Currently playing at OCE serveras [5 crow 1 fiddle]. Former #1 hong kong fiddlesticks player. Highest rank achieved ladder #236. I have been dictated to playing fiddlesticks, over 9000 matches in NA, TW, OCE servers. 

Overview 

This guide is for the creative you. A non-standard fiddlesticks support guide exploiting the preseason 8 new runes. This guide contains only the most advance knowledge as basic knowledge and fiddlesticks specific play-style knowledge are everywhere. 

Reader should at least have platinum 5 and above ELO since support hardly affects the result of the game below that point.

Explanation 

Fiddlesticks regenerate health while dealing damage. The long the fight, the better, barrier and ignite is the best starter. As time goes on, we will change our spells to something else. 

You may think heal or exhaust are better since they can add moment hence shorten distance. First heal should be taken by ADC, where our job is to attack but to protect, heal does not help since we stand still to drain. Exhaust is bad because in 1 vs 2. Barrier provide more hit points, counters ignite and can be used to tank turret.

Explanation 

Core principle is based on Unsealed Spell book Summoner%20Specialist.png?width=32 , it allows you to switch spells which basically no champion can utilizes it. But it's very beneficial to fiddlesticks support. As early domination, teleport mid game and ghost flash late can be archived finally after 8 years of league of legend game play. This is where you can dynamically counters enemy by changing spells.

Most underestimated part of this keystone is 25% reduced summoners cooldown. Your barrier spell can be as low as 108 seconds with boots 10%, + runes 30%. Almost all summoner bring flash + something. In early game, an average player flash one time every 500s. Because of meta and positioning. They always wanted to force opponent to flash as it's critical to avoid ganks. This means you can use 5 barrier and 5 ignites against one flash. A tremendous different based on fiddlesticks drain skills.

This brings up the second component Biscuit Delivery. Little knows that biscuit are not potion. They can be used TOGETHER. After simple calculation, we can see that they combined gives you 121/5s hp regen for 14s/18s. 

Scorch and Celerity gives you max damage possible. 
Barrier and ignite makes you 1 vs 2 easily.
121/5s means that you can never die.
You can literately get caught and 2 vs 3 bot lane no problem. 

Classic scenario, A j4 side bush gank. Flag and drag to block your retreat path.

Dodge the drag. Ping to let adc knows focus on j4. Fear + drain ignite. Kill j4 immediately or better waste his flash and E his back. Take his buff and kill support/adc as well.
This work 100%. As barrier and hp5 gives you 400hp+ additional to drain.

Fear is not going to save you before 3. Learn drain first. As it's extremely important to your 2 vs 3 self-counter gank.

Explanation

This build gives you unchallenged power with a twist. The most underrated item unholy grail 3174.png.
It will gives you an extra 20 + 10 + 10 + 10 AP. 80AP, 30MR, 100% mana regen for 2100g.

This build is cheap as dirt. 6 item build (potion and biscuit).

Gives you 120 health. 
Gives you 150AP with runes. (Even more than your mid lane AP)
Gives you 350% mana5s.
Gives you 10% cooldown.
Gives you 30MR. (no one will even have MR at this point)

All the above for a merely 3750 gold (3200 gold if you purchase forstfang early).

For the 20 games that I have played with this build at diamond 4 level, none, 0 , nada, support can do half of my work.
