objectives. Killed top lane? Get top tower. Killed mid lane? Get mid tower. Killed bot lane? Get either dragon or a tower, depending on where you are in lane.

If you're full AD and have Muramana and Essence Reaver, you can have your Muramana toggle on at all times and not give any butts.
  1. Late Game

Do whatever it takes to take an objective. You should be able to 1v5 and get at least one kill (not worth unless three) if not a single person on the enemy team is more fed than you. Don't try it, but, if forced to, fight. Your best escape is flashing over a wall/fake flashing. If you get picked, you have no way to do anything but fight. If you're not full AD, you need at least a wave to take a tower. If you're full AD, you need at least one minion and an enemy minion wave to take a tower. You just need to W in tower range before the minion takes tower aggro. If an inhib is open, walk/TP to it and take it, even if they come for you, take that inhib. Ult yourself if you have to. Objectives win games, kills don't.

Never be afraid to ult in a fight, whether it be 1v1 or a teamfight. With a 54 second CD with 40% CDR, it'll be back up by the time another fight happens. And never be afraid to ult yourself. Infact, I almost always ult myself, as I typically let a fight start then flash to the enemy ADC and make all teamfights two separate fights; one fight is me with my clone fighting the enemy ADC (+ their support sometimes) and another fight that is a 4v4(3). Without their main sustained damage, teamfights are easily won by the rest of the team while I rape the ADC (and support) without any effort beyond correct positioning to begin this type of fight.

Teamfighting Back to Top

KILL. THE. ADC.

Flash for them if you have to, pop them so hard that they start running when you appear. If you feel like you're about to die and no one else is around, ult yourself for more rounds of murder.

The easiest way to win teamfights when you can't get to the squishy (Alistar) is to ult whoever does the most damage on your team when they hit about 700 HP. It doesn't give them enough time to switch focus to the clone, but gives you enough time to do a lot of damage with the clone itself before the revive happens.
