Starting Items

    Standard Jungle start, pretty necessary for your first clear
    First back
    these are very useful, can use these instead of potions

Core Items

    These are your standard Core items.
    Standard full build - tankier so that you don't get blown up in teamfights
    Full Damage Build - if your team really needs damage
    Zhonya's used to be the key item for Diana, however after the changes should be left to maybe third or fourth item. Still, it has lots of AP, great armour, and fantastic initiation/escape power, and should definitely be picked up
    Experimental attack speed - on hit diana. This actually does a surprising amount of damage if you can get into a team fight and start autoing - take two tanky items to round out the build, or something like a tri-force or lich bane if you're fed
    this item synergises so well with so much of dianas kit - buy this second or third, always
    ROA build

Situational Items

    Buy these if you are fed
    Buy abyssal vs. heavy ap teams or against fed ap opponents. Void staff is a good pickup vs a lot of mr if you're fed
    These can be useful if you want to go tankier, and they have a lot of cc
    I'd usually take Randuin's instead, but you can build this if you want
    Not so Good after the nerfs, but still can work
    Vs. something with strong poke/hard engage
    Don't get this - Doesn't synergise well with Diana's kit
    I generally don't recommend this, but is could be useful if you're having serious mana issues, and you need to stack armour vs. a full ad team
    this can work if you rush it after your jungle item
    this is good
    If your team really, really needs a tank then you can build full tank but you will be next to useless

 I don't tend build much flat ap on Diana, as she already does huge amounts of damage with little ap needed. Building more tanky will allow you to stay alive much longer in Teamfights, to lay down more damage.

Hard

Don't try to fight him 1v1, the isolation damage is too op. This guy is king of the jungle atm, be careful.

One of the strongest Champions at level 2-3, careful of invades. A good Lee Sin will be a nightmare for you

Udyr

Medium

Udyr can be annoying - watch for early red invades, you might struggle against this guy in early fights. Late game you do more in teamfights, so hold on til then

Volibear

Medium

Don't try to fight voli 1v1 if he has his passive

Xin Zhao

Hard

With the feral flare changes, this guy is now an absolute monster. Don't try to fight him 1v1 unless fed, he will win
