arr.gif 4.png - This is one of the most important spells that you should have. This allows you to escape or chase enemies much easier. In addition with your (rocketjump_32.png) spell makes u a really hard object to gank. 
arr.gif 1.png - Considering taking cleanse, you should always realize with what enemies you going to play. If your bottom lane contains 89_icon_64.png , 44_icon_64.png , 99_icon_64.png , 143_icon_64.png you should consider that option. In addition do not only look after the bot lane. Sometimes it can be so that bottom has soft cc, but the mid, jungler and top got hard cc. Then you should also consider picking that spell.
arr.gif 21.png - I played several games with this spell. I think it can have some potential but I think more viable in this case is even any other listed spell here. You can use it if it fits your game play. This is also a very good spell to take when you have to face versus 30_icon_64.png , and you don't have 16_icon_64.png to counter his ultimate. This will allow you to don't get shut down by his ultimate.
arr.gif 7.png - Most of the times its not worth picking due to the ignite that can counter your heal. I really recommend go aggressive spells like 14.png.
arr.gif 14.png - Still the most viable spell available. Using it while playing 18_icon_64.pngis essential. For me is a must have. Accompanied by your (detonatingshot_32.png), its really easy to kill enemies running away with low hp.

arr.gif For Quintessences I use damage. This really scales good and allows you to last hit much easier.
arr.gif For Glyph's I use Magic Resistance. That will allow you not to get poked to much by the enemies. Additionally this is optional to swap with Magic Resistance per level which will help you win a late game vs ap team.
arr.gif For Marks I use Attack Damage. This similar to Quintessences allows you to last hit and poke easier. Only option here is to swap with Armor Penetration Marks, but I strongly recommend to use the Attack Damage.

I strongly recommend running 21/9/0 masteries. If you pick the proper masteries it will scalereally good in the late mid and early game. Here is listed which of those are the most important. I do not use any other setups. After so many games I concluded that this has to be the best setup. With this masteries you get sligtly ammount of health,resistances and damages. Other masteries assure that you will grant tons of damage in certain events. Read it carefully.

 Summoner's Wrath - This spell will increase your attack damage and ability power by 5 when you will use your ignite. You get the bonuses as long the 14.png is on cooldown.

arr.gif  Fury - This increases your attack speed by 4%. You should pick it every time you play an ad carry.

arr.gif  Deadliness - You gain 12 attack damage at level 18. Gives you a slight better last hit opportunity.

arr.gif  Weapon Expertise - Penetrates the enemy armor by 8%. This masteries really helps in the end game phases.

arr.gif  Havoc - Increasing your damage by 2%. Basically a good boost of your damage and also a must have.

arr.gif  Lethality - Increasing Critical Strike by 5%. This means your critical damage is equal 105%.

arr.gif  Brute Force - Increasing your attack damage by 3. Next great masteries that helps in the early game last hitting.

arr.gif  Frenzy - Increasing your attack speed by 10% (for 2 seconds) after landing a critical. This masteries is just god like. This boosts your damage really hard. Consider building Infinity Edge, each time you land a critical - your attack speed will be increased and might grant next critical. In late game this masteries really crushes the enemies.

arr.gif  Sunder - Increases the armor penetration by 5.  Componed with the Weapon Expertise you will be able to create massive ammounts of damage. Also that 5 flat armor penetration allows you to take down enemy support much easier in the lane phase.

arr.gif  Executioner - Increases damage dealt by 5% to target below 50%. Also a great masteries for both phases of the game. This is also a must have on any ad carry.

arr.gif  Durability - Gives you 108 health at level 18. This will allow you to not be so squeeshy.

arr.gif  Hardiness - Increases your 5 armor. Really increases your defense on the lane. The enemy ad carry won't deal so much damage. Connected with armor seals makes u tanky.

  Draw a Bead is your passive. Each level increases your attack range. This makes you a really beasty end game champion. While having 703 attack range you can out range nearly any other ad carry. The exception is 96_icon_64.png he has attack range 710. But still this allows you to kite enemy easily. Also this gives you much great positioning opportunities like standing behind a wall and attacking. Also if your standing proper at  you can shoot it behind the wall ( you need for that at least level 14 ).

