4.png+7.png - Standart summoners for marksman. You can use it everywhere for sure, but for midlane or toplane I recommend to take 6.png or 21.png. It will be better. 21.png is better for solo lane, beacause your opponent can take 14.png and you will suck with your 7.png. 6.png is standart summoner in this meta for midlaners, I think that you know about it.

18/12/0. We take "Fresh Blood" for trades and extra damage, "Vampirism" for sustain on lane, "Double Age Sword" for extra damage on line and as a crucial masterie we take "Fervor of Battle". Why not "Warlord's Bloodlust"? - Actually you can take it, but this masterie works only for crit-build, if you want to play with build that I recommend now, you must take Fervor.

Starting Items

    Start with Doran's Blade as ADC and with Corruption Potion as solo laner.

Core Items

    This is our core items for mid-game. Botrk is so good at Lucian + BlackCleaver that gives us 20% cdr and so much dmg.
    This is your ~build for every game. Instead Last Whisper you can take defense item.

Situational Items

    Defense Items.
    You can actually take this instead Rapid FireCannon
    In late game buy something from this list instead of boots.
3153.png is the best item for Lucian at the start of the game. It gives you a lot of damage and good sustain. After that you will build old-good build with BlackCleaver. Just 3142.png is not so good for Lucian now, beacause it's so cheap item that gives you nothing for sure. If you play against 2-3 tanks you must buy 3035.png. If you stay against hard heal supports or ADC ( like Cait + Nami and others ) I recommend to buy 3123.png, it will be so significant in fight 2v2. Against hard CC = 3140.png or 3102.png. In late game 3026.png will be so strong and significant.
