Summoner Spells Back to Top

My spells
How I play.
6.png ---  For when you need to chase somebody down, get away, or just move quick. Especially handy in tandem with wither.png.

12.png --- Back, buy stuff, TP to tower. This way, you don't miss CS/Stacks.

Sure, you could use 4.png, but it disrupts your targetting, and doesn't give you the same chase/escape potential. If you're matched up against 59.png, it might be valuable to get out of J4's Helping Circle, but not much more.

Masteries Back to Top

Ferocity

Fury: Hit them more often.

Double Edged Sword: Do more damage. You're going to be healing a lot by virtue of hurting them a lot, so don't worry about taking extra damage.

Vampirism: Fortify the life-steal from nasuspassive.png.
Oppressor: You WILL be targeting slowed champions. This boosts the effectiveness of your wither.png-siphoningstrikenew.png combo.

Resolve

Unyielding: Extra defensive stats help.

Tough Skin: 2 damage might not seem like a lot, but that's on every attack you receive.

Runic Armor: Boosts your lifesteal and health regen by 8%. Much kills, many sustain.

Perseverance: Bonus health regen when you drop below 25%? Good news.

Legendary Guardian: Extra defensive stats for when they come to try and shut you down? Useful!

Strength of the Ages: 300 extra health makes the Doge even bulkier.

Max your Q (siphoningstrikenew.png) first. Your W (wither.png) and E (spiritfire.png) are equally important, so alternate between leveling the two up.

Of course, place points in your R (godofdeath.png) whenever possible.

Let me summarize your abilities for you.

You've got a bullshit Attack & Movement Speed slow, an AOE Armor shred, an infinitely scaling AA-reset/boost, a ridiculous amount of innate lifesteal, and what may just be the most under-rated, overpowered ults in the game.

Here're the details from the Wikia:
>Fury of the Sands
>RANGE: 175 / 50 / 175 COST: 100 MANA COOLDOWN: 120
>ACTIVE: Nasus empowers himself for 15 seconds, gaining bonus health, increased size and bonus attack range for the duration.
>
>While Nasus is empowered, he deals magic damage to all enemies around him each second, capped at 240, and gains bonus attack damage equal to 6.375% of the damage dealt, up to a maximum of 300 bonus AD.
>
>BONUS HEALTH: 300 / 450 / 600 health
>MAGIC DAMAGE PER SECOND: 3 / 4 / 5% (+ 1% per 100 AP) of the target's maximum health

**5% + (1%/100 AP) of *each nearby enemy*'s maximum health *per second* **
You've got the %-health aspect of the Bloodrazor enchantment, but it scales with your AP. Slip Rod of Ages and Lich Bane into your build for full force and effect. ROA gives you Health, Mana, and AP, and Lich gives you Mana, AP, and 75% AP Spellblade.

That shit turns you into a bloody indestructible Egyptian death god with a big stick of clobbering.

Situational Items

Most people build 75.png as a solid tank, but what if he was built a little more squishy? Like the other dog (19.png), Nasus has innate lifesteal. What does that mean? Hit stuff and heal!

So, this build was based around this high-risk/high-reward concept.

BORK gives you Life Steal, %-health damage/AA, Attack Speed, and a 10%-Max Health Active.
Mobi Boots get you where you need to be faster.
Lich Bane gives you Mana, AP, more AP, 10% CDR, 5% Movement Speed, and what may be the most powerful Spellblade variant.

Luden's increases the damage from your spiritfire.png & godofdeath.png and gives you 10% Movement Speed.
Bloodthirster gives you more AD and Life Steal, plus a nice shield.
And Ravenous Hydra gives you even more Life Steal, AD, and an AOE on-hit. Build this last so your stacks don't suffer too badly

Early Game
Start with Longsword and Refillable Potions for damage and sustain. Now, farm. Ignore your opponent. Now is not the time to hit them, especially with your Q.
When you get at least 1100 gold, shove hard, and ward the middle bush. Recall, and grab the appropriate items. If you can, TP onto your ward and maul them some more.

Keep the creeps more or less centered at the river. If you push to their tower, let them push back to near your tower before taking any more CS. This might seem counter-intuitive, but you're not going to do well to keep your lane pushed when you can get caught out and ganked.

It's Time to Duel!
Your lane opponent can see how many stacks you have, but they can't really tell how much damage you're dealing unless you hit them. So, don't hit them with your Q unless you can hammer them properly.

How do you do this? First, make sure you have 6.png up and nearly full mana. Now, let them push to your turret. Hit them with wither.png and then punch 6.png and godofdeath.png. Don't drop spiritfire.png on them unless you know they don't have 4.png up. Once you start hitting them, drop spiritfire.png in the direction they're running, so they have to stay in it. Now, press siphoningstrikenew.png. If necessary, keep auto-ing while you chase them, wither.png them again, and hit them with THE CANE until they die.

If their JG comes to try and avenge them, hit them with W, E, Q, AA, AA, Q, etc.

Do this a couple times, and try to push to the tower after each successful kill. If you can take the tower, good. Especially if you're able to take the First Tower Bonus.

Avengers Assemble!
Keep pushing, but whenever you can, get more items. With a little luck and skill, you're going to be considered fed at 3-4 kills, and hit 18 before anyone else.

Your team will start grouping up for objectives, but you need to stay in your lane and be a constant threat. They will come for you in bigger groups, and that's good. If you can deal with their Top, JG, and Mid up in your lane, your team can win that 4v2 down at Bot and take dragon.

Keep pushing, and stay Legendary. Keep the brush warded, and if it looks like you're getting ganked, run away. If you've got an especially fast enemy chasing you, draw them out from the rest of the group, and butcher them first.

If you do really well, you can solo Baron. With just your basic attacks and Q.

VS

Garen

Medium

Juggernaut vs Juggernaut is not fun. Normally, 86.png will start with garenbladestorm.png, which will push the lane in your favour. At level 2, wait until you can tell whether he picked garenslash3.png or garencommand.png.

If he chose garenslash3.png, put a point in spiritfire.png to shred his armor, since he'll be able to shrug off wither.png. Otherwise, wither.png.

Also, wait until after he activates garenslash3.png to tag him with wither.png. If he's coming your way, press Q, then cancel. If he Q's you, the silence won't remove siphoningstrikenew.png's buff, and you can Q him back.

Beware Level 6, when he gets garenjustice.png.

Since he'll be building almost completely tanky items, BORK's shredding capabilities will be hella good.

He's going to be a persistent threat as the game progresses, but he'll start roaming to try and shut your squishies down. Take advantage of these quiet times for a 86.pngteed turret, Herald, or B/12.png to snag some more items.

VS

Varus

Easy

Seriously, somebody chose 110.png top lane against 75.png. I ignored the idiot until it was too late, then I rekt him with my combo. The dumb f*** came back for more abuse, and I gladly obliged. He'll try poking you away from the creep wave, but you're going to heal as long as you're hitting stuff. Shrug off the damage unless you're low. And, for God's sake, keep the battlefront on your side of the river!