  Rapid Fire increases your attack speed heavily. This is one of the best steroid boost spells. At the end game phases it will generate 90% attack speed for 7 seconds that's really a good result. Even early game if you have the spell at level 2 it still works really good. Wouldn't recommend to max it. In some cases you would need  level 2 of this spell when you get ganked much or your losing your lane hardly. This is something similar to a non existing phantom dancer or any other item. You should consider taking early points in this ability. Mainly its always better to get it at least at level 4 or if you don't need that so much you will have to take it at level 8. I think in cases when you have been dc, out pushed etc you might max this spell cause this allows you to not be so far behind cause other spells won't assure you so much damage trade as this. Always pop this spell during a team fight. This spell in the end game turns you in the god mode for 7 seconds.

  Rocket Jump allows you to jump in a target location. This is a really good spell, it provides great mobility. But there are also many disadvantages that you might not now. For example if you jump over  51_icon_64.png  you still will be trapped in it. Same goes for 33_icon_64.png while he is using  , you will be end his spinning simply you can't just jump over him. There are multiple cases that the jump will fail. Also   spells   will easily break the jump. That's why you need to be very careful. And to make it more clear - the Rocket Jump is only like an escape on the ground just with jump animation. That doesn't mean that you cant jump through walls and other locations. Lets consider when we should use the spell and when to level it up.

Firstly if your team is going to invade you should pick this spell, this will allow you to chase someone down or escape a dangerous situation. You have to realize that every kill/assist the cooldown is reseted so don't be scared to engage kill disengage. Now something about lane phase this case will be explained more in incoming tabs. You should pick W if you win the lane or going aggressive  Check laning phase for more details. I recommend to have W on the smart cast  this allows you to chain jumps after kills.

  Explosive Shot is a great spell. There are many variables to use it. The main usage of the spell isn't only the push ability, it also deals big damage at level 1 ( 110 as magic damage ) so basically even if you face an heavy armored bottom like an 44_icon_64.png you will be able still do much damage cause this spells deals magic damage. The second variable is the pushing opportunity, when you kill a minion the splash damage deals 50/75/100/125/150 magic damage. So if your losing even, you will be still able to last hit really good. Additionally this spell is affected by your passive so at level 18 you will have the range 803 of it. And at the level 1 it has 650 range which is a great advantage. Do not forget always land at least 1 auto attack after casting this spell. Also E connected with the 14.png will assure easy kill to escaping targets. The healing debuff is also a god like active. Reducing the heal by 50% accompanied by an ignite will secure nearly all kills. You should consider picking Tristana in general if your going to face at least one of this champions 8_icon_64.png 9_icon_64.png 14_icon_64.png(ad) 16_icon_64.png 37_icon_64.png 50_icon_64.png 83_icon_64.png 106_icon_64.png 36_icon_64.png. This will shut down their healing really good without wasting an ignite. This spell connected with 3087_32.png will allow to push lanes incredibly fast. Which will allow to make more pressure on the map.

  Burst Shot is an exceptionally good spell. Mainly because it deals magic damage, and knock back enemies. The damage on level 6 of this spell is really big. It allows to burst down enemy ad/support on laning phase really quickly, if your accompanied with 44_icon_64.png and your both level 6 its likely a instant kill. Also consider that this ulti isn't only a term to use while you wan't escape or help your teammates on the laning phase its a killing machine. If you land the proper combo you will be able to take down enemies alone. Generally the ability power scaling makes u a big threat to other ad's. Cause mainly most of them scales ad damage. If your  laning  you can make really good plays. For example if he lands a proper grab, close to the turret you will be able to ulti the victim even more close to the turret. In late game this spell scales bit less but still allows you to push away champions like 102_icon_64.png 25_icon_64.png 64_icon_64.png 131_icon_64.png 90_icon_64.png 55_icon_64.png 5_icon_64.png 19_icon_64.png 32_icon_64.png and simply disable the engage.

If pushing go for 3087_32.png also you need notice if the enemy team lack in magic resistance this will be a really better option to choose from, if the team lacks in armor then you should definitely go for 3046_32.png to make you something like a glass cannon. And Vampiric Scepter is just to make you more survivable. No matter what those 2 items to choose from gives you the power and are a core.

