I'm using attack damage reds and quints now. Although I haven't had much testing with it, I feel as if it makes damage output go way higher then before, and you don't really need the attack speed reds anymore because I max W.

Standard yellows and blues, no need for explanation.

Armor seals are self explanatory.

Magic resist per level as you won't be taking much AP damage until late game.

Just want to say sorry about constantly changing the masteries on Vi, been trying out new things but I believe (AS OF NOW) this is the best mastery page to use...

Yet again, I have decided to re-make the masteries back to 21-9. I believe the reason for my 12 losses in a row was just me playing a bit... weird... and also the fact I had really bad teams every time I played Vi for some reason... Another reason is because the health you get in the defensive tree doesn't improve her passive at all...


So, again, go with the 21-9, which makes use of the brutalizer and lizard elder you buy early on, making you a even bigger damage threat.

This skill order will work better then any other as long as you fully charge your Q when you start a camp, as a Q into E combo will finish off the small wraiths and wolves, but if you don't, you have to spend a extra E or 3 auto's.

I take w at level 1 because it grants you attack speed, does -% armor to creeps, and also procs % physical damage every 3 hits, which is pretty much a built in wriggles on Vi.

I max W 1st for the amount of damage and attack speed it gives you. The attack speed shouldn't be overlooked, as it makes you able to apply your w faster, and your w will hit harder. This is Vi's biggest damage skill, one I overlooked.

Maxing out your E before Q because if the time comes and you need to use your Q to fill in the gap and ult, your Q isn't doing any damage, and is more of a utility. With Vi's E, extra damage and more punches is always better as you know your going to be doing damage with the skill when you use it. It is also great for wave clearing from a range.

I sometimes put points into Q if I feel the need to be more mobile, or I know the enemy team is allowing me to hit them with my Q, rather then just using it as a gap closer.

Ult whenever possible.

Situational

STANDARD BUILD:

Machete 5 pots

Back and buy boots

Back again and buy longswords if you want to gank or a spirit stone if you want to sustain in the jungle.

Get a spirit stone and upgrade it to a spirit of the lizard elder . It helps your damage output too much for you to pass it up.

After you build your core items, get the following based on the situation.

Cutlass for the attack damage and life steal. Vi's attack damage ratios are crazy, and the life steal makes her able to be a sustained fighter.

ALWAYS get Ninja tabi. These boots are too overpowered due to the % reduction and how low of a cost it is.

Black cleaver for the 25 additional AD, and the % armor shred, helps your team, as well as yourself. Makes tank not tanky and carries easier to kill. The health is also nice for Vi's passive along with blade of the ruin king.

Blade of the ruin king whenever you feel you don't need to be tanky anymore (2-3rd item)

Bulwark for the HP and heavy magic resist it offers. Very good for Vi's hardest counter, the AP nuker.

Hex drinker for the super cost effective AD and magic resist.

Randuin's for the armor, health, and active. Work's very well in combo with your ult into a active of this item. The health is very important on this item. Vi's passive makes her more of a tank then she looks.
