Patch 7.19 Rundown: The Patch of Mini Updates!

Look at the changes coming in patch 7.19 which include changes to meta characters and forgotten characters alike!

It's the patch after the world's patch yay! In this patch we have pretty big updates for a few champions like Azir and Xin Zhao. Along with some major alterations to champions like Vayne and of course item changes to include Ardent Censer removing the heal.

What's New

Buff to Q and R

Dark Flight(Q)
  • Aatrox is now unstoppable during Dark Flight's descent.
  • Attack range increase 175 increased to 225.

Base Stats
  • Base health from 524.4 increased to 540.
  • Base movement speed from 325 increased to 335.
Conquering Sands(Q)
  • Cast range from 875 decreased to 720.
  • Spear length from 300 increased to 370.
  • Cooldown from 10/9/8/7/6 changed to 11/9.5/8/6.5/5 seconds.
  • Base damage from 65/85/105/125/145 increased to 70/100/130/160/190.
  • Ability power ratio from 0.5 decreased to 0.3.
  • Soldiers now clump close together upon arrival.
  • Soldier command range from 800 decreased to 660.
  • Cast range from 450 increased to 500.
  • Azir's soldiers can no longer attack wards or trinkets.
  • Base damage from 50/52/54/56/58/60/63/66/70/84/98/112/126/139/153/167/181/195 changed to 60/62/64/66/68/75/80/85/95/105/115/125/135/145/155/165/175/185.
  • Azir gains 20/30/40/50/60% attack speed for 5 seconds whenever he gets 3 soldiers on the field at the same time.
  • Azir soldier recharges from 10/9/8/7/6 decreased to 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds.
  • Stabs deal 40/70/100% damage to secondary targets(at levels 1/6/11).
Shifting Sands(E)
  • Shield ability power ratio 0.7.
  • Shield duration from 4 seconds decreased to 1.5 seconds.
  • Azir now gains his shield upon casting E, not after hitting an enemy champion.
  • If Azir hits an enemy champion, he immediately gains a W charge.
Emperor's Divide(R)
  • Wall soldiers now only interrupt enemy dashes over them while the soldiers themselves are moving. After reaching their final destination, Wall soldiers behave as normal terrain.
  • Wall size from 4/5/6 increased to 5/6/7 soldiers wide.
  • Cooldown from 140/120/100 decreased to 120/105/90 seconds.

Base stats
  • Base health from 524.4 decreased to 475.
  • Health growth per level from 80 increased to 85.
  • Base attack speed from 0.543 increased to 0.568.
  • Innate bonus attack speed from 15% decreased to 10%.
  • Attack speed growth from 2% increased to 4%.
Headshot (Passive)
  • Headshot can now proc on turrets.
Piltover Peacemaker(Q)
  • Pass-through damage from 50% to enemies beyond the first increased to 67% to enemies beyond the first.
Yordle Snap Trap(W)
  • Trap duration from 90 seconds decreased to 30/35/40/45/50 seconds.
  • Bonus headshot damage from 10/55/100/145/190 (+0.6 total attack damage) increased to 40/90/140/190/240 (+0.4/0.55/0.7/0.85/1.0 bonus attack damage).
  • Target reveal duration from 8 seconds decreased to 3 seconds.
  • Charge rate from 45/32.5/20/12.5/10 changed to 30/24/19/15/12 seconds.
What's New

Base stats
  • Attack range from 475 increased to 550.
  • Base attack damage from 52 decreased to 46.
  • Attack damage growth per level from 3 decreased to 1.5.
  • Attack speed growth per level from 2.61% increased to 2.95%.
  • Basic attack missile speed from 1200 increased to 1600.
  • Base health from 487 increased to 525.
  • Health growth per level from 78 decreased to 70.
  • Janna now benefits from Tailwind's 8% movement speed increase.
  • Janna's basic attacks and single-target spells deal bonus magic damage equal to 35% of her bonus movement speed.
Howling Gale(Q)
  • Cost from 90/105/120/135/150 decreased to 60/80/100/120/140 mana.
  • Cooldown from 14/13/12/11/10 changed to 12 seconds at all ranks.
  • Range from 850-1742.5 increased to 1000-1750 based on charge time.
  • Howling Gale now always reaches the endpoint in 1.5 seconds, so its much faster if it's fully charged up.
  • Cooldown from 12 seconds decreased to 8 seconds.
  • Slow duration from 3 seconds decreased to 2 seconds.
  • Passive movement speed from 9/11/13/15/17% decreased to 6/7/8/9/10%.
  • Range from 600 measured from hitbox centers decreased to 550 measured between hitbox edges. Basically it's a buff vs large targets, decreased vs small ones.
Eye of the Storm(E)
  • Cooldown from 10 seconds at all ranks changed to 18/16/14/12/10 seconds.