This build turns you nearly in the godlike phase.3153_32.png (Blade of the Ruined King) is a really really good and strong item [Your attacks deal 4% of the target's current health in physical damage and heals you for half the amount ]. When should I buy it? Basically I core this item in. This is a good item that can be compared with3072_32.png. In some cases it might heal you even more. At this point the enemy just doesn't know what kind of resist should he go in. If you got 3087_32.png and 3153_32.png you deal tons of damage. The best thing is it heals you even. Why do we need 1043_32.png - this is a basis of the high end game. Check (1)(6).

What can we say about this setup. Firstly you farm like a god. And I think that Runaan's Hurricane has to be the core item of a late game as well. Why? Lets see the description [Your basic attacks fire minor bolts at 2 nearby targets, each dealing (50% of Total Attack Damage) physical damage. These apply on-hit effects.] As a high-end item connected with your passive attack range makes you kite enemy group(!) so easy. This applies 1 full damage hit and 2 additional 50% reduced that apply on-hit effects. That's kind of cheating shooting 3 targets at once in a team fight. Apply on-hit effects doesn't include critical strike, but if you got red you will slow additional 2 enemies + 1 while chasing f.e . This can really turn end games to a victory. Also if your u got uber positioning and poped you Q you will deal tons of damage in the team and they cant do really much to you. At this moment you(3072_32.png/3026_32.png) are able again to choose. 3072_32.pngis the option that should pick people that knows how to play Tristana. The life steal granted by the 3072_32.png and 3153_32.png is just to big, its really hard to die. Well we are not talking about situations when you melee vs 5, but in normal situations 1 v 1 or kitting an enemy. Thorn mail just doesn't work for those 2 items. You can easily out heal the reflect damage.3026_32.png should be bought when you get focused pretty hardly. I very rarely complete this item. Its up to you. You are able to swap between the 

3035_32.png and 

3085_32.png . You should go for 3035_32.png if you face enemies that stacks armor hardly. If its build with 3153_32.png you will be able to break champions like 54_icon_64.png 33_icon_64.png and any armor stackers easily.

arr.gif The new Black Cleaver is strong now [+250 health | +50 attack damage | +10% cooldown reduction | +15 armor penetration] The armor reduction only applies to enemy champions; it will not affect structures, minions, or neutral monsters.The very first auto attack does not get the benefit of the armor reduction. Physical damage from the auto attack is calculated first, and the debuff is applied after. 

This means the full benefit of the reduction is seen on the 5th hit, after all 4 stacks have been applied. Also I don't recommend to stack multiple Black Cleavers. Also I do not recommend building this item for Tristana. But if you have to build it consider buying 3035_32.png which is more viable ( that scales better and debuffs better higher armor ratios)

So accord to this if the enemy team stacks armor build this item. If you combine the item with 3031_32.png you will land high magic critical damages. This is really a good item that you should consider buying if the enemy team lacks in magic resist. If you connect it with 3085_32.png you will get 30 charges per hit ( if you attack 3 at once ). This is a next good item synergy, so basically this 3 items might be a core for fast farming and killing people with mixed damage.

arr.gif This items adds you a small orb that is besides you just like Lulu's Pix. This item doesn't scale ( applies on hit effect of 3057_32.png  ). This is also a good end game item. Connected with 3087_32.png will allow you to push really hard / defend from pushing. It also applies hits from 3153_32.png (well this makes you a really huge killing machine consider a big team fight, you have a really good positioning - you will be able to shoot at 3 people all of them will get 4% of their current health as magic damage, this makes you a really big threat and allows you to kill the enemies really easy. I assume that this also life steals you back from the 3 targets. If it is so this is a godlike setup - didn't confirmed this case yet but reading the description it has to be so )  3071_32.png  3091_32.pngand any slows ( like red buff, 3044_32.png3022_32.png )

arr.gif The new sword come up really strong. I tested it and I can say this can work really good if your winning hardly. This will allow you to smash enemies so fast. The most important thing is you shouldn't buy this item before 3031_32.png because the critical damage won't scale so well. Also that it allows you to land 3 critical strikes your masteries Frenzy will additionally boost your damage output.

arr.gif A really good possibility if your forced to get a 3140_32.png because you will be able to upgrade it with the addition of damage. That will allow you to scale better in late game. Because previously this was just a defensive item (QSS) now its a really good item cause of the possibility to upgrade, also do not get this item fast. I rather would complete it as a high-end game phase.

