I think its because of the seam going straight down her torso and how the model's legs meets the rest of her body. I don't think its intentional.

I out of curiousity went through all the champ models and have discovered a number of the lady champions who maybe have decided to go commando, Sivir, Nidalee, Leopard Nidalee, Morgana, Exiled Morgana, Candy Cane Miss Fortune, and Midnight Ahri. :s Riot may need to revist and clean up skins.... And yes I know its weird I went and did this...
