14.png + 11.png  This is really good on eve it gives you alot of Early kill potential when ganking and nobody expects you to have it. It's very high risk high reward though so don't take it if you feel you will be invaded early.

4.png + 11.png Flash is a must have, you are very squishy when you do not have your tank items yet so you need that quick escape when being invaded. Also very good to open teamfights with Agony's Embrace.

MARKS:
The reason i chose Attack damage on Marks is because it works really good on Eve since you are still Auto-attacking between spamming Q's and you benefit more from it than the Magic pen Marks because the scalings and the E atk speed buff. 

SEALS:
Seals are quite standard 9x Armor.

GLYPHS:
Ok so down here are all the setups for glyphs you can run as Evelynn.

6x CDR and 3x AP
9x AP
9x MR (Situational Choice, you can take a 2nd page with this this but it's not that worth)

Keep in mind that 6x CDR will give you 5% CDR so taking 5% in masteries will let you start with 10% CDR

QUINTESSENSES:
For Quints allways get AP.

I really like the offensive tree for Evelynn, i think there alot of choices for her to chose to make Evelynn as strong as possible. I pick the flat AD/AP and AD/AP per level in the offense tree purely for the jungle clear and fighting. I skip Warlord and Archmage though, you should only take these when you're going for pure AD or AP. I do take 2 points in the hybrid-pen and a point in Dangerous game though, i think Dangerous Game is very good for Evelynn because it makes her keep chasing for kills since Dark Frenzy resets on kill assists. I also take Blade Weaving and Spell Weaving for just overall dps.

Pretty standard 9 points in defence, notice i'm taking 2 points in block and one n Unyielding, the reason i do this is beacuse Evelynn is pretty squishy overall so getting these will help her early game against strong duelers. I'm also skipping Enchanted Armor because the bonus stats that it gives are really small so it's more useful to get Recovery or Tough skin for the early game. And the last point obviously going into Juggernaut for that nice extra hp.

Q: Maxing Hate Spike first for faster Clear speed and overall damage.

W: Maxing Dark Frenzy last, i'd prefer to have more burst with this build, so i max Ravage 2nd and go for Dark Frenzy last.

E: So i max this 2nd, i really like the ratios on it and the high amount of burst. Also, with this build it's way more effective to max it 2nd because of the attack speed steroid.

R: Just put a point in your ultimate when you can at levels 6/11/16.

Situational items explained.

Jungle items explained

3706_32.png: Probably something you should go for 95% of the time, the cc is really good for her and the movement speed works really well with Dark Frenzy. It basically helps you throughout the whole game.

3713_32.png: If you get cheesed early and you just want to camp the jungle for a bit get this item first, you can always swap it around for some gold if you don't need it anymore.

3715_32.png: This item does truth to it's name, getting this item together with Bork and Triforce makes you deal a ton of damage against squishies or tanks, and you will be actually able to fight them, recommended to try it out.

Enchants

3707_32.png: So mathematically this item will do more damage than Magus (with the enchant being the only damage item ofcourse), however Magus does more damage when getting ap items, while if getting the Warrior enchant combined with items like Triforce or Bork it's going to do more damage than the Magus enchant. So get it if you're either not going for any damage items anymore, or if you're gonna build items like Triforce and Bork, otherwise get Magus.

3709_32.png: If you don't need any damage, you're team is doing good and you don't have a tanky person in the team, build this. I would also get this if you're dealing with strong early ad bruisers or fighters like Riven or Zed for example.

3708_32.png: Better to get than Warrior if you're going to build lots of ap, if not, the Warrior enchant is going to be better.

TL;DR: - Get Warrior if you're going for an offensive ad build, full tank build or if your team exists of alot of ap.                   - Get Magus if you're going for an offensive ap build or if your team exists of alot of ad

General items explained

2041_32.png: A good choice for Eve since she needs alot of sustain, you will buy alot of pots because you need them for clearing the jungle so getting this instead of buying pots every back is definitely worth it.

