I would highly recommend . This summoners are really good because increases your AD for a long time (good for teamfights) and can set you up with the homeguards to oneshot someone in a 20 minute bot tp.

If you, however, want an early lead,

might help you to snowball your opponent, but I would always recommend having atleast

since it synergises really nicely with Hecarim's passive

I really recommend these masteries for hecarim, although you can go the tanky route and using the RESOLVE column finishing with Grasp of the Undying for more tanky stats, but with this build I would strongly recommend Fervor of Battle.

Obviously rush Q for extra damage and then get E as you will not use W a lot, only for healing.

Starting Items

Really good for sustain
Gives you extra AD
If you want to try to get an early kill

Core Items

Try to rush these, starting with the Phage for early stats and then the sheen. Hecarim needs the trinity force early for the E burst.
This goes really well and builds into Steraks, also a core item.
Against AP laner
IF you are far behind, also dead mans grants move speed
Final build could be this.
Or like this, don't be afraid to mix up items and buy the situational ones you need.

I think this build works really well with hecarim. The early triforce gives you an inmense power spike and the rest of the items are really good for trading/teamfighting. This build DOES go a bit off at late game where you will deal significantly less damage but it will still help your team with that tanky stats.
