Summoner Spells Back to Top

Tools of the trade*

*pun intended

4.png Your bread and butter gap closer/creator. Helps you get out of sticky spots and/or position yourself favorably in a fight.

12.png I recommend always running teleport on this build simply because this build focuses on putting pressure on the enemy team by split-pushing all the lanes simultaneously. This spell grants Teemo the mobility he needs to make this build painfully (for the enemy) effective.

6.png It's very low cool-down actually makes this kinda viable for this build because it offers both map presence (albeit a limited amount) and chase potential. But meh, I'd still go with Teleport. After all Satan should be relatively omnipresent.

3.png If you're going against high-risk high-reward champions, this is a good option to ensure that whatever advantage the enemy had on you is effectively dealt with. Run this against 157.png and 92.png and watch them tilt as they di(v)e under turret with the hopes of killing you.

As an afterthought, you don't always need 4.png because you will be tanky enough to take a good beating and still come out alive. Meanwhile, your team's carries will deal with the enemy because trust me, killing you is going to take a while.

Masteries Back to Top

What?

Fury adds to your attack speed allowing you to land more auto-attacks which will be your only significant source of damage.

Feast for that little bonus lane sustain.

Natural Talent seen with Battle Trance adds a bit of pinch to your sustained barrage of auto-attacks.

Unyielding to make you well, unyielding. This build entails a lot of armor and magic resist, hence this helps.

Siegemaster is basically insurance against pesky turret divers.

Veteran's Scars add a bit of meat to the traditionally squishy Teemo.

Fearless ensures that the enemy gets punished for focusing you in a teamfight courtesy of the Global Taunt.

Swiftness synergizes well with your movequick.png to ensure that you are least affected by peasant slows and crowd control. Together with 3009.png this makes sure you catch up when you wish to catch up and get away when that's what you want to do.

Bond of Stone adds to your tankiness to complete making you an unkillable, annoying-as-shit, turd that within 15 minutes of the game everyone will want to kill. You will also be able to share damage of your squishier teammates and enable them to do more damage. Why? Because you can.

Finally something normal!

Yeah, this is pretty much the same as level progression would go for any on-hit Teemo build. So, i'm not going into too much detail here. Just that Toxic Shot is your main source of damage and that should be maxed first.

I know right?

So, as you may have realized now, I'm a complete asshole.

Let me go over this build concisely to give a perspective of why I build what I build;

Early Game

1083.png2031.png3340.png

You want to start with Cull and Refillable potion. In this build you will spend most of your time early game farming and putting pressure on top lane forcing the jungler to frequent your lane. Cull gives you some damage and sustain and potential for extra gold at 100 CS. Refillable potion then built into Corrupted Potion further adds to your damage potential and sustain. Warding totem because, well, ward up; you want to see the jungler coming and bait him into wasting as much time as possible trying to gank you.

The entirety of early game is you farming and playing mindgames with the enemy laner and their jungler. Always make sure the path to your lane is well warded. I cannot stress this enough. Your job is to force the enemy jungler to keep coming to your lane and #WASTEHISTIME2017 while the rest of your team gets ahead. If the jungler is busy elsewhere harass the enemy and push your minions up to his turret forcing him to lose some farm while taking poke damage from you.

First Items

2033.png3052.png3009.png

Jaurim's fist is a good way to start your assholery. Together with Corrupting Potion, your Toxic Shots will be dealing just enough damage to keep the enemy at bay while ensuring that you get your farm. If you jungler ganks, you'll have just enough to secure a kill. If he doesn't you'll have just enough to stay in lane, out-harass and out-sustain your enemy. Boots of Swiftness ensure that you are/stay out of reach of the enemy laner and jungler. Together with Swiftness and your W, played right, you will always be out of reach of the enemy. What i've found from frequently playing this build is that sometime towards the end of laning phase you will have a three person gank/dive (and sure double/triple kills) especially if your jungler is nearby to help.

Core Items/Mid Game

3022.png3085.png

Tried and tested bonafide dick items. Finish these two first against easy lanes and rack on some kills during the mid game. Push, roam, kill, repeat.

3512.png

Now look, if you're in a hard lane and you're having trouble farming or receiving constant harass from the enemy, rush this item. I know this is a dick move but hey, it's fair game. Put it before your turret and keep the lane pushed. Having this item also gives you added kite potential if you're dived. Another tip is if you get caught out and you have the active ready place it right next to you - it gives you bonus armor and MR courtesy of Siegemaster and the passive movement speed to kite/escape because the portal is counted as a turret.

Satan/Late Game

3060.png3026.png

I don't have to explain how the Zz'Rot helps you maintain map pressure. But the Banner of Command is icing on the cake. You can have heavy map pressure on one lane or balanced pressure on two lanes before engaging the enemy. Be sure to not make it too obvious when you're putting a portal or buffing a minion. Timing is everything. And what's better than one Teemo? TWO Teemos. Guardian angel takes care of that. I've very rarely blown GA because of how tanky I am by that time in the game but if I do, my team has finish them by then. The added armor and magic resist for all three items synergizes with the Resolve tree and makes you virtually unkillable.

3124.png3156.png3091.png

If you get way ahead in mid game and you know your team has its shit together you can drop the previous items and get Wits End/Maw and Guinsoos. The Guardian Angel can stay. You never know.

Basics Back to Top

Why this build?

As you may have figured out if you skipped right to the item build, I'm not your average 17.png player. Some people would go as far as calling me Satan himself. I would deny that, but I enjoy this way too much. This build barely screams effective in the formal sense of the word; it doesn't give maximum damage, nor does it offer maximum utility. It does, however, offer one thing: maximum tilt.

Teemo's hidden passive Global Taunt put together with the omnipresence this build offers will put your team ahead regardless of how much damage you deal or how attractive your graphs look post-game. Also it's a relatively easy way for farm Ss in top lane if you're looking for that Level 7 mastery.

Who would enjoy this build?

Are you absolutely fed up of those toxic enemies constantly killing your vibe with their flashy mechanics and meta-breaking plays? (see 157.png and 92.png )

Are you absolutely fed up of being countered hard by dick champions, including but not limited to yourself? (see 80.png ,126.png and 83.png )

More importantly, do you feel you have saturated your innate evilness and need to push it to a whole new level? A punch-a-kid-in-the-gonads-and-laugh-while-he-cries level?

Do you like playing mind games and screwing people over in elaborate Westworld/Game of Thrones ways?

This build is the answer.

I recommend disabling /all chat when using this build because the enemy top laner will rage at you. He will elucidate in the choicest of words how he has sexually abused your mother or sister.

To add some perspective to this claim, I have made at least 4/10 top-laners leave the game and at least 6/10 top-laners intentionally feed (sacrifice themselves to) me. This build also has the potential to completely shut down the enemy team even if they're quite ahead and if you have a relatively competent team. I've been able to push sure-fire surrender at 20 games to over an hour simply because of how dick this build is.

TL;DR

If you're a massive dick and get off on other people's misery, this build is for you. (Also add me xoxo)