3117_32.png: Really good if you just want to gank 24/7 and get your lanes rolling (or yourself). I feel like i don't need ninja tabi or merc treads because i'm stealth and harder to catch. You should sell this late game for mercs or tabi if you did buy it though.

3020_32.png: Get it if you or your team need(s) more damage for ganks and/or fights. Also, good if their team is late game based making you not need mercs or tabi yet.

3155_32.png: A cheap good item with good stats, it helps you dealing with ap's and their burst. It's recommended to buy when they at least have 2 ap's.

3078_32.png: This item is very good for Evelynn if you just want straight up damage and if you feel like your tankyness can wait, it helps you with dueling and team fighting alot.

3341_32.png: Swap the yellow trinket for this around your 2nd or 3rd back.

3153_32.png: Altough it doesn't give you much AD, it gives some nice cc, movement speed and it's going to be the only item dealing with tanks if you don't get any armor or magic pen, this item active combined with the Skirmisher's Sabre smite + ult is going to do alot of damage against anyone. The only problem is that it can be very expensive and the item build is very annoying taking alot of space, just get this if you feel you're doing ok and want more damage in general or for tanks. Also, wait with buying it for later if you don't have the money yet and get cheaper/tankier items first like Hexdrinker or Randuins.

3025_32.png: This item helps you alot on Evelynn, if you want decent damage with cc but still be tanky early game, go for the Cinderhulk and Gauntlet combo it's pretty good. The mana also helps if you don't know how to manage your mana yet with her passive.

3800_32.png: Pretty fun item on Evelynn, gives a nice amount of hp and mana and the movement speed buff synergises really well with Dark Frenzy. The only problem is that it gives no armor or mr which can be a big deal for Evelynn, but still a good choice if your team lacks engage and/or chasing potential. 

3143_32.png: Really good on Evelynn if you just want to go straight up tankyness, the aoe slow is also pretty nice for Evelynn because of the lack of cc on eve.

3110_32.png: I've been seeing this item alot lately on Evelynn, and it's actually really good because it gives 20% CDR, alot of mana and armor so you also won't need blue buffs anymore and helps if you're not used to play with her passive yet.

3285_32.png: Very good and fun for the full ap builds, i don't recommend building this in full tank builds since the passive scales with ap and doesn't do that much if you don't have alot of ap.

3075_32.png: Strong if you're up against auto attack based champs, good alternative if you want something that's cheap with alot of armor. Also really good together with Locket and ult since it gives so much temporary hp to get rid of for the opponent. 

3156_32.png: This item is really good on Eve, the Hexdrinker alone is a good item purchase for her since it's cheap and the stats it gives for her. The upgrade is even better for Eve it helps her just in any way in the game.

3102_32.png: Good against a skillshot/poke ap based team.

3190_32.png: This item is very good atm, it gives your whole team a null-magic mantle when close making this item very cost effective. The shield also stacks with your ultimate wich makes this item even better on Evelynn. I recommend you to buy this asap against an ap comp.

3157_32.png: Another situational choice imo, it's very expensive to completely finish. I also would only buy this if i'm focusing on an ap item route and i'm not gonna build alot of defensive items after this one, it would also be worth getting if you keep getting focused by ad bursters. Start with the Seeker's armguard after boots and your jungle item, fully stack it and then upgrade it.

3026_32.png: Decent choice if you're fed and feel like getting focused by assassins like zed or Ahri. Also good to get if you're dealing with reset champs such as Kha'Zix, Master Yi and/or Katarina.

3151_32.png + 3116_32.png: This combo was really good on Evelynn, now it's ''ok''. It gives you alot of hp and damage. The slow and DoT also synergize really well. Reccomended if you want to have fun or see people SLOWLY BURNING to death. Other than that both items take long to complete and don't give you any armor or mr so it's risky to build.