[Passive : Your attacks deal 4% of the current health in physical damage and heals you for half the amount | Active : Drains target champion, dealing 150 physical damage plus 50% of your attack damage and healing you by the same amount. 
Additionally you steal 30% of their movement speed for 2 seconds - 60 second cooldown. (500 range)]

The passive is a really good damage dealer because in the end phase you will be able to crush down enemy tanks easily, also this will return you life. Basically this works like a 3072_32.png just deals more damage. If you connect it with 3085_32.png you will easily kill the enemies, and recover health quickly. Do not forget about the Active. This can be used both to escape and chase. If you follow the active with your W you will be able to slow the enemy really hard, he won't be able to escape. While escaping target it on the most closes target and use your W to escape. The good thing is it scales also from your damage, this means if you created the proper itemization this will also deal tons of damage.

Its very rarely I build this item, there are much more other possibilities like the life steal item that will help you out more then going into a tank. Just a small reminder selling and repurchasing the item will not reset the cooldown on its Unique Passive. Great item if you die extremely easily. If your getting focused build this item. This will make the enemy not to pay as much attention as it used to be before the GA.

arr.gif  In several games you would need to build a bit of health. This is a high-end item, and should never been build as one of the first. I wouldn't suggest to build it together with 3026_32.png because one defensive item is enough. I never build this item - I think life steal is more viable.

arr.gif This is a core item for most of the ad carrys. This scales really good and built early game will allow you to dominate the lane.

arr.gif One of the best anty tank ( armor stacking ) items available. If you see the enemy teams builds high values of armor you need to consider buying this item as soon as possible. I strongly recommend buying it after 3031_32.png and one of the critical chance + attack speed items 3046_32.png / 3087_32.png because it simply scales much much better.

The early game is the most important phase. When you will start badly it will affect your later game. The early game differs and they parameter is the support. Sometimes you will be allowed to play aggressively, rarely you will have to simply farm and wait till the mid-end game. You need to know several things. 


First of all you need to answer urself this questions :

what support your playing with, whats the enemy ad carry, whats the enemy support, whats the enemy jungler, whats my jungler. If you answer this questions we will be able to speculate what should we go for.


What support your playing with

 

If you are laning with an aggressive support (44_icon_64.png 89_icon_64.png 12_icon_64.png) you will have to level up your rocketjump_32.png because whenever out support lands a proper spell chain you need to follow it up with your W. Besides you will need also to look for many factors during this. 

 


What you need to check before following the support combo

 

If the enemy jungler isn't to close, if enemy mid lane isn't approaching your lane. You need also check if the enemy support already used 3.png and if the enemy ad carry has a 4.png or 7.png/21.png. Sometimes you will be able to take down the enemy support faster even then the ad carry.

 


Another factor that you have to take into account

 

First of all you always have to check the itemization of the enemy ad carry. Additionally you need to check his armor and magic resistance. Also compare it with the enemy support. You should come up to a conclusion. If the enemy support lacks in armor/magic resistance you should definitely go after him that assures you an early lead.

 


There are two early game phases

 

The first one is when you gain level 2 and the other is the level 6. This is also required by the supports level.

If you lane with  89_icon_64.png 44_icon_64.png, you can easily try to engage the target with lower resistances / health.

The most important thing is, you shouldn't engage enemy with full health. You need to deal at least 30% of his health to make it more effective for this case you should use at least 2  detonatingshot_32.png and several auto attacks before engaging with rocketjump_32.png .

 


Early poking

 

This spell detonatingshot_32.png is your best poke ability at level 1-6. The most important thing about the spell is that you always have to follow it with an auto attack. Else its not that much effective. This spell takes 110 magic damage when we take off the reduction of the magic resistance we should get a damage valued between 80 and 90. Additionally landing at least 2 auto attacks with the value of 60-70 makes the damage really big. When the target is respectively damaged. You need to follow with rocketjump_32.png that deals 70 magic damage ( 50~60 ) additionally land another detonatingshot_32.png and 1/2 auto attacks. By the time you should realize if you will be able to take him down, if no you simply 14.png the victim and its mainly a kill always. That's basically the method you should use.