Brutal Strikes(W)
  • Passive armor 15/20/25/30/35 flat armor changed to 10/15/20/25/30 percent armor.
  • Brutal Strike's passive armor is now tripled while Granite Shield(passive) is active.

Command: Attack (Q)
  • Missile speed from 1200 increased to 1400.
Command: Dissonance(W)
  • If buffered while the ball is in the air, will fire once the ball has stopped moving.
Command: Shockwave(R)
  • If buffered while the ball is in the air, will fire once the ball has stopped moving.
What's New

Base Stats
  • Base mana from 300 increased to 340.
Volcanic Rupture(Q)
  • Mana cost from 55/60/65/70/75 mana decreased to 55 mana at all ranks.
Searing Charge(E)
  • Mana cost from 60 decreased to 50 mana.
What's New

Q and W change, R buff.

  • Bonus damage is no longer increased when the attack critically strikes.
  • Damage from 30/35/40/45/50% increased to 50/55/60/65/70% of total attack damage.
Silver Bolts(W)
  • Percent health damage from 6/7.5/9/10.5/12% decreased to 4/6/8/10/12% of targets maximum health.
  • Minimum damage from 40/60/80/100/120 changed to 50/65/80/95/110.
Final Hour(R)
  • If a champion dies within 3 seconds of being damaged by Vayne, Final Hour's duration is extended by 4 seconds.

Dark Matter(W)
  • Cooldown from 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 decreased to 8 seconds at all ranks.
  • Every 50 stacks of Phenomenal Evil(passive) lowers Dark Matter's cooldown by 10%(multiplicative).

Mini Update!!!

Base Stats
  • Base attack speed from 0.676 decreased to 0.645.
  • Attack speed per level from 2.6 increased to 3.5%.
  • Every third attack deals 20/40/60/80%(at levels 1/6/11/16) of total Attack Damage as bonus damage.
  • Every third attack also heals Xin Zhao.
Wind Becomes Lightning(W))
  • Xin Zhao performs a quick slash in a cone in front of him, then thrusts his spear forward in a line. All enemies hit by the thrust are slowed by 50% for 1.5 seconds.
  • Slash damage is 30/40/50/60/70 (0.3 total attack damage).
  • Thrust damage is 30/65/100/130/170 (0.85 total attack damage).
  • W cast time is reduced by bonus attack speed.
Audacious Charge(E)
  • Cost from 60 decreased to 50 mana.
  • Damage from 70/110/150/190/230 decreased to 50/75/100/125/150.
  • Slow duration from 2 decreased to 0.5 seconds.
  • Casting Audacious Charge grants Xin Zhao 40/45/50/55/60% attack speed for 5 seconds.
Crescent Guard(R)
  • No longer grants bonus resistances.
  • For 3 seconds after casting Crescent Guard, Xin Zhao will negate all damage originating from champions further than 450 units away. Duration is extended by attacking champions.
Item Changes

Ardent Censer

What's New

No more healing effect but buffs are given to ally and self.

Effect Stats
  • Healing or shielding an allied champion now also grants you Ardent Censer's buff.
  • Ardent Censer's buff no longer restores health.
  • Attack speed from 25% changed to 20-35% scales with level.
  • On hit damage from 25 changed to 20-35 scales with level.

Bramble Vest

What's New

Cost increase and Damage reflect down.

Effect Stats
  • Total cost from 900 increased to 1000.
  • Combine cost from 300 increased to 400.
  • Damage reflection from 20 decreased to 15.

Edge of Night

What's New

buff to active duration and cooldown.

Effect Stats
  • Spellshield duration from 5 increased to 7 seconds.
  • Active cooldown from 45 seconds decreased to 40 seconds.

Righteous Glory

What's New

Nerfs to cost

Effect Stats
  • Total cost from 2500 increased to 2650.
  • Combine cost from 950 increased to 1100.
