I think there is nothing to speak about, Zed needs flash to make plays, and he is a burst-down character, so barrier is not the best thing for him. Ignite is just perfect with zed, it synergyes well with his ultimate, and he can reduce enemy's lifesteal, so it's a very good dueling spell against Ad carryes.

So, you can se above Voyboy's usual rune page. He uses this rune page, when enemy is balanced, they got ap-ad damage, he has some sustan from lifesteal, and still got a good amount of damage from marks and one quintessence.

There is one more possible rune page for Zed:
He takes: 
Flat Armor Seals(9),
Attack Damage Quintessences (3),
Cooldown Reduction Glyphs(9), and
Armor Penetration Marks(9)
He uses this rune page when enemy does not have Ap damage, or just a slightly, or he feels himself safe on lane.

He uses this mastery page in every situation. 
He Said about Havoc, that it's just not worth, Cooldown Reduction is better on zed, because he makes the damage from spells, and attack speed is good for pushing lane, taking turrets down.
He said that there is a possible way to build Zed in 9-21-0, but zed's power comes from bursting down enemy, so he never plays Tanky Zed.

**This mastery page is my opinion now, i will try to find out Voyboy's new masteryes, but i dont think there are other good options, maybe all you can do is change attacks speed masteryes to cd red, but as long zed is ad, i think as mastery is better.

As long E got nerfed, he maxes Q, it's very powerfull, and he can poke the enemy with this spell. 
Maxing E secondary, because of more damage, and the %Ad from W is worth in late game, when you got enough Ad that worth to % up.
R when it's possible. :)