 


Level 6 combo might be different

 

 If you are with 53_icon_64.png and he lands a proper grab in the middle of the bottom land and he pulled the victim into bush. Then your bustershot_32.png can be initiate the second fight phase. You need to notice that your ultimate in this point can be used to : take down last health of the enemy , or knocking the enemy into a wall or other direction. In case with laning with blitz you can push the enemy towards the turret, after a successfully grab ultimate in a wall. This initializes 300 health as magic damage ( basically 220~270 depended on target magic resistance ). This allows to blow down the enemy ad carry or a support really fast. After a ultimate landed you have to follow up with rocketjump_32.png deal few auto attacks and add detonatingshot_32.png , if that's not enough make sure you will also apply 14.png.

 


 Laning with 44_icon_64.png is really easy. You need to remember that you should always follow his stuns. It doesn't has to be the jump, it can be also 1-2 auto attacks. But if you see the proper opportunity like when your both level 2 you can easily take down a enemy support. 

 


What spell should I level up


You should always get at level 1  rocketjump_32.png  if your going to : invade, if you face a 53_icon_64.png in enemy team, if there are level 2 gankers like 35_icon_64.png 64_icon_64.png 5_icon_64.png. This will allow you to keep the flash and escape without dying. Because your jump with flash can close or create big gaps. Important thing is also that flashing while jumping will kinda reduce its range it will chancel the jump somehow so try always to flash just after a jump.  You also have to remember that after killing or assisting a kill your cooldown is canceled so you will be able to chain jump onto the next target or escape ( kill->escape ). You should always get jump when you lane with 44_icon_64.png ( read above ). Same goes to 89_icon_64.png.   Get the jump no matter what the ad carry is, because your damage will be enough to take down the support or the ad carry.


From now on you will have to last hit, just concentrate on last hitting. If you will see an opportunity to attack someone do it. At level 2 take detonatingshot_32.png. From this point you will be able to start the damage part. You should always auto attack after landing this spell. This should be a penalty for killing creeps you make pressure on him. (e+a+a)

As written previously you can now concentrate to kill someone your level 2 and your support (44_icon_64.png,89_icon_64.png,53_icon_64.png) should be as well. Read the section Early poke.


 


Itemization

 


You should always start with 1001_32.png 3x(2003_32.png) you will be able to chase your opponents and have a bit of sustain.

After first back 1001_32.png 1055_32.png 1055_32.png  or 3006_32.png 1055_32.png 1055_32.png   

Your build should look like this. Buying 2x Doran's will allow you to be more beefy , have more health and a slightly better sustain. Two Dorans grants you 160 health and 20 attack damage. That allows you to stay longer in lane and deal more damage. Also you might buy 2003_32.png and a 2044_32.png if your support don't know what it is. Try always to poke your enemy and try to cast the combo with your support. Sometimes you can build 

 1038_32.png just after boots if you get 2 kills and have a nice farm. This build can change its dependent on what lane up u face.


 


The hardest champs on bot vs Tristana

 

 Any AD + 53_icon_64.png Is a really hard setup you should concentrate on farm, a good blitz will zone you really hardly and won't allow you to last hit proper. He can easily disable your jump with either grab or e. So you always have to take an eye on his spells that are up and just engage when this grab is on cooldown. In Blitz lanes you should go for detonatingshot_32.png. Because if you would jump on him he would be able to knock you up, and run away. Only way to win such lane is having 44_icon_64.png as support. Try to wait for ganks. You should also specify if the Blitz is good or bad. Then you will be able to max out your jump rather then explosion.

 


 51_icon_64.png + 44_icon_64.png Really unpleasant combination basically everything connected with Cait is good. This is just the lane phase case. Because from level 13 you will out range her auto attacks and generally late game is in favor of Tristana.

 


 42_icon_64.png + 44_icon_64.png Corki can land his Q and R easily with Taric. Also a hard lane - you should focus on farming and come back in mid late game

 


 21_icon_64.png + 20_icon_64.png This setup is really fast much depends from your support. You should get points 1:1 w:e and try to kill Miss Fortune first.Outplay them early game or it will be to late.

 


 67_icon_64.png + 20_icon_64.png This setup is really fast much depends from your support.  You should get points 1:1 w:e and try to kill Vayne first. Can be hard the slow + her movement speed with passive really hurts. Outplay them early game or it will be to late.

 


 81_icon_64.png + 37_icon_64.png An annoying pack , Sona poke is really big and can hurt. Get an Taric and combo the weakest target. You will be able to take kill at levle 2-6.

 

 117_icon_64.png She is also a hard enemy, you need to care about the slow and remember she has a great ultimate that can save many times from a kill.
