Teleport is a possibility, recommended only for advanced players that know how to use this beautiful summoner spell to it's fullest.
I suggest taking teleport when facing low kill potential lane i.e. 55_icon_64.png101_icon_64.png131_icon_64.png7_icon_64.png, works well against 4_icon_64.png aswell.

Defensive choice, take this only against strong ganking team or insane burst champions.

I prioritize Lucent Singularity for the creep wave clearing and AoE damage.
I max Light Binding as second spell.
Against certain match ups or team compositions I take more than one point or even max Prismatic Barrier right as second skill.

Usually I have like 3 points in Prismatic Barrier and after that I proceed to max Light Binding.

It looks something like Q-E-E-W-E-R-E-W-E-W-R-W-Q-W-Q-R-Q-Q
