Teleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.

Mandatory on almost all champions, Flash allows you to make quick and unexpected plays that can catch your opponents off-guard. Dodging a key CC skill shot, engaging from the fog of war, or escaping over a wall are some of the many reasons why flash is the most picked summoner spell.

Cooldown: 300 Seconds

After channeling for 4.5 seconds, your champion teleports to target allied turret, minion or ward. You may reactivate Teleport to cancel it, placing it on a 200 second cooldown.

As a toplaner, you should be looking to use Teleport to make plays across the map. When your lane opponent has teleport and you take a summoner spell like ignite, your team loses a lot of map pressure because your laner can appear anywhere at any time. It's essential that you take Teleport because it increases your global presence. You can be split-pushing for second top tower and suddenly appear at the dragon pit to aide your team.

Camille leaps towards the target enemy champion, becoming untargetable during the leap. When she lands, she creates a locked, hexagonal zone around the target for 4 seconds, knocking away all other nearby enemies on impact.

The target can move freely inside the zone, but cannot escape it through any manes.

While within the zone, Camille's basic attacks deal bonus magic damage.

Level R first because it's your ultimate ability. Leveling R reduces the cooldown and increases bonus magic damage on-hit equal to 5 / 10 / 15  +  4 / 6 / 8 %  of their current health.

First Cast - Hookshot: Camille fires a grapple in the target direction. If the grapple collides with terrain, Camille will dash toward and bind to the terrain for 1 second. While bound to the terrain, she gains the ability to cast Wall Dive.

Second Case - Wall Dive: Camille dashes in the target direction, which has double range if leaping toward  a visible enemy champion. Upon hitting an enemy or reaching maximum range, Camille deals physical damage to all nearby champions.

If Camille hits an enemy with Wall Dive, they are stunned for 0.75 seconds, and if the enemy is a champion, she gains bonus attack speed for 5 seconds.

Level E second because it increases the base damage by 45 per level ( 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 physical damage ), increases the attack speed by 10 % per level ( 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 % attack speed ) for 5 seconds, and decreases the cooldown significantly. You max E over Q because Q's damage scales with player level rather than ability level. Therefore your early game trading damage comes more from E than Q. Q begins to out damage E once Triforce is built ( ~ Level 10 / 11 or  ~ 13 - 15 minutes )

camilleq.png - Range: 50 / 175 | Cost: 25 Mana | Cooldown: 9 / 8.25 / 7.5 / 6.75 / 6 Seconds

Camille's next basic attack deals bonus physical damage and grants her bonus range and movement speed for 1 second. Precision protocol can then be recast within the next 3 seconds at no extra cost.

If recast at least 1.5 seconds after the first attack, Precision Protocol's damage is increased and 40 - 100 % based on level of the damage is dealt as true damage.

Level Q third because its decreases the cooldown and increases her movement speed by ( 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % ) for 1 second. Again, Q true damage scales with player level, not ability level.

camillew.png - Range: 610 | Cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 Mana | Cooldown: 15 / 13.5 / 12 / 10.5 / 9 Seconds

After a brief delay, Camille sweeps her leg to deal physical damage to all enemies in a cone in front of her.

Enemies hit by the outer half of the cone take bonus physical damage and are slowed by 80 % decaying over 2 seconds. Camille is healed for the bonus damage dealt, capped at 10 % of her maximum health versus non-champions.

Non-epic monsters take 50% reduced damage from Tactical Sweep.

Level W last because it's mostly for utility. It does the least damage out of your basic abilities and the slow is 80 % decaying for 2 seconds at all ranks. It only does damage later in the game when champs have higher maximum health, which W's damage scales with ( 6 / 7 / 7 / 8 / 8 % Maximum Health + 3 % per 100 bonus AD ).

Basic attacks on champions grant a shield equal to 20 % of Camille's maximum health against their damage type (Physical or Magic) for 1.5 Seconds.

This effect has a 20 / 15 / 10 second cooldown.

You are strongest when trading based around your passive and are weakest without. Disengage when your passive is down in order to prevent unfavorable trades. When your passive is up, use this to your advantage and unleash a full ability combo. When done correctly, you will come out with a favorable trade.
