Ghost + Ignite- I almost always take this spell combo as it allows you have very good dives and makes chasing a breeze. The ignite is also very essential damage to some of your kills.

Flash + Ignite- Personally I think Ghost > Flash on Midwick but if you prefer Flash, go ahead and take it instead.

Ghost + Barrier- Same as Ghost + Ignite just allows you more survivability in fights instead of extra kill potential.

Flash + Barrier- Same as Flash + Ignite just with survivability instead of extra kill potential.

I use 21/6/3 Masteries taking a lot of my masteries to maximize damage and some for sustain in the force of HP and Mana Regen.

I usually like to this ability sequence to maximize my early-mid game damage.


Q- You should always max Q first on AP Warwick so you can do damage to your enemies and to have the most lane sustain as possible.

W- I take my first point in W so I can give my jungler a little help via attack speed since you cant really give a good leash otherwise. You want to max this ability last as you do most of your damage early-mid game with your Q and R. Although by the time you are are maxing this ability you will be doing semi-alot of damage via basic attacks.

E- You want to max this ability second as it allows you to chase VERY well and also makes tower diving extremely easy.

R- Put a point in this every time you can. Dont be scared to use your ult as harass because of its short cooldown.

Core
Situational
Starting Items- I find it best to start 1056_32.png + 22004_32.png as it makes your Q do a surprising amount of damage early game and the mana regen is amazing. I take the mana potions because you have enough sustain already but you are very mana deficient.

Core- I think I explained why you get those well enough...

Situational3116_32.png can be a very good choice if some of their champions are very mobile as it will allow you to Q them and then AA a few time, rinse and repeat. This items combined with your E makes you almost impossible to get away from. 

3128_32.png can be a good item on Midwick if you want to take out an ADC or APC very quickly. As you Ult does magic damage it is increased by DFG also if you use the combo DFG-Q-R-Q you will probably kills any squishy instantly. You could also do DFG-R-Q and probably kill them also or atleast ge them very low.

3157_32.png can be a great early-mid game item if you are having trouble vs an AD mid. It can also allow you to 'pause' a fight till you have your Q up again.

3290_32.png I wouldnt recommend this item but it can be good in certain instances, eg you are having trouble chasing.

I like the build but your missing 2 things. 1. Deathfire grasp is CORE on ap warwick. your ult and q apply magic damage, and a Deathfire has the same range as your ult. by comboing all 3 into one another, you basically guaranteed a dead squishy.

2. You have to remember that your ult applies on hit effects. Wits end is good, but a Nashor's Tooth can more than double your ults damage output by end of the mid game. Combine that with your Deathfire, since the bonus damage and magic, and you have a devastating burst.

I really enjoy playing AP warwick mid, and I figured these pointers would help out everybody who wants to experience that power.
